The FULL MOON occurs on Thursday, October 1st, 2020, at 5:05 PM EDT.
A Full Moon occurs when the Sun in Libra forms an opposition to the Moon in Aries. The Full Moon is a time of culmination and the promise of fulfillment of that which was started at the New Moon. It is an emotional time – a time of romance, fertilization, and relationships.
The Aries-Libra polarity is a relationship axis, where Aries represents “self,” and Libra represents “other.” Where Aries is about self-assertion, Libra is about compromise.
Through the energy of the Libra Sun, we are aware of the need for relationships and all that comes with maintaining them–compromising, negotiating, graciousness, and balancing. The Aries Moon, on the other hand, is self-assertive, leading, and personally courageous.
This Full Moon urges us to strike a balance between meeting our personal needs and attending to the needs of a significant other, and between independence or autonomy and dependence or companionability.
The Libra Sun is diplomatic, equality-minded, and fair-minded. The Aries Moon, however, values authenticity over tact and is energized by independent efforts. The Full Moon illuminates this conflict.
Neglecting either end of the Aries-Libra axis will surely backfire on us. Ideally, we find a balance between the two energies, and this is what the Full Moon invites us to do.
This Full Moon is about emotional declarations. Something has been building inside of us, likely of a personal nature, and now is the time when the energy of the cosmos fairly demands that we let it out. Over the upcoming weeks, we will discover what this declaration means for us. For now, we can’t sit on our feelings. We need to express them.
The Full Moon illuminates the conflict between “me” and “you,” and between autonomy and sharing. With the Moon full and bright in the sky, symbolic illumination occurs in our own lives. However, these new feelings and revelations are emotional ones, as there is a sense of emotions bursting forth into our consciousness. It’s time to express ourselves and to let things out of our systems. Of course, we might want to exercise some care while doing so, knowing that what is coming out of us is new and not particularly rational.
This lunation reminds us to consider how we are honoring ourselves in the context of our close relationships. New revelations can occur now, particularly in the areas of our physical bodies, leadership skills, our ability to initiate and begin new things, and our close partnerships. The Full Moon occurs in the sign of Aries, where its ruler is also in the sign and retrograde. Our revelations are important, but we may need to wait before putting them into action.
This phase of the Moon occurs at 9 degrees and 8 minutes of Aries opposite the Sun at 9 degrees and 8 minutes of Libra, affecting people with personal planets and points at approximately 5 to 13 degrees of the Cardinal signs (Aries, Cancer, Libra, and Capricorn) most significantly.

(Times are Eastern)
This week: The Sun is in Libra; Mercury is in Libra until the 27th when it enters Scorpio; Venus is in Leo until October 2nd when it enters Virgo; Mars is in Aries.
The Sun is in Libra from September 22-October 22. Libra rules relationships with others as mirrors of ourselves. Meeting others halfway, compromise, and negotiation come under the rule of Libra. The focus is now on balance–finding balance and harmony through relationships with others and through art. Libra is the sign of the peacemaker. However, life is not always peaceful with Libra in its attempt to restore balance. Decision-making can be more challenging while the Sun is in Libra. Libra weighs both sides of any situation, and sometimes this process seems endless! In Libra, the Sun is concerned about not rocking the boat and not rubbing others the wrong way. Tactfulness, style, tolerance, and sociability are some of the keywords for Libra. On the shadow side, Libra can be self-serving, indecisive, passive-aggressive, and superficial.
Mercury is in Libra from September 5-27. When Mercury is in Libra, we are diplomatic and friendly. During this cycle, we are able to bring a more rational approach to one-to-one relationships. It’s a good time to think about ways of improving our negotiation skills. In an attempt to see both sides of any given situation, Mercury in Libra can be vacillating energy. It can be more challenging than usual to make quick decisions, as we can sit “on the fence”. We may too easily accommodate others’ opinions in order to keep the peace. In our negotiations, we don’t want to assert ourselves in such a way as to appear to be the “bad guy.” However, this is a good period for considering others’ points of view. We are more inclined to arrive at fair conclusions.
Mercury is in Scorpio from September 27-October 27 and then November 10-December 1. When Mercury is in Scorpio, our thoughts and communications are more probing and intense. While Mercury in Libra urged us to find balance and to arrive at fair solutions, Mercury in Scorpio instinctively knows that life simply isn’t fair. Mercury in Scorpio seeks truths in all that is hidden and undercover. We tend to probe, observe, and focus our thoughts under this influence. Looking for motivations–the more deeply buried the better–satisfies an intellectual need now. Our thoughts are profound. We throw away superficial manners of communicating in favor of deep conversations. Scorpio is extremely sharp, profound, and analytical. Thinking is inclined to be one-track minded, focused, and even obsessive.
