The FULL MOON occurred on Saturday, December 18th, 2021, at 11:35 PM EST.
Last Saturday night, the Full Moon occurred as the Sun in Sagittarius formed an opposition to the Moon in Gemini.
The Gemini-Sagittarius polarity is a mental axis, where Gemini represents the “lower mind” and Sagittarius represents the “higher mind.” A Gemini Moon encourages us to think logically, while Sagittarius persuades us to think in a far broader manner. Sagittarius symbolizes the quest for meaning and ideas that expand upon the here and now. Gemini is quite comfortable in its immediate environment or neighborhood, while Sagittarius stimulates us to venture beyond. Gemini takes care to communicate tactfully and to extend friendly gestures, while Sagittarius can ignore these elements while seeking higher truths.
Neglecting either end of the axis will surely backfire on us. Ideally, a balance should be found between the two energies, and this is what the Full Moon invites us to do. This Full Moon is about communication, attitude, and sense of adventure. Something has been building inside of us, and now is the time when the energy of the cosmos fairly demands that we let it out. Over the next two weeks, we will discover what this means for us. For now, we can’t sit on our feelings. We need to express them.
The Full Moon is a time of culmination and the promise of fulfillment of that which was started at the New Moon. It is an emotional period–a time of romance, fertilization, and relationships.
With the Moon full and bright in the sky, symbolic illumination occurs in our own lives. However, these feelings and revelations are emotional ones, as there is a sense of emotions bursting forth into our consciousness. It’s time to express ourselves and to let things out of our systems.
Of course, we might want to exercise some care while doing so, knowing that what is coming out of us is not particularly rational as yet.
The Full Moon in Gemini is curious and hungry for ideas and information. It can bring sudden awareness to our lives and a rather urgent “need to know,” to get an important message across, to finish a communications project, or to make an announcement. Travel and communications are in sharp focus.
This Full Moon is widely square Neptune and tightly in harmony with Jupiter, suggesting our ideals are strongly stimulated. While we may wrestle with expectations in spots, it’s a time for believing in what we’re doing. It’s a good time to see progress or a turning point on recent new beginnings.
This phase of the Moon occurred at 27 degrees and 29 minutes of Gemini opposite the Sun at 27 degrees 29 minutes of Sagittarius, affecting people born with personal planets and points at approximately 23 to 30 degrees of the Mutable signs (Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, and Pisces) and 0 to 1 degree of the Cardinal signs (Aries, Cancer, Libra, and Capricorn) most significantly.
Above is a chart wheel of the same Full Moon chart with additional points.
**The next Moon phase will be the Last Quarter Moon, which will happen on Sunday, December 26th at 9:24 PM EST.

This week: The Sun is in Sagittarius until the 21st, after which the Sun is in Capricorn; Mercury is in Capricorn; Venus is in Capricorn; Mars is in Sagittarius.
The Sun is in Sagittarius from November 21-December 21. With the Sun in Sagittarius, our focus shifts from the need for an intimate connection with a person and with ourselves, to the desire to reach out to the world and connect with something larger than ourselves. While the Sun moves through this fiery, mutable sign, we can take steps to increase our understanding and awareness of the world around us. We are more able to muster up the courage to expand our horizons and branch out into new ways of thinking.
We can gain more confidence and optimism by focusing on the “big picture” as we move away from our focus on the details of mundane existence. Although we may be prone to overdoing our expectations, we have the opportunity to nurture our faith, hope, and vision under this influence.
The Sun is in Capricorn from December 21, 2021-January 19, 2022. With the Sun in Capricorn, we are motivated by feelings of responsibility, ambition, and respect for law and order. Capricorn derives much satisfaction in completion and accomplishment. Standards, structures, and an appreciation for order are Capricorn themes.
Capricorn wants tangible results, knows what is feasible and what is not, and is most comfortable working within an established framework and known boundaries or limits. Working towards a long-term goal is most satisfying with this influence.
Mercury is in Capricorn from December 13, 2021-January 2nd, 2022. When Mercury is in Capricorn, our thinking is methodical and our focus is sober and practical. It is easier to concentrate on the task at hand under this influence. Our conversations may be quite realistic or focused on business/practical matters. Our thought patterns and communication styles become more logical, orderly, and organized.
We are more able to sort out what is relevant and essential. Realism enters the picture, our speech is no-nonsense, and precision becomes important to us. Our survival instincts are strong–we’re interested in what will benefit us in the long term.
