Moon Scorpio-Moon Aries
Both of you have strong emotional responses to people and situations, but you express yourselves very differently. Aries becomes frustrated and impatient rather easily and is prone to frequent, but short-lived, outbursts of temper. Scorpio, on the other hand, often hides feelings and holds on to hurts or grudges for a long time. Scorpio is emotionally complex, secretive and often suspicious as well, and capable of tremendous emotional intensity. Scorpio loves or hates wholeheartedly. Aries is more simple and direct than Scorpio, and may not fully appreciate the depth of Scorpio’s feelings.
You may have some vicious conflicts at times, yet you are drawn to one another’s passion.
Compatibility Rating: (See color codes below)
Moon Scorpio-Moon Taurus
Both of you are rather obstinate and inflexible, and cannot be easily moved once you’ve made up your mind. Nor does logic or reason work wonders with either of you, when you decide you want something. When the two of you lock horns, it’s a matter of which of you wears down first!
Of the two of you, Taurus is the more practical and down to earth. A loving, stable home, creature comforts, and peaceful relationships are Taurus’s ideal. Taurus has a much simpler emotional nature than Scorpio, and is much more easily contented.
Scorpio’s feelings run very deep. Scorpio loves intensely, but is also capable of tremendous animosity and hostility if hurt or betrayed. Scorpio has a very private, secretive side and often hides feelings or withdraws from people as a means of self-protection. Anger, guilt, and jealousy are emotions Scorpio frequently keeps hidden inside.
All of this is rather incomprehensible to Taurus, though Taurus does share with Scorpio the tendency to be possessive with a love partner.
Scorpio also demands much more from a partner in terms of emotional involvement, intimacy, and depth. Scorpio doesn’t accept anything at face value, and it may seem to Taurus that Scorpio is always probing, analyzing feelings, and thereby making unnecessary trouble.
There is a strong magnetic attraction between you, and you can be very, very close, especially if you learn to appreciate one another’s ways.
Compatibility Rating: (See color codes below)
Moon Scorpio-Moon Gemini
Your emotional natures are so essentially different that you have great difficulty appreciating or understanding one another at times. Scorpio is very passionate emotionally and feels everything very deeply. Scorpio has strong emotional reactions to everything, intense loves and hates, and doesn’t have Gemini’s ability to be detached, reasonable, and rational in personal situations. Gemini can be as cool as a cucumber, light and breezy about situations that, for Scorpio, are very real and serious and heavily charged with emotion, and it may seem to Scorpio that Gemini doesn’t care, doesn’t feel, or doesn’t empathize at all sometimes.
Gemini often feels threatened or uncomfortable with emotions, and uses humor, cool reasoning, or simple avoidance as a way to deflect some of Scorpio’s intensity.
Another issue between you is that Gemini enjoys people, enjoys socializing, needs variety and novelty and mental stimulation, while Scorpio is very private and downright unsociable at times. Gemini needs to feel free to move about, and Scorpio tends to be possessive and is often resentful or jealous of Gemini’s other interests and relationships.
Also, Scorpio can be very demanding, as Scorpio has a powerful need and capacity for deep sharing, intimacy, and closeness, and may want more than Gemini is capable of giving on that level.
Compatibility Rating: (See color codes below)
Moon Scorpio-Moon Cancer
Both of you are very sensitive and intuitive about others’ needs and feelings, and become deeply attached to people. The two of you can become very, very close, intensely bonded to one another, for you both need and seek a very complete emotional union with your partner. Cancer is very dependent on loved ones, and so is Scorpio, though Scorpio doesn’t always show or admit it. When you want something or care about something or someone, both of you are very emotional and often lose all objectivity.
For the most part you are quite compatible, but there are some differences. Scorpio is more passionate, more emotionally driven, and has very strong loves, hates, and emotional reactions to people and situations (though these feelings may be hidden).
Scorpio’s depths are revealed to very few, and it is difficult for Scorpio to be openly vulnerable and to relinquish control in a relationship. Scorpio can be very vindictive when hurt or angry. Cancer, on the other hand, is softer, more tender and gentle, and may be upset at times by Scorpio’s vehemence. Cancer wants and needs a very sympathetic, nurturing, non-competitive and peaceful atmosphere.