Venus is in Leo from September 6-October 2. Love is magnificent and grand. We take pride in love, and we are generous with our money as well. This is a warmhearted, teasing, expressive, proud, and extravagant placement for Venus. Love is a bit of a game–a game that is perpetual, as Venus in Leo is forever stuck in the romance stage of a relationship. We feed on attention, acknowledgment, validation, and adoration. Venus in Leo loves to be adored, pampered, and admired. Pride and passion are hallmarks of this cycle. We have a strong ego investment in our love lives during this period. The negative expression of this placement is overstating our feelings simply for the effect, as well as extravagance.
Venus is in Virgo from October 2-27. This is a time when we express our love through practical means and gestures–running errands, doing detail work, or just being there for our lovers. Love needs to make sense and have a purpose with Venus in Virgo. Virgo is an Earth sign, which is sensual but also quite practical. Besides our romantic natures, what we decide to buy and the types of entertainment we enjoy during this cycle are ruled by whether or not things make sense. We could easily feel guilty if we are too self-indulgent at this time. Rendering services to others can fill a need and can be an expression of love. The shadow side of this position is being overly critical of our partners, picky, or fretting.
Mars is in Aries from June 27, 2020, to January 6, 2021. [This is longer than usual due to the retrograde of Mars from September 9-November 13, 2020.] Mars feels at home in one of the signs that it rules, Aries, and therefore its power is boosted. Our energy is spontaneous, forward-looking, and even courageous under this influence. Our competitive spirit is well-developed, and our goal is to win! We are active, single-minded, and confident. Our actions are direct–we instinctively find the fastest way to get from point A to point B. The shadow side of Mars in Aries is a tendency to be impatient, arrogant, impulsive, short-lived, unreflective, and self-centered.
Jupiter entered Capricorn on December 2nd, 2019, and will transit the sign until December 19th, 2020. Read more about the Jupiter in Capricorn transit.
Saturn has returned to the sign of Capricorn in retrograde motion (early July). In 2020, Saturn divides its time between the signs of Capricorn and Aquarius. Saturn transits Capricorn until March 21, 2020; and then finishes up its transit from July 1 to December 17, 2020. Read about Saturn’s transit through Capricorn here. Saturn transits Aquarius from March 21 to July, 1, 2020, and then later, from December 17, 2020, to March 7, 2023. Read about Saturn’s transit of Aquarius.
Uranus is in Taurus. Uranus transits Taurus May 15, 2018, to November 6, 2018, and then from March 6th, 2019, until 2025/6. We approach money and personal possessions in new ways and learn how to free ourselves from certain material constraints. Innovative ways to make ourselves comfortable emerge. We’re less inhibited about expressing sensuality, self-love, body love, and pampering. We’re challenging what we previously valued during this cycle. There can be abrupt changes with money, valuables, possessions, and income that lead to a reshuffling of priorities or values. Income might come from non-traditional sources or ventures. We’re bringing progressive ideas to the world of business. New ways of doing business, as well as making, viewing, and handling money are likely. Income and the energy we put into making money can be variable.
Romance & Relationships
Venus is in Leo from September 6-October 2. We take pride in love, and we are generous with our money as well. This is a warmhearted, teasing, expressive, proud, and extravagant placement for Venus. Love is a bit of a game–a game that is perpetual, as Venus in Leo can seem forever stuck in the romance stage of a relationship.
This is a time when we express our love through practical means and gestures–running errands, doing detail work, or just “being there” for the ones we love. Essentially, we fuss over our partners, sometimes a little too much! Our availability and accessibility are signs of love. Love needs to make sense and have a purpose with Venus in Virgo.
Virgo is an Earth sign, which is sensual but also quite practical. We could quickly feel guilty if we are too indulgent during this cycle. We can be a little shy and prone to worry. We pick up on many different cues, attempting to analyze every detail of our lovers’ reactions and responses. We could worry ourselves sick agonizing over details! In the process, we can miss out on the bigger and perhaps more meaningful cues. As well, Virgo is a sign that can live very much in the mind in the middle of an experience, failing to enjoy the moment. Self-consciousness can get in the way of enjoyment. Rendering services to others can fill a need and can be an expression of love. This position’s shadow side happens when we’re overly critical of our partners, picky, or fretting.
