Romance & Relationship Report
Daily Trends
The FULL MOON occurs on Saturday, April 16, 2022, at 2:55 PM EDT.
On Saturday afternoon, the Full Moon occurs when the Sun in Aries forms an opposition to the Libra Moon. It’s a time of culmination and the promise of fulfillment of something begun at the New Moon. Heightened emotions, romance, fertilization, relationship drama, and epiphanies are themes.
The Aries-Libra polarity is a relationship axis, where Aries represents “self,” and Libra represents “other.” Where Aries is about self-assertion, Libra is about compromise.
With the Libra Moon, we’re especially aware of our need for relationships and all that comes with maintaining them — compromising, negotiating, graciousness, and balancing. The Aries Sun, on the other hand, is self-assertive, leading, and personally courageous.
This Full Moon urges us to strike a balance between meeting our personal needs and attending to the needs of a significant other, and between independence or autonomy and dependence or companionability.
The Libra Moon is diplomatic, equality-focused, and fair-minded. The Aries Sun values authenticity over tact and is energized by independent efforts. The Full Moon illuminates this conflict.
Relationship epiphanies occur now. We’re likely to experience revelations about our independence, need for others, and partnerships. Saturn harmonizes with the Sun and Moon, while Pluto forms a square to the lights. There can be helpful interactions with superiors or with older or more experienced people, and benefits can come as a result. There can be a choice to structure, limit, or simplify our lives in a significant way that leads to major improvements.
All in all, we’re a little more careful and conservative now, but we can also feel a lot of pressure related to our ambitions or desire for more control over our lives. Fortunately, all planets are direct at this time, helping us to feel less burdened or held back.
This phase of the Moon occurs at 26 degrees and 46 minutes of Libra, affecting people with personal planets and points at 23 to 30 degrees of the Cardinal signs (Aries, Cancer, Libra, and Capricorn) and 0 to 1 degree of the Fixed signs (Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, and Aquarius) most significantly.

This week: The Sun is in Aries; Mercury is in Aries until the 10th, when it moves into Taurus; Venus is in Pisces; Mars is in Aquarius to the 14th, from which time Mars is in Pisces.
The Sun is in Aries from March 20-April 19. In Aries, the Sun is enthusiastic and spontaneous. We are motivated by the desire to conquer. We are more impulsive and have the urge to initiate.
Aries is a sign that bounces back quickly–there is little in the way of shame with Aries. It is brave and pioneering, and somewhat innocent. We are direct and rather uncomplicated in our needs, but we can also be short-sighted and lack the desire to plan ahead.
Mercury is in Aries from March 27-April 10. When Mercury is in Aries, we are less concerned with objective viewpoints and explanations, and more concerned with reaching a decision…quickly! Our thoughts and ideas are pioneering, and we tend to speak more spontaneously and directly with the planet of communication in bold and assertive Aries.
There can be quick, possibly impatient or hurried, decisions during this cycle, and our responses are similar: quick and perhaps defensive or combative. We value independent thought, and we can be mentally competitive. executive decisions. We prefer to learn through personal experience, not instruction.
Mercury is in Taurus from April 10-29. When Mercury is in Taurus, our thinking is down to earth, solid, and grounded. Common sense reigns over more fanciful thinking. We communicate more deliberately under this influence, and our minds are oriented to the world of the five senses. We prefer the tried and true rather than new ways of thinking.
Attention to one thing at a time can simplify our lives, but we may be in danger of narrow, overly conservative, or rigid thinking. It’s a time of practical intelligence and comfortably-paced decisions and thought processes. We’re capable of (and content with) rote, routine, deliberate, or monotonous work and methods.
Venus is in Pisces from April 5-May 2. Venus in Pisces is tender and affectionate, although hard to reach, as there is a longing for something that is difficult to define and hard to satisfy. Borders and boundaries blur under Venus in Pisces. The shadow side of this position is allowing ourselves to be deceived because we want to believe, as well as evasiveness. We should watch for falling in love with an idealized image of something or someone. It’s also important to watch for avoidant or indirect behavior.
Venus is exalted in Pisces and does well in the sign. It’s devoted, compassionate, exceptionally giving, and capable of sacrifice. We might refer heavily on our intuition with our finances and love life during this cycle. We gravitate to–and appreciate–unusual, tossed aside, poetic, artistic objects, situations, and people. We seek activities that move, inspire, or touch us.