We’re not interested in the fluff, preferring to get right to a point or the bottom line. Communication can be somewhat guarded or cautious, and similarly not very floral or expressive. We gravitate to concrete subjects and information that’s logical, useful, and well-organized. We may prefer a methodical approach to studying. Our fantasies may be well-considered and possible, with realistic overtones.
We need to be wary of becoming too rigid in our thinking. We may come across as cold or harsh. For some, there is a fine line between realism and pessimism. At times, we might lack humor, or we’re inclined toward sarcasm when joking. We can be quite stubborn with our ideas and methods.
We can use this period to make solid, realistic plans and get organized. It’s a favorable time to advise, teach, or guide. Generally, we’re more concerned than usual with our reputation or responsibilities. Our dependability can reap rewards. We love to plan ahead and map out our next steps. Changes of schedule can be most disconcerting during this cycle.
Our reactions are sensible, cool, and level-headed while Mercury is in Capricorn.
Venus is in Capricorn from November 5, 2021-March 6, 2022. [This is longer than usual due to the Venus retrograde, occurring entirely in the sign of Capricorn, from December 19, 2021-January 29, 2022.] Getting serious about our finances and boosting our relations with business partners and/or co-workers will be easier than usual under this influence. Our talents for creating artistic structure and form are enhanced, and our ability to form connections with people who support our ambitions increases.
We value enduring connections, reliability, and faithfulness. We take expressing our feelings seriously, and we take our time to warm up to others. We generally keep our “cool” in relationships. We’re steadfast and seek genuine, perhaps old-fashioned connections. It’s not a time for PDA, and we can be somewhat guarded and reserved with expressing our feelings or revealing our relationships.
The underdog who works hard can have their time in the sun now. We value slow and steady effort and long-term prospects. Reliability in others is most attractive.
This cycle favors getting along well with higher-ups, conservative business goals and ventures, long-term investments, and matters related to pension.
Mars is in Sagittarius from December 13, 2021, to January 24, 2022. With a Sagittarius Mars, our actions are motivated by our ideals. We are bothered by routine, quickly becoming restless if we feel confined. We have a love of adventure, and of conquest–this is the position of wanderlust. We start projects or challenges with gusto, although we may tend to abandon them rather quickly. This may be because we set our sights too high!
Jupiter is in Aquarius from December 19th, 2020, to May 13, 2021, and then from July 28 to December 28, 2021. Read more about the Jupiter in Aquarius transit. Jupiter is in Pisces from May 13th to July 28th, when it retreats into Aquarius. Jupiter returns to Pisces on December 28th, 2021. There will be another part to this 3-part act in 2022! Read more about the Jupiter in Pisces transit.
Saturn transits Aquarius from March 21 to July 1, 2020, and from December 17th, 2020, until March 7, 2023. Read about Saturn’s transit of Aquarius.
Uranus is in Taurus.
Uranus transits Taurus from May 15, 2018, to November 6, 2018, and then from March 6th, 2019, until 2025/6. We approach money and personal possessions in new ways and learn to free ourselves from certain material constraints. Innovative ways to make ourselves comfortable emerge. We’re less inhibited about expressing sensuality, self-love, body love, and pampering. Above all, we’re challenging what we previously valued during this cycle.
There can be abrupt changes with money, valuables, possessions, and income that lead to a reshuffling of priorities or values. Income might come from non-traditional sources or ventures. In general, we’re bringing progressive ideas to the world of business. New ways of doing business, as well as making, viewing, and handling money, are likely. Our income and the energy we put into making money can be variable.
Romance & Relationships
Venus is in Capricorn from November 5, 2021, to March 6, 2022. Venus in Capricorn is a cycle in which security and stability in our relationships are paramount. We are more cautious with our emotions and somewhat skeptical of both our own feelings and others’ expressions of affection. Longevity is important to us under this influence.
There is a formality to Capricorn that can make personal expressions seem awkward and forced. However, this cycle offers us the opportunity to consider some of the practical issues of our relations and to work on making our partnerships work in the real world. A dose of realism in our personal lives can help us to feel more grounded and secure in the long run.
This week: Venus turns retrograde on the 19th, and things are changing. Venus-ruled endeavors, such as money, beauty, art, romance, and pleasure, become a little heavier, more prone to reassessment, review, and perhaps delay or a period of limbo. This Venus retrograde cycle lasts until January 29th, and is a period in which we reevaluate or review our love life as well as the manner in which we receive, reveal, and express our affections. Thoughts turn to the past so that we can lay to rest unhealthy habits in these areas of life.