This week: On Sunday, the 27th, we’re anxious to grow and improve, and we may draw in situations that help us do just that. The following day requires adjustments. Responsibilities to one another can feel weighty, or outside responsibilities cause problems within our relationships. However, we’re also ready to enjoy ourselves. Venus forms a trine to retrograde Mars, and sexual attraction, romantic activities, and fertility are favored. The desire may be to spice up a relationship. We may make a connection with someone from our past or renew interest with a partner. With this apsect, it’s usually easy to act upon our social and romantic needs successfully, but with Mars currently retrograde, we may not be quite as assertive or direct in our approach as we may be otherwise. This influence stimulates friendly competition which can be motivating.
Venus, the Goddess of Love: Highlights in the Coming Week:
Venus in Leo Romance becomes an end in itself as a new cycle begins for you. It marks a time when love, creativity, and self-expression satisfy a deep yearning to be appreciated and admired – needed, even. A flashy, flirty, stylish splash of color and warmth.
Venus in Virgo If it makes sense you love it, and if it doesn’t you feel guilty about it: that’s what it’s like now. A loving attention to details and a sense of satisfaction in doing what is right (especially with respect to your health) are some of the qualities that come to the fore at a time like this.
Venus sesquiquadrate Chiron September 25-26. Love cannot be forced. This is not a commitment-friendly transit, as we may feel alienated for no apparent reason and unwilling to give of ourselves.
Venus quincunx Pluto September 25-26. This is a time of adjustments and re-assessments in our close personal relationships and/or with regards to our social lives. Issues of power and control can arise. Unreasonable or irrational fears of loss, or jealousy, could also emerge.
Venus sextile North Node September 26-27. There is a stronger desire to connect to and belong with others at this time. We are more obliging and sociable.
Venus quincunx Saturn September 28. A feeling that we may not be able to express our affections, or that our affections will not be received well, can undermine us in our relationships. Fear of rejection, emotional distancing, and over-sensitivity.
Venus trine Mars September 28. Sexual attraction, romantic activities, and fertility are favored. This is one of the best times to enhance a relationship. Excellent time for starting a new relationship, all things equal.
Venus sesquiquadrate Jupiter October 4-5. Feelings of isolation, of not getting what we really want, and of not being loved the way we want to be loved can get in the way of pleasant relations with our partners.
The Moon & Timing
The Void of Course Moon is the period of time after the Moon has made its last aspect in one sign until the Moon enters a new sign. During the Void of Course Moon periods, it is generally wise to stick to routine rather than to begin new projects. The last aspect the Moon makes before changing signs is indicated here and is indicative of the “outcome” of the matter (whether that is a new project begun before the void period or the answer to a question in Horary Astrology).
Void of Course in Horary Astrology: If you were asking a question and making a chart for the answer, as you do in Horary astrology, it is said that since the Moon is not looking forward to any more aspects in this sign, you would have to say that the answer is not forthcoming; any questions asked at this time would not come to pass. The Moon being Void is one of the Strictures against Judgment in Horary Astrology. The following tables incorporate the modern planets, but some astrologers do not count Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto in void Moon calculations.
The Void-of-Course Moon this Week:
Void-of-course Moon on Monday, September 28th, from 3:18 AM EDT, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (a sextile to Mars), until the Moon enters Pisces at 11:34 AM EDT.
VOC Moon on Wednesday, September 30th, from 1:30 PM EDT, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (a sextile to Saturn), until the Moon enters Aries at 10:48 PM EDT.
VOC Moon on Saturday, October 3rd, from 1:48 AM EDT, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (a square to Saturn), until the Moon enters Taurus at 11:13 AM EDT.

Timing with the Moon – Better Periods this Week for Electing New Initiatives
The Moon is waxing this week until the Full Moon on October 1st, which is generally considered favorable for new beginnings, but with exceptions. (See Best Time to Start a Business for more details). The Moon is waning after the Full Moon on October 1st, which is generally considered unfavorable for new beginnings, also with exceptions.
According to principles of timing with the Moon, a window of opportunity occurs on Monday, September 28th, from approximately 1:45 AM to 3:15 AM EDT, while the Moon is in Aquarius. Another window occurs from Monday, September 28th, from approximately 11:40 AM EDT, until Wednesday, September 30th, at approximately 1:25 PM EDT, while the Moon is in Pisces. This window is far better after 7:00 PM on September 29th (anything before this will also have an applying Mars-Saturn square in the inception chart, which is not recommended). Caveat: Mars is retrograde for both periods.