Money may slip through our fingers, or we could ignore or overlook some of the practical elements of our lives now. However, finances improve if we connect with our otherworldly talents, imagination, desire to heal and serve, or sense of mission.
This transit is not particularly strong for resolve or determination, but it’s good for adaptability and increased understanding or acceptance.
Mars is in Aquarius from March 6-April 14. Dynamic yet erratic energy levels, achieving our goals through hit or miss tactics, and impersonal expression of anger are characteristics of Mars in Aquarius. We are team players–cooperative and less concerned about personal power.
We are attracted to unconventional methods, and we tend to approach problems from an intellectual, detached perspective during the Mars-in-Aquarius cycle.
Mars is in Pisces from April 14-May 24. We tend to feel less motivated to go after traditional goals, and more motivated to pursue spiritual or emotional drives during this cycle. We dislike confrontation during this trend. Our output is variable rather than straightforward, and our energy is similarly up and down.
We may put others’ needs ahead of our own, and our more idealistic side comes to the fore. During this cycle, going after what we want becomes less straightforward and more complicated!
Jupiter is in Pisces from December 28th, 2021, to May 10, 2022. Jupiter returned to Pisces on December 28th, 2021. This is part two–there will be another part to this 3-part act later in the year! Read more about the Jupiter in Pisces transit.
Saturn transits Aquarius from March 21 to July 1, 2020, and from December 17th, 2020, until March 7, 2023. Read about Saturn’s transit of Aquarius.
Uranus is in Taurus.
Uranus transits Taurus from May 15, 2018, to November 6, 2018, and then from March 6th, 2019, until 2025/6. We approach money and personal possessions in new ways and learn to free ourselves from certain material constraints. Innovative ways to make ourselves comfortable emerge. We’re less inhibited about expressing sensuality, self-love, body love, and pampering. Above all, we’re challenging what we previously valued during this cycle.
There can be abrupt changes with money, valuables, possessions, and income that lead to a reshuffling of priorities or values. Income might come from non-traditional sources or ventures. In general, we’re bringing progressive ideas to the world of business. New ways of doing business, as well as making, viewing, and handling money, are likely. Our income and the energy we put into making money can be variable.
Romance & Relationships
Venus is in Pisces from April 5 to May 2. Like Aquarius, Pisces love is universal. However, Pisces draws no bounds in love. With Venus in Pisces, we have compassion (and perhaps attraction) for those who are left out, overlooked, or victimized. We are self-sacrificing, and we have a hard time setting up borders. The walls go down, we have a hard time saying no (especially if our compassion is engaged), but we are also prone to avoiding all that makes us feel uncomfortable.
Wishful thinking is one expression of Venus in Pisces. We can too easily believe what we want to believe. People can be hard to pin down, and love is hard to define under this influence. Pisces never sees the world in black-and-white terms. Rather, Pisces sees all the colors of the rainbow. With the goddess of love in Pisces, our love is all-embracing, we are able to forgive and understand, we are seducible and seductive, and we show compassion to our partners.
Venus in Pisces is tender and affectionate, although hard to reach nevertheless, as there is a longing for something that is hard to define and hard to satisfy. Borders and boundaries blur under Venus in Pisces. The shadow side of this position is allowing ourselves to be deluded, as well as evasiveness.
This week: On Tuesday and Wednesday, we are more strongly aware of our relationships (or lack in the relationship department) and the pride they give us. The dissatisfaction we experience now is likely due to inner discontent and yearning for more appreciation from our partners. Going out of our way to make others feel wanted, appreciated, and recognized is appropriate–in moderation.
Venus, the Goddess of Love: Highlights in the Coming Week:
Venus in Pisces A martyr complex, a love for the underdog, a search for your soul mate: such are the experiences associated with the new cycle you’re now just beginning. A yen for soul-stirring romance, a weakness for the weak, and a tendency to idealize people and relationships … very aesthetic, very other-worldly.
Venus contra-parallel Mercury April 8. Interactions bring up questions. We tend to analyze our feelings and relationships.
Venus contra-parallel the Sun April 12. We are more strongly aware of our relationships (or lack) and the pride they give us. Dissatisfaction experienced now is likely due to inner discontent and yearning for more appreciation from our partners. Going out of our way to make others feel wanted, appreciated, and recognized is appropriate now.
