Reminder: In case you missed it on the order pages, reports are delivered usually within 24 hours of receipt of order and full information required to create the reports, to the email address associated with Paypal, unless you’ve specified a different email. Please be sure to check spam or junk mail folders in case our email with your order landed in any of these. If email delivery of reports is a problem, it can be requested that we put the reports in a secure place online for you to download.

Note: This site is my personal site (Annie), and whichever email address you use, you’re reaching either me or the person processing report orders. I have it set up that a number of different email addresses lead to myself simply for the purpose of sorting them by general topic and priority.