This Week’s Calendar
This Week’s Aspects
Venus quincunx Saturn. We are extra sensitive, but it can be difficult to know why. Anxiety may overcome us when we wish to express our affections or social urges, and this hesitation can express itself through inhibitions and emotional distancing.
Venus trine Mars. Romantic activity, sexual attraction, creative action and self-expression in business and the arts, active participation in social functions, and creative initiative are favored under this influence. It’s easy to act upon our social and romantic needs successfully.
Sun opposition Chiron. The desire to learn and grow through experiences and through others is strong, but may be hampered by a lack of confidence or a fear of being different. We may not be seeing eye to eye with others, and lack of faith in our own decisions is likely as well. We might also be so concerned with keeping others happy that we are afraid to assert our own desires.
Mars square Saturn. Frustrations, smoldering anger, and a feeling of being blocked when we are attempting to go after what we want characterize this transit. Our desire to take action and to constructively express our aggressive urges feels thwarted or blocked. It can feel like more effort than usual is required to complete tasks.
Mercury sesquiquadrate Neptune. We are not thinking clearly, preferring to daydream. Technical facts can be glossed over at this time. It’s not a good time to make a presentation, to ask for what you want, or to formalize agreements.
Sun quincunx Uranus. Surprise elements make us feel out of control of our lives or the direction we would like to take. Disrupted plans or schedules. Unexpected events or change of plans.
Note: Times given in the table/calendar above are Eastern Time (ET).

SEPTEMBER 27
Mercury enters Scorpio today, and in the weeks ahead, our thoughts and conversations are probing and intense. While Mercury in Libra urged us to find balance and arrive at reasonable solutions, Mercury in Scorpio instinctively knows that life isn’t always fair and adjusts accordingly. Mercury in Scorpio seeks truths in all things hidden or undercover. It’s a time to probe, investigate, observe, and focus. Looking for motivations–the more deeply buried, the better–satisfies an intellectual need now. We throw away superficial manners of communicating in favor of deep conversations. Scorpio is exceptionally sharp, profound, and analytical. Thinking tends to be one-track minded and perhaps obsessive. Mercury usually spends about three weeks in a sign. However, due to its upcoming retrograde cycle (from October 13th to November 3rd), Mercury spends more time than usual in Scorpio: from September 27-October 27, and then from November 10-December 1. The Moon spends today in the sign of detached, objective, and reasonable Aquarius.
SEPTEMBER 28
The Moon continues its transit of Aquarius until it enters Pisces at 11:34 AM EDT. This afternoon, a Venus-Saturn quincunx suggests we might feel torn between two equally appealing desires, situations, or viewpoints. Or, the dilemma could be between pleasure and responsibility, and perhaps we’re not able to fully appreciate or manage either. Outside commitments can disrupt the flow or cause problems in our relationships. However, Venus forms a trine to Mars, and we’re also ready to enjoy ourselves. Sexual attraction, romantic activities, creativity, and fertility are favored. This transit spurs us on and encourages the pursuit of our desires. It stimulates friendly competition, which can be motivating. We may make a connection with someone from our past or renew interest with a partner. With Mars currently retrograde, we may not be quite as assertive or direct in our approach as we may be otherwise.
The void Moon occurs from 3:18 AM EDT, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (a sextile to Mars), until the Moon enters Pisces at 11:34 AM EDT.
SEPTEMBER 29
Saturn stations and turns direct today after retrograde motion since May 11th. This change in direction comes as a reminder to take care of our obligations and bring our goals down to earth. With Saturn’s direct turn, our responsibilities, and perhaps our limitations, are magnified. Gradually, our long-term goals and plans become more apparent. We become more aware of rules, limits, and boundaries in our lives. Mars forms a square to Saturn today, and this already tense aspect can feel heavier than usual due to Saturn’s station. This aspect first formed on August 24th and is now returning due to Mars’ retrograde motion. Nevertheless, since it’s been in orb, this influence has been hanging over us since August. We may be feeling blocked from asserting ourselves or pursuing our desires. This is a time to slow down and make adjustments and edits, as we may encounter resistance if we push ahead. It can seem like more effort than usual is required to complete tasks if we lack motivation. Disapproval or a dip in confidence can figure strongly. We must draw on patience and develop our endurance, and it’s a better time for maintenance than it is for moving forward. A good strategy now is to recognize some of our limits and adjust our speed accordingly. Also today, a Sun-Chiron opposition can have us confronting our insecurities and vulnerabilities through our relationships and interactions. Lack of faith in our own decisions is possible. However, this is also a time to recognize something important about ourselves. Again, we have something to learn from our reactions and sensitivities.