Compatibility Rating: (See color codes below)
Moon Scorpio-Moon Leo
Temperamentally, the two of you are like night and day. Leo is basically sunny, open, warm, and fun-loving, and not given to a great deal of introspection or serious self-analysis, while Scorpio is very private, emotionally deep and complex, and rather hard to get to know. Scorpio is a much more suspicious or cautious soul than Leo is. Behind Scorpio’s reserve lies much sensitivity and intense emotion. Scorpio distrusts superficial appearances and is always seeking the hidden meanings or deeper motivations in people, dredging up the buried past, or looking for the fly in the ointment. Leo accepts things as they are (or appear to be) much more readily, and may feel that Scorpio makes unnecessary trouble by probing so deeply all of the time. The truth is that Leo is very proud and wants always to be thought well of – and would therefore rather not discover anything within that is less than praiseworthy. Also, Scorpio has a jealous, distrustful side that Leo, who is basically straightforward and open, doesn’t readily understand. Leo may get exasperated with Scorpio’s lingering suspicions.
Scorpio is drawn inward to the depths, to darkness and mystery, while Leo is more outward and seeks the light, bright side of life. Leo, for instance, needs and enjoys people, is much more social, and loves to entertain. Scorpio would prefer an evening alone or spent in an intimate atmosphere with a few close friends, where the interaction is likely to be deeper and more revealing.
There really need not be a conflict over these differences in your emotional natures, as long as the two of you understand and accept them. You are both very strong-willed and somewhat inflexible, and you insist on being yourselves despite the differences between you.
Compatibility Rating: (See color codes below)
Moon Scorpio-Moon Virgo
Scorpio is quiet, deep, and complex emotionally, and often hides feelings or jealousy, guilt, and other powerful emotions out of a fear of being misunderstood. Scorpio needs passion, drama, and intensity in order to feel completely alive, and may intentionally or unintentionally stir up personal crises or emotional storms in order to have those feelings. There is an underlying attraction to anything secret, dark, and mysterious, including the hidden or dark side of people. Negatively, Scorpio can be subtly manipulative and controlling, Positively, Scorpio can be immensely loyal, a deep and faithful friend or lover.
Virgo is quite different from Scorpio in that Virgo responds logically and rationally to situations, rather than irrationally and instinctively as Scorpio does. There may be something in Virgo’s background or in the way Virgo was raised that makes Virgo careful, shy, or restrained about being too emotional or sexual, and Scorpio’s very intense feelings may be difficult for Virgo to understand or enter into.
Also, Virgo is quite self-critical and is therefore very sensitive to criticism from others, so Scorpio should be careful of lashing out or being sarcastic when in a stormy mood, as this hurts Virgo very much.
The two of you do share a tendency to probe and analyze yourselves and others, and a desire to change and improve yourselves as well.
Compatibility Rating: (See color codes below)
Moon Scorpio-Moon Libra
Libra is friendly, sociable, and agreeable, with a gracious, personable manner that others find very congenial. Libra enjoys people and wants so much to be liked and to be surrounded with pleasantness that Libra often avoids confronting people and dealing with anger and conflict in personal relationships. Scorpio, on the other hand, has a quiet disposition that masks much emotional complexity and sensitivity. Light, superficial social interaction doesn’t interest Scorpio at all, and, in fact, frequently makes Scorpio feel separate and lonely.
Scorpio feels a whole range of powerful emotions – desire, jealousy, rage, fierce loving attachments or intense loathing -and Scorpio cannot live without relating on a very deep, intimate level, which often includes conflict and confrontation. In fact, if things become too easy and mellow, Scorpio will (consciously or unconsciously) provoke some trouble in a relationship. Scorpio seems to thrive on emotional drama and intensity, while Libra very much prefers harmony, sweetness, and peace. Scorpio is drawn to the hidden, dark, mysterious side of life and of people, while Libra focuses on the light and good in others. Generally Libra accepts people as they appear to be, while Scorpio probes and analyzes and is more suspicious. Also, Scorpio can be manipulative and controlling, and may be subtly dominating in this relationship.

Moon Scorpio-Moon Scorpio
The two of you are likely to have a volatile, passionate relationship, and a deep attachment to one another as well.
You are both very intense inwardly, and yet many of your feelings are hidden except from those few with whom you are very intimate. You are wholehearted and often extreme in your emotional reactions; you love and hate, feel rage, triumph, fierce loyalty or complete loathing – all with equal fervor. You can simmer and brood over something for a long time without expressing or releasing your feelings, and you can build up tremendous resentment or guilt this way.
Both of you like to keep things hidden and need privacy; you enjoy having secrets. Because you are both suspicious and cautious about revealing yourselves, those you trust must prove themselves to you and you expect absolute faithfulness from them. You are sensitive to betrayal and can be intensely jealous.
Since you are both this way, you understand one another very well, but obviously when you clash, it can be quite explosive.