Venus semi-square the Sun April 12-13. Irritations that seem to stem from others could be the reflection of our own inner uneasiness. Do your best to control yearnings for more and search for a creative solution for your inner dissatisfaction.
The Moon & Timing
The Void of Course Moon is the period of time after the Moon has made its last aspect in one sign until the Moon enters a new sign. During the Void of Course Moon periods, it is generally wise to stick to routine rather than to begin new projects.
The last aspect the Moon makes before changing signs is indicated here and is indicative of the “outcome” of the matter (whether that is a new project begun before the void period or the answer to a question in Horary Astrology).
Void of Course in Horary Astrology: If you were asking a question and making a chart to determine the answer, as you do in Horary astrology, it is said that since the Moon is not looking forward to any more aspects in this sign, you would have to say that the answer is not forthcoming; any questions asked at this time would not come to pass.
The Moon being Void is one of the Strictures against Judgment in Horary Astrology. The following tables incorporate the modern planets, but some astrologers do not count Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto in void Moon calculations.
The Void-of-Course Moon this Week:
Void-of-course Moon on Tuesday, April 12th, from 6:17 AM EDT, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (an opposition to Mars), until the Moon enters Virgo at 10:08 AM EDT.
VOC Moon on Thursday, April 14th, from 2:12 PM EDT, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (a trine to Pluto), until the Moon enters Libra at 4:47 PM EDT.
VOC Moon on Saturday, April 16th, from 5:58 PM EDT, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (a square to Pluto), until the Moon enters Scorpio at 8:24 PM EDT.
April 2022:
Timing with the Moon – Better Periods this Week for Electing New Initiatives
It’s important to note that there are more factors to consider in addition to the windows listed below. The following windows are starting points. For example, you generally don’t want to elect a new venture when a very challenging aspect is applying, and it’s preferable to elect a time when a particularly positive aspect hasn’t yet perfected (is applying rather than separating).
The Moon is waxing this week (until the Full Moon on the 16th), which is generally considered favorable for new beginnings, with some exceptions. (See Best Time to Start a Business for more details).
According to principles of timing with the Moon, a window of opportunity occurs this week from approximately 7:50 AM to 2:10 PM EDT on Thursday, April 14th, while the Moon is in Virgo.

This Week’s Calendar
This Week’s Aspects
Mercury square Pluto. The tendency to read between the lines with a negative slant is strong during this transit, and can easily stir up trouble. Suspiciousness, making mountains out of molehills, telling others only what we want them to know are possible themes. Mental anxiety or troubles could manifest now. We should try to avoid forcing our ideas on others and strive to maintain an open mind. Compulsive thinking is possible. On the other hand, this influence can suggest the ability to engage in deep, penetrating communication.
Mars semi-square Chiron. We can be easily offended under the influence of this transit. Touchiness. Difficulties expressing our anger or desires in a direct manner.
Jupiter conjunct Neptune. Idealistic and humanitarian goals or impulses surface now. A spirit of altruism and generosity, making connections with others from a different background, widening our minds through unusual or different experiences, expanded faith, and a feeling that anything is possible if we set our sights high enough are all themes. Practical considerations could take a back seat now. We more easily make personal sacrifices for what we believe to be the better good. Everyday, ordinary life doesn’t satisfy, as we hunger for a more idealistic life. This can lead to disappointment or strong feelings of discontent and restlessness. We may need a reality check in order to keep our expectations realistic. Caution should be exercised with legal matters, finances, and other worldly, practical affairs, as the tendency to ignore critical details or to take foolish risks runs high.
Sun sextile Saturn. We feel grounded and stable. It’s easy to stick to a specific task and make headway. Productivity may be slow, but it’s steady. We are taking into account practical considerations and we are especially aware of the element of time. We are more able to discipline ourselves and put our egos aside in order to get the job done.
Venus semi-square Sun. Irritations that seem to stem from others could be the reflection of our own inner uneasiness. Do your best to control yearnings for more and search for a creative solution for your inner dissatisfaction.
Mercury semi-square Neptune. We are not thinking clearly, preferring to daydream. Technical facts can be glossed over at this time. It’s not a good time to make a presentation, to ask for what you want, or to formalize agreements.

