Until March 10th:
The Sun continues to move through your solar first house. You experience a renewal of energy and vitality now, and it's a strong time for increased personal confidence. The emphasis is on self-expression, what kind of impression you make on others, and beginning new personal projects.
You are a little more self-centered than usual, and this is quite natural and healthy as long as you don't take it too far. You are more decisive and forward-looking now, and you put more faith in your own abilities. Physically, you are likely feeling strong. This is an excellent cycle for making personal changes in your manner or appearance, and for any self-improvement endeavors. Personal projects that you begin now are likely to blossom nine months down the road.
From March 10th forward:
The Sun highlights your second house now, and your focus is on material affairs and comfort issues. Security is a driving force for you at the moment, and you might find that you are especially interested in accumulating possessions. What you have and what you don't have come into focus--what makes you feel comfortable, your sense of security, and what you value.
This is the time of year when personal finances and possessions receive maximum attention. Pour your energy into your work and your finances, and you might just be able to take your ideas to the bank.
Extravagance with your pocketbook is something you may want to look out for, however. If you find yourself itching to make unnecessary purchases, know that at the root of this urge is the desire to pamper and comfort yourself. Nothing wrong with it, but there are inexpensive (and even free) ways to make yourself feel good.
This is not the most eventful time of year for you. You are more inclined to dig in your heels and hang on to what makes you feel most secure than to take big risks.

A general rule of thumb regarding eclipses is to avoid major decision-making in the week before and after an eclipse. This is because new information that could change our perspective often is revealed in the week after the eclipse. There is absolutely no need to suspend projects already in progress. Essentially, it's better to take in right now--to observe and get in touch with feelings.
This Lunar Eclipse stimulates your solar eighth house. Surprises surrounding intimate matters, shared finances and resources, or financial support may be in store. Something that has been "in hiding" or brewing under the surface of things comes to light, or there is a significant fruition or culmination. This could manifest as, for example, the need to make a financial settlement or large payment, the paying off of a loan, the loss of financial support, a change in your spouse's status (or ex-spouse's status if child support or alimony is given), a circumstance that calls for you to support someone, and other such possibilities. Do your best to avoid letting emotions overrule good judgment when it comes to spending or financial matters.
A Solar Eclipse occurs on March 29th:
Because new information that could change our perspective can reveal itself after an eclipse, it's better to avoid major decision-making the week before and after this event. It's a time to observe and wait and see.
The Solar Eclipse marks a new beginning for you. Letting go of the past is necessary to move forward. This eclipse occurs in your solar second house, suggesting a new approach to handling money and personal resources or new sources of income is now vital.
A focus on ways to increase your income or a new budgeting/saving plan may be part of the picture in the coming months, as well as a sense of renewal and reinvigoration regarding how you handle making yourself feel comfortable and secure.