With Venus retrograde in Capricorn, we may question whether our goals mesh in our relationships. Read more about Venus retrograde in Capricorn from December 19, 2021, to January 29, 2022.
On Friday and Saturday, the 24-25, our desires are complex and deep. We demand much from our relationships and pleasures, perhaps wanting to take them to a new level. Feelings are intense, insistent, and motivating. With Venus retrograde, we’re revisiting old issues.
Venus, the Goddess of Love: Highlights in the Coming Week:
Venus in Capricorn Marry for money and then learn to love ’em: that’s what your heart tells you now, as a new cycle gets underway in your life. Does that sound cynical? Maybe so – but it does reflect the yearning you feel for security and stability now, and it suggests the kind of compromises you may be willing to make to accomplish these objectives.
Venus parallel Mars December 18-19. Favors romantic and sexual relationships. Intense passions.
Venus conjunct Pluto December 24-25. An extraordinarily passionate time for relationships. We are focused and confident. There is a tendency to want–and to demand–a lot from a partnership or friendship. Powerful and uplifting time for romantic/sexual relationships. New insights into relationships and love. Strong attractions. Relationships begun under this influence are intense and passionate, deep and far from superficial, and can be quite possessive as well.
Venus semi-square Mars December 26-27. Tensions in relationships. Attempting to satisfy romantic needs and assertive/sexual needs simultaneously can be challenging.
Venus conjunct Mercury December 28-29. Favors playfulness in love and enhanced communication between partners.
The Moon & Timing
The Void of Course Moon is the period of time after the Moon has made its last aspect in one sign until the Moon enters a new sign. During the Void of Course Moon periods, it is generally wise to stick to routine rather than to begin new projects.
The last aspect the Moon makes before changing signs is indicated here and is indicative of the “outcome” of the matter (whether that is a new project begun before the void period or the answer to a question in Horary Astrology).
Void of Course in Horary Astrology: If you were asking a question and making a chart to determine the answer, as you do in Horary astrology, it is said that since the Moon is not looking forward to any more aspects in this sign, you would have to say that the answer is not forthcoming; any questions asked at this time would not come to pass.
The Moon being Void is one of the Strictures against Judgment in Horary Astrology. The following tables incorporate the modern planets, but some astrologers do not count Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto in void Moon calculations.
The Void-of-Course Moon this Week:
Void-of-course Moon on Sunday, December 19th, from 1:02 AM EST, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (a trine to Jupiter), until the Moon enters Cancer at 4:42 AM EST.
VOC Moon on Tuesday, December 21st, from 9:44 AM EST, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (an opposition to Venus), until the Moon enters Leo at 4:54 PM EST.
VOC Moon on Friday, December 24th, from 1:40 AM EST, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (an opposition to Jupiter), until the Moon enters Virgo at 3:25 AM EST.
December 2021:
Timing with the Moon – Better Periods this Week for Electing New Initiatives
It’s important to note that there are more factors to consider in addition to the windows listed below. The following windows are starting points. For example, you generally don’t want to elect a new venture when a very challenging aspect is applying, and it’s preferable to elect a time when a particularly positive aspect hasn’t yet perfected (is applying rather than separating).
The Moon is waning this week, which is generally considered unfavorable for new beginnings, with exceptions. (See Best Time to Start a Business for more details).
According to principles of timing with the Moon, a window of opportunity occurs this week on Sunday, December 19th, from approximately 12:00 AM to 1:00 AM EST. However, Venus is stationing as it’s about to turn retrograde during this window.
Another window occurs from Saturday, December 25th, at approximately 7:10 PM EST, until Sunday, December 26th, at approximately 3:35 AM EST, while the Moon is in Virgo. Note that Venus is retrograde during this window.

This Week’s Calendar
This Week’s Aspects
Sun sextile Jupiter. This transit can bring hopefulness, good will, and increased influence into our lives. It’s favorable for marketing, publishing, and advertising, as well as any self-promotion activities. We may be especially sociable, tolerant, and generous under this influence. Confidence comes from a stronger sense of who we are and the principles we represent. Some form of recognition or distinction is possible now. We are more able to grasp the “big picture” which expands our perspective.
Mercury trine Uranus. This is an opportune time to attend meetings and other organized group activities, to communicate online, and to take part in activities involving computers, scientific projects, and metaphysics. Unexpected gains may be realized through such mediums. The intuition is strong, and insights seem to come from “out of the blue”. Original, creative ideas are easy to come by.