APRIL 10
This morning, Mercury forms a square with Pluto, stirring some suspicion. We can be determined to get our message across and have others agree with our ideas. This aspect may play to our insecurities and fears that we’re not getting all the information we need or that others don’t respect our views. We should avoid forcing our opinions on others and instead strive for healthy skepticism rather than suspicion or paranoia. Obsessive thinking is possible now, but with self-awareness and mindfulness, we might engage in in-depth, penetrating communication or think more deeply about a matter. The Moon spends the day in Leo, encouraging us to elevate our thoughts and activities. We’re dynamic, involved, and entertaining. Mercury enters Taurus tonight, where it will transit until the 29th. Our thinking is down-to-earth, stable, and grounded during this cycle. Common sense reigns over fanciful thinking. We communicate quite deliberately under this influence. While Mercury is in Taurus, we gravitate to tried and true methods. Attention to one thing at a time can simplify our lives during this cycle, but we should watch for overly conservative, stubborn, or rigid thinking.
APRIL 11
The Moon spends the day in the sign of Leo, and it harmonizes with the Aries Sun this evening but also opposes Saturn. It can be a time of a stronger than usual desire to express ourselves and interact. We also crave meaning, wisdom, and mental stimulation. The Moon’s trine to the Sun can produce free-spirited but cooperative energy. However, differences in opinion or perceived indifference in others can elevate our frustrations and may feel more problematic than usual, blocking progress or leading to delays.
APRIL 12
Jupiter aligns with Neptune today, and this long-term transit is potent as it occurs in Pisces and influences the month. With this transit, idealistic and humanitarian goals or impulses surface. It’s a one-off transit this year — it doesn’t repeat two more times as many outer-planet transits do. A spirit of altruism and generosity, making connections with others from different backgrounds, widening our minds through unusual or different experiences, expanded faith, and a feeling that anything is possible if we believe in it are all themes. We more easily make personal sacrifices for what we believe to be the better good. Everyday ordinary life doesn’t satisfy, as we hunger for more imagination or purpose. This can undoubtedly lead to disappointment or strong feelings of discontent and restlessness. In fact, we may need a reality check to keep our expectations realistic. Caution should be exercised with legal matters, finances, and our worldly, practical affairs, as the tendency to ignore critical details or take foolish risks runs high. However, if we keep expectations in check, this can be a fabulous time for dreaming up new possibilities. It’s also a period of greater compassion–when our guiding principle is to trust in people or the universe.
While practical considerations might often take a back seat these days with this Jupiter-Neptune influence in play, today’s Sun-Saturn sextile reminds us to plan and get organized. It’s an excellent influence for preparing and attending to our practical affairs. We’re giving our priorities extra attention and our best efforts. This transit helps ground us, or at the least, provides us with a sense of rhythm and helps us pace ourselves. It has the most beautiful potential to teach us that humbling ourselves to accept constructive criticism and advice or to recognize areas that need strengthening can be beneficial. It supports disciplining ourselves to bring more purpose and practicality to our lives. Self-awareness leads to realistic plans and goals. We prefer and benefit from conservative, safe moves now.
The Moon’s move into Virgo at 10:08 AM EDT also stirs the desire to get down to business or bring more order to our lives.
The void Moon occurs from 6:17 AM EDT, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (an opposition to Mars), until the Moon enters Virgo at 10:08 AM EDT.
APRIL 13
The Moon spends the day in practical Virgo, and we pay more attention to the details of our lives. This is a helpful, service-oriented transit. However, with today’s semi-square between the Sun and Venus, we might watch for a tendency to go overboard seeking others’ appreciation. We can be especially sensitive to imbalances in our environment and relationships. What we want to do and think we should do can be at odds now, and we may not be very productive or decisive with this kind of discontent. Ideally, we look for creative solutions for dissatisfaction. It’s best to get in touch with our needs and watch for overindulging or procrastinating.