Venus is retrograde from March 1st forward (until April 12th):
This Venus Retrograde cycle occurs for the most part in your second house of money and values. As such, in addition to the general cautions associated with Venus retrograde, hold on to your money.
Take the time to re-think your sources of income and how you spend your cash during this period, and avoid making any big purchases until a few weeks after the retrograde. You might use this time to work on how you attract (or repel) the income you deserve.
Watch also for less than warm relations with family members, and avoid purchases of new property just for the time being.
Mercury this Month: Communications, Learning, Connections, Transportation
Mercury is retrograde from March 15th forward (until April 7th):
All Mercury retrograde cycles particularly affect you in terms of communications regarding intimate and financial matters, as well as communications with children or romantic partners, because Mercury rules these areas of your life. It's not a good time to file your taxes or apply for a loan. Instead, take the time to re-think your sources of income and how you spend your cash during this period, but put off finalizing anything for the time being. Speculation and gambling are not advised right now either.
Occurring in your solar second house this time, extra care should be exercised when it comes to new financial initiatives. There may be the need to revisit old, nagging issues regarding personal finances. Take this time to re-budget instead of making premature purchases. Hold off on major decision-making regarding money. Instead, take the time to re-think your sources of income and how you spend your cash during this period, but put off finalizing anything important for the time being. In fact, some money-making ideas or ventures may be put on hold due to circumstances beyond your control. This is an excellent period for review, however.
Mars this Month: Energy, Drive, Courage
Until the 20th:
Mars continues to energize your solar fifth house. This brings increased energy and enthusiasm to romance, child-rearing, and creative or recreational endeavors. It can also bring some strife to these areas of your world in some cases. For the most part, however, a romance could pick up pace, you are self-motivated and inspired on creative and expressive levels, and your self-confidence is well-received by others during this cycle. You are more willing to take little risks and you are competitive in a mostly friendly way. In your enthusiasm to take the lead, try to be sensitive to and respectful of others' needs.
From the 20th forward:
Mars animates and energizes your solar sixth house. You have more energy for work and your daily routines tend to speed up during this transit. Perhaps you have a larger workload than usual. It’s a good month for looking to the past for inspiration and insight into what may work for you in the future, particularly regarding learning and mental interests. Second chances are gifts in March! Still, we can't pretend there aren't some frustrating slowdowns.
With Mars picking up speed and rather freshly direct in your solar sixth house, especially as it harmonizes with the Sun in your resources sector, you can be engaged with working and building. You’re enterprising and resourceful, and you can feel a stronger desire to improve your life. It wasn’t very long ago that Mars was retrograde in your work and health sector, but its current motion refuels your motivation to get things done. You feel more accomplished and proud of yourself for taking charge; as confidence builds, things come together nicely. This transit fires you up to take care of your daily affairs, handle chores and routines, and charge through your work like a boss. It can help you clear your head if feelings are up and down. Pacing yourself is vital in other life departments, however.
Indeed, there can be some tensions with interpersonal matters, particularly with Venus retrograde from the 1st forward and less apparent charm, warmth, and diplomacy. Mercury turns retrograde on the 15th, too, and communications can sometimes be off or get lost in the shuffle. Mercury's retrograde is already complicating some communications. The impetus is to reach out and communicate more than usual, but there can be obstacles in your way. Even so, this cycle encourages you to explore different ideas, learn new things, or develop current studies and interests.
You could see past relationships, projects, and expectations in a different light, which can lead to redefining what you now want and need from your connections and your studies. You can feel as if you’re starting fresh through the insights and plans emerging from the 22nd to the 29th. It’s a strong time to put negative attitudes behind you and to go forward pursuing your true heart’s desires. Perhaps you now recognize a line of study, personal interest, or another “calling” that’s a better fit for you.
A Solar Eclipse on the 29th might push a decision to begin a new course of study or end a particular pursuit or project to clear the path for a new one. New or different ways to approach learning, sharing, commuting, and connecting can come into play. Still, take your time with anything brand new.
On the 30th, Neptune moves out of your finance sector and into your communication zone. While it's not completely done with your sector of resources, you are heading toward a clearer, more enlightened period for your relationship with your money and things.

Our detailed monthly horoscopes are designed to reveal and interpret the current transits of the Sun, Mercury, Venus, and Mars in your solar chart.
Because these energies or transits do not unfold neatly into any given calendar month (many transits carry forward from one month to the next), you will find some of the energies continue from the previous month.
For example, the Sun might transit the seventh house of your solar chart from July 22 to August 22, so that you will find a similar interpretation for this transit in both July and August’s horoscope. This is normal and expected. While new months can hold new energy, transits don’t abruptly change because the calendar month changes.
These monthly horoscopes also include an overview paragraph, as well as other energies specific to the month, such as retrogrades, eclipses, or major outer planet transits.
The Highlights section reveals lunar cycle dates. Lunar cycles repeat themselves approximately every 28 days, so it is normal to see the same lunar peaks, such as “Your Personal New Moon” and “Monthly career peak” repeat themselves from month to month, but with different dates. They serve as a helpful guide to cycle peaks in different areas of life, such as financial, career, romance, and partnership.
The horoscopes are divided into three groups or decanates, and the differences between the groups are subtle in parts and large in other parts. For those who prefer a whole sign approach to horoscopes (classic), simply read the first decanate regardless of your birthdate.
