Moon Pisces-Moon Aries
Your instinctive emotional responses and emotional needs are so different that quite often you rub each other the wrong way or cause offense to one another unintentionally.
Aries has an eager, active, take-charge attitude that is somewhat abrasive to Pisces, who is gentle, receptive, very sensitive, and rather passive.
Aries is direct and confrontational and can be quite irritated with Pisces’s vagueness, over-sensitivity, and tendency to seek escape or avoid conflict. Aries is somewhat volatile and needs to express anger and other emotions rather than bottling them up. Once released, Aries forgets these outbursts rather quickly, but Pisces is often left feeling hurt or upset by the disruption. Pisces craves peace, tranquility, and a sort of idyllic environment.
Also, Pisces has a strong need for closeness and sympathy, and is often very dependent on loved ones, while Aries prefers to be (or at least acts) self-reliant and independent. Pisces is extremely flexible and adaptable and often unfocused or unclear about personal direction, and Aries should take care not to dominate or take advantage of Pisces’s willingness to give and bend. Perhaps the most challenging thing with this combination of Moon signs is the conflict between Aries’s need for direct contact and immediate answers and Pisces’s indirect approach to emotions. Aries values facing problems right away and directly, while Pisces tends towards withdrawing and avoidance.

Moon Pisces-Moon Taurus
Though you have very different emotional natures, you complement and harmonize with one another very well.
Pisces is sensitive, imaginative, sympathetic and emotional, and is often somewhat ungrounded and impractical. Taurus is also a nurturing, sympathetic person, but very well-grounded, solid and reliable – a rock for Pisces to lean on many times. Both of you have a very peace-loving, easygoing, somewhat passive side, and you both seek a tranquil home atmosphere, free from competition and conflict.
You also share a love of the natural world; gardening, plants, and animals. Music is also a shared love or interest of yours.
The two of you are likely to fare best if Taurus takes care of the mundane organization and practical affairs of your household.
Compatibility Rating: (See color codes below)
Moon Pisces-Moon Gemini
Pisces is intuitive, receptive, dreamy, and rather passive, while Gemini is more intellectual, verbal, quite restless, and often overly active or compulsively busy. Pisces has the sensitive temperament of a mystic, musician, or artist, while Gemini is more of a scientist or intellectual, fluent with logic and with language. Gemini is also something of a comedian, and must be careful not to make fun of something Pisces is sensitive about.
Gemini is emotionally light, detached, and able to be quite objective, while Pisces is very compassionate and can easily drown in emotions.
Both of you have very changeable moods and you are both open, impressionable, flexible, and sometimes flighty.
If Gemini can learn to respect Pisces’s feelings, intuitions, and sensitivity, and Pisces can appreciate Gemini’s rational, detached perspective, the two of you can get along very well.
Compatibility Rating: (See color codes below)
Moon Pisces-Moon Cancer
The two of you understand each other very well and you share many similar traits. You can have a very strong emotional rapport and attachment to one another, so much so that you communicate nonverbally or telepathically quite easily.
Both of you are highly receptive and sensitive to the emotional tone surrounding you. You have an intuitive awareness of others’ inner feelings and needs, and are sympathetic almost to a fault. You absorb the moods of the people around you, and are prone to take on others’ troubles or emotions, sometimes not even knowing what your own true feelings are and what you have picked up from someone else. It is important for both of you to have a peaceful home to retreat to (near a lake or other body of water, ideally). You need a place where you can withdraw and replenish yourselves, spiritually and emotionally, on a regular basis. You share a tendency to want to escape from the pressures of the world and modern day competition and stress. Meditation, listening to or creating music, or living close to nature are nurturing ways to do so. This is a dreamy combination, and your relationship is likely to be quite tender and thoughtful.