APRIL 14
The Moon continues its transit of productive Virgo until 4:47 PM EDT. The Moon opposes Neptune and Jupiter this morning, and we might struggle to pull ourselves out of our dreamy mindset to take care of business or bring more order to our lives. With the Libra Moon from 4:47 PM forward, we seek to harmonize and balance our lives. Mars enters Pisces tonight, where it will transit until May 24th. During this cycle, we might de-emphasize some of our traditional goals, and find ourselves more motivated to pursue spiritual or emotional drives. We dislike confrontation, and we may often put others’ needs ahead of our own. We’re helpful and service-oriented. Idealism comes to the fore. Our output is variable rather than straightforward, and our energy is similarly up and down. As well, our desires and methods to achieve our goals are more complex. We tend to run on intuition and instinct before taking action.
The void Moon occurs from 2:12 PM EDT, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (a trine to Pluto), until the Moon enters Libra at 4:47 PM EDT.
APRIL 15
Mercury forms semi-squares to Neptune and Jupiter today, making it somewhat challenging to see things clearly–our idealism tends to color our perceptions. It may not be easy to share or blend beliefs, morals, and values as we tend to see the differences more than similarities now. Instead, if we haven’t been growing and improving through one another, it can become more glaring today. Overreaching can be a problem, and we may feel a little overwhelmed with information or, on the other side of things, overlook essential details. Certainly, we tend to inflate the positive of a situation. There’s a tendency to exaggerate or dramatize as tedious mental tasks are especially difficult to digest. We tend to favor daydreams or creative thinking more than dealing with facts and figures for now. The Moon in Libra all day doesn’t help with decisiveness, but it allows us see the other side of a situation or story.
APRIL 16
The Full Moon occurs today at 2:56 PM EDT in the sign of Libra, and epiphanies can happen now. We’re likely to experience revelations about our independence, need for others, and partnerships. It’s a time of culmination and heightened emotional awareness. Where Aries is about self-assertion, Libra is about compromise. With the Libra Moon, we are particularly aware of the need for relationships and all that comes with maintaining them — compromising, negotiating, graciousness, and balancing. The Aries Sun, on the other hand, is self-assertive, leading, and personally courageous. This Full Moon urges us to strike a balance between meeting our personal needs and attending to the needs of a significant other, and between independence or autonomy and dependence or companionability. Something comes to full bloom, setting us on a new path.
At the time of this lunation, Saturn harmonizes with the Sun and Moon, while Pluto forms a square to the lights. There can be helpful interactions with superiors or with older or more experienced people, and benefits can come as a result. There can be a choice to structure, limit, or simplify our lives significantly that leads to major improvements. We’re a little more careful and conservative now, but we can also feel a lot of pressure related to our ambitions or desire for more control over our lives. However, all planets are direct at this time, helping us to feel less burdened or held back. The Moon heads into Scorpio at 8:24 PM EDT, and we’re perceptive, observant, and investigative.
The void Moon occurs from 5:58 PM EDT, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (a square to Pluto), until the Moon enters Scorpio at 8:24 PM EDT.

Moon Signs This Week:
When the Moon is in Cancer
The restlessness of the Gemini Moon gives way to an instinctive need for peace and quiet. A feeling of belonging and safety is what motivates us under this influence. The Moon feels right at home in the sign of Cancer, as it rules the sign. This Moon position has much healing potential. Although insular by nature, our feelings run deep, making it an ideal time to get in touch with what motivates us.
The Moon in Cancer generally favors the following activities: Domestic activities, those that involve awareness of personal needs. Home decor, family get-togethers.
When the Moon is in Leo
The Moon in Leo speaks to our "inner child". It's a warm, generous, whole-heartedly loving position. Pride keeps us from pettiness, but it can also prevent us from opening up and revealing how we are truly feeling. We are on stage, our feelings are grand, and we appreciate some drama in our lives. We are easily threatened by anything that seems to be impersonal. This is a time when we seek attention--when we want to stand out for our special qualities. It's a strong time for romance and any creative activity as well.
The Moon in Leo generally favors the following activities: Creative activities, activities involving children, generous undertakings, undertakings in which personal recognition is desired, and risk-taking.
When the Moon is in Virgo
We instinctually gravitate towards practical activities under the influence of a Virgo Moon. In an urge to set things right, we might easily find ourselves re-organizing and rethinking plans. Emotional satisfaction comes from solving problems, making order out of confusion, and helping others. Health matters might come into focus. We notice the smaller parts that make up the whole, and instead of letting nagging details bother us, we might work on ironing them out so that we can feel more confident moving ahead.