SEPTEMBER 30
The Moon continues its transit of Pisces until 10:48 PM EDT when it enters Aries. The Pisces Moon is compassionate, wise, and sometimes a bit meandering, which can be good for us at times. Its sextile to Saturn this afternoon helps us prioritize or focus, however. Tonight, Mercury’s minor challenging aspect with Neptune can be somewhat disorienting. It’s all too easy to avoid confrontation with this transit. We might attempt to move around issues and otherwise take an indirect approach. We’re more likely to perceive situations in an impractical or overly optimistic way under this influence, making the day less than ideal for clear thinking and handling details. The Moon’s move into Aries tonight increases our motivation. The urge to start fresh can dominate.
The void Moon occurs from 1:30 PM EDT, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (a sextile to Saturn), until the Moon enters Aries at 10:48 PM EDT.
OCTOBER 1
A Full Moon occurs today at 5:05 PM EDT in the sign of Aries. Epiphanies can occur now as our feelings come to full bloom. The Full Moon reminds us to consider how we are honoring ourselves in the context of our close relationships. New revelations can occur now, particularly with our leadership skills, feelings of independence, our ability to initiate and begin new things, and our close partnerships. With the Moon full and bright in the sky, symbolic illumination occurs in our lives. Since these new feelings and revelations are emotional ones, we might want to exercise some care expressing them. Helping with this is a Venus-Pluto quintile that encourages a comfortably strategic approach to our money and relationships. The Full Moon occurs in the sign of Aries, and Mars, its ruler, is also in the sign and retrograde. Our revelations are meaningful, but we may need to wait before putting them into action.
OCTOBER 2
The Moon spends the day in the sign of Aries, forming squares to Jupiter and Pluto, and aligning with retrograde Mars tonight. We’re motivated but easy to distract. Feelings are intense today as we wrestle with the desire to attend to personal goals and our more worldly ambitions. The Sun forms a quincunx to Uranus this morning, and we could be dealing with minor changes of plans or a restless urge for change that interferes with the flow. Also today, Venus begins its transit of Virgo, which will last until the 27th. Virgo is sensual but also quite practical. We might enjoy our work or wellness routines more than usual, and the satisfaction of a job well done cannot be underestimated during this cycle. Pleasures and pastimes that serve a practical purpose are more attractive. We express our love through practical means and gestures–running errands, doing detail work, or just being there for our loved ones. We should watch for a tendency to worry or fret.
OCTOBER 3
The Moon continues its transit of Aries until it moves into Taurus at 11:13 AM EDT. The Aries Moon is assertive, direct, and enterprising, and a parallel between Jupiter and Pluto strengthens our convictions. With a Taurus Moon from 11:13 AM forward, we’re more interested in building on our new ideas or what we already have in place. It’s a steady, pleasant influence, particularly with the Moon’s trine to Venus this afternoon that encourages our appreciation for earthy pleasures and routines. We head toward a Mercury-Chiron quincunx, exact early tomorrow, and there can be some misunderstandings later today. This aspect is tricky and can suggest some doubts and sensitivity.
The void Moon occurs from 1:48 AM EDT, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (a square to Saturn), until the Moon enters Taurus at 11:13 AM EDT.

Moon Signs This Week:
When the Moon is in Aquarius
Attraction to all that is new and unusual, and an instinctive need for improvement, characterize the Moon in Aquarius. Reactions are more intellectual than emotional, and interactions are more impersonal than personal, under this influence. This is a time that promotes social gatherings, dealing with group ideals and goals for the future, brainstorming, new ideas, and progressive changes. We are open to new methods of doing things and we have our eye on the future. It can be hard to stick to schedules now, as personal freedom is most important to us.
The Moon in Aquarius generally favors the following activities: Unusual or radical undertakings, social pursuits, group projects, trying something new, joining a group.
When the Moon is in Pisces
We may not want to face reality while the Moon is in dreamy, impressionable Pisces. It can be a wistful, sensitive, intuitive, and compassionate time. We are especially imaginative, and our intuition reigns under this influence. Boundaries and walls come down, as Pisces energy merges and blends. It's a time when details are overlooked and feelings defy description.