Both of you crave powerful emotional experiences and may seek this out in various ways, including engaging in challenging or dangerous physical activities, choosing a profession that involves you in life-and-death or intense crisis situations, reading or watching shocking or gruesome horror stories, or by creating emotional storms in your own personal lives.
Compatibility Rating: (See color codes below)
Moon Scorpio-Moon Sagittarius
You two are like night and day, emotionally speaking. Sagittarius is light, optimistic, and philosophical about life and emotional experiences, always expecting to bounce back and grow from a difficult time. Idealistic and forward-looking, Sagittarius tends to ignore or deny raw emotion and the dark, painful aspects of life. Scorpio, on the other hand, is an intensely, passionately emotional person who has little emotional distance or detachment. While Sagittarius is basically open, and confides and shares freely, Scorpio is very careful, even suspicious, and does not trust or open to just anyone. Scorpio is inward and private and can be quite asocial at times, whereas Sagittarius loves to go out and socialize or participate with people. Scorpio tends to brood and often becomes dark and silent, and Sagittarius may try to jolly or lighten Scorpio up, which can be helpful sometimes but is just as often intrusive. Sagittarius wants sunny weather all the time, while Scorpio loves a storm.
Also, Scorpio gets deeply attached to loved ones, and is very sensitive to any threat to the bond. Jealousy and being overly possessive can be problems. Sagittarius, on the other hand, is friendly, emotionally generous, not especially possessive, and needs space to move about without being scrutinized and questioned all the time.
Compatibility Rating: (See color codes below)
Moon Scorpio-Moon Capricorn
Both of you are quiet and you often don’t express all that you are feeling, but the reasons for this are quite different in each of you.
Capricorn tends to repress feelings, emotional needs, and the inner child who wants to play and to be taken care of. Practical matters, work, and responsibilities take precedence over play and pleasure, and desires which are “too childish” or “unrealistic” are downplayed. Capricorn often keeps an emotional distance and will not get emotionally involved. Frequently Capricorn seems impassive, unresponsive, or emotionally detached, and has a habit of taking life too seriously. Material security and success can become a substitute for emotional well-being and happiness.
Scorpio, on the other hand, is intensely emotional, though very private and secretive about feelings. Scorpio is deep, complex, given to silent brooding, and often harbors unspoken feelings for a long time. Resentments, guilts, and secret fears can build up to tremendous proportions if not shared and released.
Neither of you trusts others very readily and you are both afraid of being vulnerable or not in control. This can prevent you from opening up completely to one another. You are both capable of great depth, fidelity, and constancy in a relationship, and neither of you is superficial emotionally. For this reason you can be harmonious together.
Compatibility Rating: (See color codes below)
Moon Scorpio-Moon Aquarius
Your emotional natures and needs are so different that there is likely to be quite a bit of dissonance or conflict between you, unless you both come to understand and accept one another. However, you are both quite fixed in your own ways and are not always receptive to changing unless it is on your own terms.
Scorpio needs intense closeness and emotional intimacy, and becomes fiercely attached to loved ones. Extreme possessiveness, jealousy, and an urge to manipulate and control loved ones are feelings Scorpio may contend with. Aquarius, on the other hand, is very independent, resists being possessed or controlled, and is much more mental than emotional.
Emotions are a powerful force in Scorpio’s life and Scorpio can become obsessed with a feeling or desire, while Aquarius is much more detached and often out of touch with feelings and emotions. Scorpio’s intensity may be met in a cool, dispassionate, highly rational way – or simply by a total lack of comprehension – by Aquarius.
Also, Scorpio is intensely private and personal, while Aquarius is very social and needs to participate in the world at large. Involvement in groups, associations, clubs, or community affairs is important to Aquarius. Aquarius’s interests are broad and Aquarius needs intellectual companionship and sharing on a mental or spiritual level, which is something Scorpio may or may not appreciate.
Compatibility Rating: (See color codes below)
Moon Scorpio-Moon Pisces
You are both very intuitive and psychically receptive, and you sense what is going on inside others even when they try to hide it. You have a very sympathetic rapport with one another, and you may get so enmeshed with each other that it is hard for you to tell whether you are feeling your own emotions and responses, or those of your partner.
Both of you are very, very sensitive, but the difference between you is this: Scorpio will hold onto hurt feelings and may harbor unexpressed resentments, jealousies, secret fears, and guilt for a long, long time. Pisces, on the other hand, is much more forgiving, tolerant, and ready to make excuses for the offender. Scorpio is more of a fighter and wants to retaliate when injured; Pisces is basically a peace-loving pacifist who would rather not create more conflict.
Though you both feel very deeply, you may not be very articulate about your feelings and inner experiences. You share an affinity for music. Living near water would be beneficial for both of you.