The Moon in Virgo generally favors the following activities: Mental pursuits, work activities, services, and routines. Activities that would benefit from tending to details.
When the Moon is in Libra
Creating order is the focus, not necessarily through tidying or organizing as was the case while the Moon was in Virgo, but rather through pleasing interactions with others and aesthetics in our environment. We tend to solve problems through diplomacy, and we are more able to put aside our own emotions in order to achieve the peace we crave. The tendency now is to avoid direct confrontations. Decisions do not come easily. Seeing both sides to any given situation is the main reason for hesitation. Fear of losing others' approval is another.
The Moon in Libra generally favors the following activities: Relationship and partnership issues, activities involving teamwork and cooperation, activities that involve self-examination, activities related to beauty.
When the Moon is in Scorpio
Intensity is what the Moon in Scorpio is all about. Whether it's passion, elation, sorrow, or desire, emotions are felt on a deeply personal level. We are motivated by the desire to get to the bottom of things, and we instinctively read between the lines. Superficiality won't work for us now. The Moon in Scorpio urges us to uncover our own power, and it's an excellent time to rid ourselves of old fears and limiting habits. It can be an intimate and passionate time. Avoid manipulative tactics, brooding, and suspiciousness.
The Moon in Scorpio generally favors the following activities: Taxes, accounting, intimacy issues, psychological examinations, research, self-examination, getting rid of old things.
Upcoming Weeks: Calendars
THIS WEEK’S PLANETARY POSITIONS BY SIGN (General Trends):
Sun in Aries A new sense of self, a more assertive personal style, a more dynamic approach to life: these are the hallmarks of the cycle that begins for you now. Doubts fade into the background, and reserve is more and more a thing of the past. It’s time for action; your destiny is in your hands, rather than set apart. Full speed ahead (“and damn the torpedoes”) is your motto now, for better or for worse!
Mercury in Aries New ideas and an independent or pioneering mental orientation take on more importance in your life at this time. Teaching, learning, communicating, and social contact have a way of outlining new directions in your life now, and there is much activity and involvement with these kinds of issues.
Mercury in Taurus “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” – that’s the key to the way you think at a time like this. Practical, utilitarian ideas are the ones that make the most sense now – putting them to good use is a focus for you. Material things are foremost on your mind in many respects: an emphasis on the real rather than the ideal.
Mars in Aquarius The reformer, the inventor, the engineer, the revolutionary – these are important archetypes for you as a new cycle gets underway in your life. They are icons of the ambitions that stir you at a time like this. Independence, freedom from past patterns, and a daring readiness to innovate: such are the paths of achievement for you now.
Mars in Pisces There’s a martyr complex in the air, now that this new phase has begun in your life. How can you (or anyone) save the world? It’s a question you’ll probably ask yourself as this cycle continues. Defending the weak, undoing injustice, and tilting at windmills can be a big temptation. You might even win a few hands – but you’ll blister a couple if you’re not careful.
Jupiter in Pisces Mysticism, sensitivity to the needs of others, and an awareness of karma (the link between the present and the past): these are your paths to spiritual growth now. Addressing these issues brings you gain and satisfaction at many levels. A tolerance for differences, an understanding of human frailties and shortcomings.
Saturn in Aquarius Ideals are in for a period of testing, as a new phase begins in your life. What are principles worth, unless they are put into practice? That’s an important question for you now. This could mean you may be disappointed by causes you believe in – but if you abandon your principles, you lose.
Uranus in Taurus Practicality and ingenuity combine as powerful drives in your life now that you have begun a new cycle. Taking innovative concepts and making them real and practical is your strong suit; getting stuck in the mud is to be avoided at all costs. Financial savvy, inventiveness, worldly genius.
Neptune in Pisces Things spiritual and psychic take the driver’s seat of your imagination as you begin a new cycle. The fine arts and all manner of fantasies assume a larger-than-life importance. Surrendering to fate, karma, and other powers greater than merely mortal may be seen as the ultimate liberation. If all is Maya (illusion), what is the reality that gives rise to the world of appearances?
Pluto in Capricorn As this new phase dawns for you, the pursuit of social/political power and status has a way of seeming necessary and inevitable – and let nothing stand in its way. It starts out small but has bigger consequences than you’d think. Ambition, responsibility, a place for everyone, and everyone in their place…