Mercury semi-square Jupiter. We experience information overload, and we neglect to consider details. People tend to exaggerate today. Monotonous mental tasks are harder to take under this influence. Our minds are restless.
Saturn square Uranus. There can be tension experienced as our needs for freedom and spontaneity seem to clash with a need for structure and stability. Ideally, we can find creative ways to satisfy these diverging needs, perhaps by giving form to our ideals and quest for progress. Rules and limitations can feel more challenging to tolerate, but life feels too chaotic without some lines drawn. Attempts to assert our individuality, freedom, and originality tend to undermine our feeling of groundedness and security. Yet, we are not satisfied when we conform. There may be sudden and unexpected twists that force us to do something different or free ourselves from old habits. Adjusting our plans may be in order, and striking a balance between convention and innovation is the challenge. Setbacks tend to be temporary and often lead to new, more creative paths or solutions. While this aspect is active, however, we can feel some real frustration. There can be elevated frustrations related to differences in opinion that feel more problematic than usual, blocking progress or leading to delays. People we relied on may seem less reliable at this time.
Mars trine Chiron. We may have the opportunity to take the lead, or to take action, regarding matters that lead to healing, cleansing, or teaching now. We can feel a sense of mission now. There is likely to be a feeling of fearlessness when it comes to addressing problem areas, and self-confidence as well. There is a drive to take positive action, usually to defend or help others (or ourselves). It’s a strong period for cooperation and purposeful activity.
Venus conjunct Pluto. This is an “all or nothing” energy. We have the power of attraction at our disposal. Things shouldn’t be forced, even though the desire to sway, coerce, and manipulate others may be present. Passions are strong and intense. There is a tendency to want–and to demand–a lot from a partnership or friendship. This is a time when we can be focused and confident, especially when it comes to handling business and finances, as well as with regards to love and partnership.

DECEMBER 19
The Moon continues its transit of Gemini only until 4:42 AM EST, when it enters Cancer. The Cancer Moon is cautious but warm and attentive. Venus stations and turns retrograde today and will remain retrograde until January 29th, staying in the sign of Capricorn for the duration. This Venus retrograde cycle can bring us back to unresolved matters, mainly to do with relationships, finances, wants and needs, and values. We may wish to avoid significant new beginnings or decisions related to Venus-ruled endeavors, such as finances, partnership, romance, and pleasurable pursuits. However, it’s an excellent time to assess these matters. This is a cycle in which we review, re-evaluate, and re-assess our love life, personal finances, and how we receive, reveal, and express our affections. Thoughts turn to the past so that we can lay to rest unhealthy habits in these areas of life.
Also today, Chiron stations and turns direct, ending its retrograde that lasted since July 15th. With this shift, we can experience some emotional vulnerability. Emotional truths about matters we’ve been avoiding or confused about are beginning to emerge now and in the coming weeks. These may not always be comfortable, but they serve to motivate us to take appropriate action.
Fortunately, the Sun forms a sextile to Jupiter today, stimulating hopefulness and generosity. It can be a time for engaging with others in delightful ways and enjoying opportunities for doing so. Confidence comes from a stronger sense of who we are and the principles we represent. Some form of recognition or distinction is possible now. We can grasp the “big picture,” which expands our perspective, and we’re feeling more vital and confident.
The void Moon occurs from 1:02 AM EST, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (a trine to Jupiter), until the Moon enters Cancer at 4:42 AM EST.
DECEMBER 20
The Moon spends the day in Cancer, and we’re looking for safety, familiarity, warmth, and sustenance. However, Mercury’s trine to Uranus encourages inventiveness. With this mind-opening aspect, we seek answers that are not the most obvious ones, and we can get to some exciting places on a mental level now. We’re expressing ourselves in different or unique ways rather than falling back on old habits of thinking and communicating, and it’s successful. Conversations can be gently provocative, leading to new ideas and perspectives. Insights or creative ideas come suddenly, unexpectedly, and brilliantly.
DECEMBER 21
The Sun leaves Sagittarius and enters Capricorn today at 10:59 AM EST. The Sun will transit Capricorn until January 19th, 2022. We’re motivated by feelings of responsibility, ambition, and respect for law and order during this cycle. Completion and accomplishment are satisfying during this Sun transit. Capricorn wants tangible results, knows what is feasible, and is most comfortable working within an established framework and known boundaries or limits. Standards, structures, and an appreciation for order are Capricorn themes. Working towards a long-term goal is most satisfying with this influence. The Moon continues to transit the sign of Cancer until 4:54 PM EST, when it heads into Leo. The Cancer Moon is protective, dedicated, and cautious. Its opposition to Venus and Pluto this morning suggests we may be confronting areas of our lives where we’re holding onto something too tightly for fear of losing it. People may be dredging up the past. There can be intensity in our personal relationships, emotional entanglements, power games, or inner emotional turmoil. The Leo Moon is more outgoing–we’re friendly and express ourselves creatively.