The Moon in Pisces generally favors the following activities: Imaginative undertakings, mystical or spiritual pursuits, inner development, music and drama, going on a retreat, activities involving water.
When the Moon is in Aries
We're motivated by a strong desire to start fresh. A gut instinct to begin something new is with us now, as well as the gumption to do so. Our pioneering impulses are strong, and we feel energetic, spontaneous, and enthusiastic. We may also be tactless and impulsive now. Excess energy is best channeled into physical activity.
People can be more self-motivated and also self-focused while the Moon is in Aries. It's a competitive rather than cooperative time. Accidents and tempers flaring are more likely than usual. This period is one of more personal courage.
The Moon in Aries generally favors the following activities: Quick actions that yield immediate results. Undertakings that involve the self and the personality. (Staying power may be lacking). Self-assertion, taking on challenges, beginning short-term projects.
When the Moon is in Taurus
We are motivated by the desire for serenity, security, peace, and comfort. The Moon is at her most sensual and constant in Taurus. Our basic impulses are to relax, resist change, and "stop to smell the roses." Life slows down a little, and we get comfortable. We may also be inclined to stubbornness and materialism under this influence.
While the Moon is in Taurus, people can be emotionally constant but inflexible. It's a time of stronger focus on personal needs and comfort levels, and a period of more common sense and attention to practical matters.
The Moon in Taurus generally favors the following activities: Substantial and material actions that yield solid results. Financial activities, and those involving personal possessions, applying for a loan, beginning a potentially long-term relationship, music, home decor.
Upcoming Weeks: Calendars
THIS WEEK’S PLANETARY POSITIONS BY SIGN (General Trends):
Sun in Libra Meeting yourself in another person is the keynote of a new cycle that begins for you now. Relationships – romantic, business, social – are the arena where this drama is played out. In coming to know the other person, forging ties that bind two people, you come to a better understanding of yourself. It’s easy in theory, but it’s only in practice that it comes to mean anything real – so practice until you get it right!
Mercury in Libra A new cycle begins for you, signaling a greater than usual interest in relationships, social connections, and the arts – on a more intellectual level than in the past, most likely. Seeing both sides of an issue, and figuring out resolutions to opposing views: these things take on more importance in your life.
Mercury in Scorpio A pronounced curiosity about taboos and mysteries plays a greater part in your life now. Your mind is on cutting through the nonessentials and penetrating to the core is where your mind is at now; you want to know who (or what) pulls the strings. Sex, taxes, investments, and others of life’s most compelling phenomena may captivate your interest more than ever before.
Loving attention to details and a sense of satisfaction in doing what is right (especially with respect to your health) are some of the qualities that come to the fore at a time like this.
Mars in Aries Fresh challenges and initiatives light your fires now, as a new cycle begins in your life – lots of energy, a powerful urge to be first, or come out on top. Away with the old and on to the new – let no one and nothing stand between you and your objective! Headstrong impulses and rash courage can take you far … sometimes in harm’s way, if you’re not careful.
Jupiter in Capricorn Respect, status, and achievement are central goals for you as a new phase begins in your life. Creating a structure to empower and maintain your ideals and principles becomes a high priority, an article of faith. By taking on greater responsibilities of this kind, you become an inspiration to others. Ambition unlimited always ends in defeat.
Saturn in Capricorn Responsibility, hard work, ambition, and achievement: these are the foundations you need to build on now, as a new cycle dawns in your life. And yet, there is a tendency to be a little too hard, perhaps a bit cold, in your approach to these things. Let ambition take you to the top, but don’t let it lull you into thinking that the end justifies the means.
Uranus in Taurus Practicality and ingenuity combine as powerful drives in your life now that you have begun a new cycle. Taking innovative concepts and making them real and practical is your strong suit; getting stuck in the mud is to be avoided at all costs. Financial savvy, inventiveness, worldly genius.
Neptune in Pisces Things spiritual and psychic take the driver’s seat of your imagination as you begin a new cycle. The fine arts and all manner of fantasies assume a larger-than-life importance. Surrendering to fate, karma, and other powers greater than merely mortal may be seen as the ultimate liberation. If all is Maya (illusion), what is the reality that gives rise to the world of appearances?
Pluto in Capricorn As this new phase dawns for you, the pursuit of social/political power and status has a way of seeming necessary and inevitable – and let nothing stand in its way. It starts out small but has bigger consequences than you’d think. Ambition, responsibility, a place for everyone, and everyone in their place…