Compatibility Rating: (See color codes below)
Moon Pisces-Moon Leo
Leo’s basic emotional tone is vibrant, sunny and warm, while Pisces’s is dreamy and moody. Leo has an underlying narcissistic streak and cannot bear to be ignored, unappreciated, or considered mediocre. Often Leo will exaggerate feelings, become loud, boisterous, and melodramatic in order to get attention. There is a strong domineering or controlling aspect to Leo’s character as well, which makes Leo something of a household tyrant at times. Pisces, on the other hand, is very receptive and gentle, not aggressive, not a fighter. Because Pisces is so sympathetic and so readily identifies with other people’s feelings, Pisces is inclined to give up personal desires and rights in order to make the other person happy. Thus a pattern may develop between you where Leo is running the show and Pisces constantly obliges or acquiesces to Leo’s wishes. Compared to Leo, Pisces may be something of a door mat (especially if other astrological factors do not indicate a strong will or strong sense of self).
Also, Pisces is rather chameleon-like, emotionally speaking, and is strongly influenced by the emotional atmosphere and inner feelings of others in the environment, so when Leo is up, the warmth and optimism raises Pisces’s mood considerably. But if Leo is feeling negative, this is very debilitating to Pisces.

Moon Pisces-Moon Virgo
You are opposites in many ways, yet your differences can be complementary and you can certainly learn a lot from one another.
Virgo is factual, organized and efficient in dealing with material affairs, with an eye for details. Pisces is more imaginative and dreamy, and can be a tad disorganized or foggy when it comes to practical matters.
With Virgo, intellect often rules emotions, but with Pisces, feelings dominate. Pisces is sentimental and compassionate and may give unwisely or indiscriminately to people in need, with little concern for what is actually appropriate; Virgo also has a helpful, nurturing side but is more dispassionate, and definitely knows when to stop.
Also, Virgo is very much a perfectionist, critical, and often has impossibly strict or high standards for self or others to live up to. Pisces is the opposite: tolerant, accepting, non-judgmental, loose, often undisciplined. Virgo is drawn to this quality of unconditional, uncritical acceptance in Pisces, and Pisces can benefit from Virgo’s sense of order, clarity and simplicity.
Both of you have a timid side to you and a common sensitivity to the world. Both are suited to work in the helping professions or along artistic lines (with Virgo emphasizing technical ability and craftsmanship, Pisces emphasizing inspiration and imagination). Although your emotional temperaments often seem to be literally “opposite”, you do share a common introspective quality that you appreciate in one another.

Moon Pisces-Moon Libra
Both of you are peace-loving and need a harmonious, non-competitive atmosphere in your home. Both of you avoid conflict as much as possible and Pisces in particular is something of a pacifist, at least in personal relationships.
There are differences between you, though. Pisces has little sense of limits or boundaries, and may be very comfortable in a rather fluid, disorderly, even chaotic, sort of atmosphere. Libra has a highly developed sense of balance, proportion, and symmetry, and naturally seeks order.
Moderation, appropriateness, and a happy medium are important to Libra, while Pisces tends to go to excess in everything. For instance, Pisces is essentially very generous and compassionate and will give endlessly and indiscriminately to someone with a sad story. Pisces often becomes involved in relationships where one person is primarily the giver or helper and the other is dependent and needy, the receiver in the relationship. Libra, on the other hand, seeks a reciprocal relationship between equals and is very much aware of how much each person has given and taken. Libra wants the scales to be balanced.
Also, Pisces is very emotional, psychically receptive and intuitive, while Libra is more unemotional and rational in comparison.
Compatibility Rating: (See color codes below)
Moon Pisces-Moon Scorpio
You are both very intuitive and psychically receptive, and you sense what is going on inside others even when they try to hide it. You have a very sympathetic rapport with one another, and you may get so enmeshed with each other that it is hard for you to tell whether you are feeling your own emotions and responses, or those of your partner.
Both of you are very, very sensitive, but the difference between you is this: Scorpio will hold onto hurt feelings and may harbor unexpressed resentments, jealousies, secret fears, and guilt for a long, long time. Pisces, on the other hand, is much more forgiving, tolerant, and ready to make excuses for the offender. Scorpio is more of a fighter and wants to retaliate when injured; Pisces is basically a peace-loving pacifist who would rather not create more conflict.