The void Moon occurs from 9:44 AM EST, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (an opposition to Venus), until the Moon enters Leo at 4:54 PM EST.
DECEMBER 22
Mercury aligns with Juno and forms a semi-square to Jupiter today, stimulating a strong desire to learn, reason things out, and gain knowledge as a means to empower ourselves. We seek a mental connection or rapport. It may not be easy to share or blend beliefs, morals, and values as we tend to see the differences more than similarities now. Instead, if we haven’t been growing and improving through one another, it can become more glaring today. Overreaching can be a problem, and we may feel a little overwhelmed with information or, on the other side of things, overlook essential details. Certainly, we tend to inflate the positive of a situation. There’s a tendency to exaggerate or dramatize as tedious mental tasks are especially difficult to digest. The Moon spends the day in positive, determined Leo.
DECEMBER 23
The Moon spends the day in the sign of Leo, stimulating our desire to reach out and share ourselves with others in heartfelt ways. Under this transit, we’re determined and confident and direct and sincere, and we take more pride in our actions and creations. The Leo Moon is generous and trusting. We may want to find a personal pursuit and give it special attention. Our feelings are strong, and we’re ready and willing to share ourselves with others. Early tomorrow, Saturn forms a square to Uranus for the final of three perfections (the first happened in February, and the second in June). This longer-term influence generates some friction. At the root of tension is a clash between our need for freedom and spontaneity and our need for structure and stability. Ideally, we can find creative ways to satisfy these diverging needs, perhaps by giving form to our ideals and quest for progress. Rules and limitations are harder to tolerate, but life feels too chaotic without some lines drawn. Attempts to assert our individuality, freedom, and originality can undermine our feeling of groundedness and security. Yet, we are not satisfied when we conform. There may be sudden and unexpected twists that force us to do something different or free ourselves from old habits. Adjusting our plans may be in order, and balancing convention and innovation is the challenge.
DECEMBER 24
Early today, Saturn’s final square to Uranus (while it transits Aquarius) perfects, creating some tension as tradition and innovation seem at odds. However, a Jupiter-Uranus quintile encourages us to appreciate the more unique elements of situations, people, and projects. The Moon leaves Leo and enters Virgo at 3:25 AM EST, and we move from a playful to workhorse frame of mind. The Virgo Moon’s square to Mars can point to some nervous tension or argumentativeness. We may be working under stressful or hectic conditions, as we feel pressure to get things done quickly. However, Mars is heading towards a trine to Chiron, exact tomorrow morning, and we could have the opportunity to take the lead or to take action with matters that lead to healing, cleansing, or teaching. We’re fearlessly addressing problem areas. We may be defending and helping others, and we’re in great shape for cooperation and purposeful activity.
The void Moon occurs from 1:40 AM EST, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (an opposition to Jupiter), until the Moon enters Virgo at 3:25 AM EST.
DECEMBER 25
The Mars-Chiron trine perfects this morning shortly before a Venus-Pluto conjunction occurs. With these transits, we want to face the deeper issues. It’s a good time to work on problem areas. Venus first aligned with Pluto in Capricorn on the 11th, but it turned retrograde on the 19th. Today, retrograde Venus returns to a conjunction with Pluto, and we can be focusing on past problems, relationships, or pleasures. Interactions and feelings are more intense and focused. We shouldn’t force matters, even though the desire to sway, coerce, and manipulate others may be present. We’re more passionate or intense when handling business and finances, as well as with people, love, and partnership. The Moon spends the day in dedicated, helpful, detail-oriented Virgo.

Moon Signs This Week:
When the Moon is in Gemini
Our basic instinct is to communicate, think, and learn under the influence of Moon in Gemini. We are motivated by a desire for variety and by an instinctive curiosity. The Moon in Gemini is light-hearted, breezy, spirited, and curious, but it can also be restless and fickle.
The Moon in Gemini generally favors the following activities: Mental and communicative actions, and more than one activity at once. Reading, learning, letters and emails, errands, writing, teaching, making connections, cafes, light and airy meetings, short trips.