Though you both feel very deeply, you may not be very articulate about your feelings and inner experiences. You share an affinity for music. Living near water would be beneficial for both of you.

Moon Pisces-Moon Sagittarius
Pisces is sympathetic, dreamy, receptive, and easily affected by people and surroundings. Pisces tends to avoid abrasive people and situations, and often needs to retreat or withdraw from the hustle-bustle of the world. Escape into fantasy and imagination (or more negatively into compulsive television-watching, drinking or drug use) may be a habit of Pisces’s. Sagittarius is a dreamer also, in a way. Faraway goals, big plans, and hopes and visions for the future occupy Sagittarius much of the time. Pisces is more passive than Sagittarius, but both of you are impractical. You are also emotionally generous and sometimes do not know when to stop, where to set limits. You both tend to go to excess or promise more than you are really capable of.
A significant difference between you is that Pisces has a very thin skin and is easily hurt by criticism or unkindness. Sagittarius, on the other hand, does not take everything so personally and can be very blunt and insensitive at times.
Compatibility Rating: (See color codes below)
Moon Pisces-Moon Capricorn
Your temperaments, moods, and emotional responses are very different.
Pisces is very, very sensitive and responds emotionally and sympathetically to people while Capricorn is emotionally detached and often distant or inaccessible. Pisces tends to be a bleeding heart, while Capricorn tends to be somewhat suspicious or hard toward people who are in unfortunate circumstances – Capricorn doesn’t want to get involved unless they are friends. Capricorn also ignores or downplays emotions in general, and has a rather serious, sober, no-nonsense attitude towards life. Pisces is a bit of a dreamer or drifter and is far less practical, organized, efficient, and ambitious about material matters than Capricorn is. Pisces may sometimes long for more empathy, affection, and softness from Capricorn.
Compatibility Rating: (See color codes below)
Moon Pisces-Moon Aquarius
Your emotional rhythms and temperaments are rather different. Pisces is gentle, non-competitive, somewhat passive, and has a need to withdraw or “get away from it all” on a regular basis. Aquarius, on the other hand, needs involvement in the world and enjoys being in the flow of contemporary life.
More significantly, Pisces is very sensitive emotionally and psychically, and is a deeply feeling person, while Aquarius responds more rationally and intellectually to people and situations. Aquarius has strong humanitarian or idealistic impulses, but frequently lacks empathy in personal situations, whereas Pisces is so tender-hearted that others sometimes take advantage.
Aquarius is too cool, emotionally detached, and mental to suit Pisces sometimes. Aquarius needs intellectual stimulation and companionship, and is rather uncomfortable with excessive displays of feeling and Pisces’s emotionality in general. Also, Pisces is highly intuitive, whereas Aquarius needs scientific evidence or support of the things that Pisces takes on faith. Aquarius questions Pisces’s hunches and emotional or psychic impressions. However, Aquarius can also help Pisces get some distance and clarity about the emotional situations that Pisces gets so immersed in.
Compatibility Rating: (See color codes below)
Moon Pisces-Moon Pisces
You are very sympathetic toward one another and may have an unusually close emotional or psychic tie. Both of you are dreamy, romantic, receptive, and strongly affected by others’ emotions and the emotional tone of your surroundings. You need to avoid negative or abrasive people, for you quickly absorb those feelings and are adversely affected by them. Escaping into solitude, fantasy and imagination (or more negatively, drinking or drug use) may be a habit with both of you.
Both of you are very compassionate and giving, sometimes unwisely and indiscriminately so. Others can take advantage of your tenderheartedness. You may try to rescue someone from a bad situation or a bad habit, only to find yourself victimized or a martyr to the cause. You may try to do too much for everyone else, and end up completely drained.
Because you are so alike on an emotional level, you understand one another’s sensitivity and weaknesses very well. Remember, what you don’t like about your partner is probably the very same thing you don’t like about yourself!
The calming effect of living near a lake or ocean suit both of you well. Music is also a shared love of yours.