When the Moon is in Cancer
The restlessness of the Gemini Moon gives way to an instinctive need for peace and quiet. A feeling of belonging and safety is what motivates us under this influence. The Moon feels right at home in the sign of Cancer, as it rules the sign. This Moon position has much healing potential. Although insular by nature, our feelings run deep, making it an ideal time to get in touch with what motivates us.
The Moon in Cancer generally favors the following activities: Domestic activities, those that involve awareness of personal needs. Home decor, family get-togethers.
When the Moon is in Leo
The Moon in Leo speaks to our "inner child". It's a warm, generous, whole-heartedly loving position. Pride keeps us from pettiness, but it can also prevent us from opening up and revealing how we are truly feeling. We are on stage, our feelings are grand, and we appreciate some drama in our lives. We are easily threatened by anything that seems to be impersonal. This is a time when we seek attention--when we want to stand out for our special qualities. It's a strong time for romance and any creative activity as well.
The Moon in Leo generally favors the following activities: Creative activities, activities involving children, generous undertakings, undertakings in which personal recognition is desired, and risk-taking.
When the Moon is in Virgo
We instinctually gravitate towards practical activities under the influence of a Virgo Moon. In an urge to set things right, we might easily find ourselves re-organizing and rethinking plans. Emotional satisfaction comes from solving problems, making order out of confusion, and helping others. Health matters might come into focus. We notice the smaller parts that make up the whole, and instead of letting nagging details bother us, we might work on ironing them out so that we can feel more confident moving ahead.
The Moon in Virgo generally favors the following activities: Mental pursuits, work activities, services, and routines. Activities that would benefit from tending to details.
Upcoming Weeks: Calendars
THIS WEEK’S PLANETARY POSITIONS BY SIGN (General Trends):
Sun in Sagittarius You’re now embarking on a trek into a land of dreams – not passive daydreams, but vibrant visions of what may be. The time has come to stop looking at the world as it is and asking why. Now’s the time to imagine the world as it could be, and the question has become: “Why not?” You also cannot do everything you imagine now, but you cannot do anything you don’t KNOW you can do – so believe, and dare to make it happen! This means expanding your mind, your belief system, your whole base of knowledge and experience. Time’s a wastin’ – let no grass grow between your toes!
Sun in Capricorn You see what’s wrong and you know what to do now: the time has come to make it real, and it’s a lot bigger than any one person. This means cooperation and organization, authority and discipline, responsibility – and all these things are what it takes to get you where you know you must go. But take care! If your vision is only for yourself, what you create cannot last: it must be for some greater good. Ambition, practicality, and achievement are admirable, but they are means to an end – not ends in themselves.
Mercury in Capricorn Figuring out how to organize projects and people is apt to become a topic of special interest – and a challenge – at a time like this. Opinions are not enough for you now: they must be backed by authority or evidence, and above all they must have practical worth and application. A period of intense study and thought.
Mars in Sagittarius Ideology is a keynote of the new phase you have begun – the power of ideas and the power they wield over people. Religious, cultural, or philosophical controversies and crusades have a way of stirring your blood. Travel and adventure are compelling temptations as you dare to test your mettle and stretch your horizons.
Jupiter in Aquarius Innovation, reform, and idealism are your paths to growth and gain now. New, futuristic ideas are part of this, but it’s much more than that: putting them into practice is essential because this is much more than empty idealism. A break from the past, a willingness to flaunt convention.
Saturn in Aquarius Ideals are in for a period of testing, as a new phase begins in your life. What are principles worth, unless they are put into practice? That’s an important question for you now. This could mean you may be disappointed by causes you believe in – but if you abandon your principles, you lose.
Uranus in Taurus Practicality and ingenuity combine as powerful drives in your life now that you have begun a new cycle. Taking innovative concepts and making them real and practical is your strong suit; getting stuck in the mud is to be avoided at all costs. Financial savvy, inventiveness, worldly genius.
Neptune in Pisces Things spiritual and psychic take the driver’s seat of your imagination as you begin a new cycle. The fine arts and all manner of fantasies assume a larger-than-life importance. Surrendering to fate, karma, and other powers greater than merely mortal may be seen as the ultimate liberation. If all is Maya (illusion), what is the reality that gives rise to the world of appearances?
Pluto in Capricorn As this new phase dawns for you, the pursuit of social/political power and status has a way of seeming necessary and inevitable – and let nothing stand in its way. It starts out small but has bigger consequences than you’d think. Ambition, responsibility, a place for everyone, and everyone in their place…
