Some key influences point to a stabilizing period this year, dear Taurus. Uranus begins its transition out of your sign, and Jupiter’s influence brings more pleasure in what you have. Personal finances, communications, and learning are big themes in your life in 2025.
It’s not especially well-known about Taurus, but you take your social life to heart – your relationships not only with a close partner, but also with siblings, neighbors, and friends. 2025 is a year for enriching these relationships. With the North Node in your solar eleventh house most of the year, it’s especially important for you to establish yourself as a team player.
This period in your life is also a time for building a solid foundation. Finances are looking quite nice, as long as you are moderate with your spending. More day-to-day contact with friends and family, and even in-laws, can be healing and pleasurable.
With Saturn and Neptune moving into your solar twelfth house this year and next, you’ll be exploring matters of guilt or lack of closure that may affect you more than you know. It will be of enormous benefit if you can settle these matters in the years ahead, because if they are left to fester, they can undermine your happiness and progress. Career matters are also ramping up as you connect with your ambitions.
Income or handling of money and things can be changing. With money, you’re beginning to think outside the box. Uranus continues to stir the pot for you this year, but it’s on its way out of your sign. Do watch for rebellious behavior, but aim to move forward, beyond limitations, and towards a more authentic “you.” However, you no longer feel the need to make a splash when it comes to asserting your independence as Uranus moves on and you close an important chapter of your life. You’re less triggered, more content, and happier with your circumstances. The year 2025 also finds you more communicative, mentally engaged, and busy with exciting interests and projects.

Saturn sextile Uranus in April. This is a time when original ideas take form or are developed successfully. There is an opportunity to combine stability and improvement or excitement with good results. The same can be true of innovation and tradition. We’re building our character and learning life lessons more readily. It’s a time of solid, meaningful progress.
For Taurus, you might form valuable, long-term associations. You are respected in your group or circle, and you might form alliances with people with grievances similar to yours. Focusing on stabilizing your social life or handling outstanding or unresolved issues related to your friendships or projects can help boost your confidence in yourself and faith in the universe, giving you a sense of mission or purpose. This is an exceptional period for coming to a healthy balance of realism and spirit or independence.
Jupiter forms a sextile with Chiron in May, bringing healing magic to our lives. Our attempts to broaden our horizons through such experiences as furthering our education, expanded activities, and spirituality, contribute much to our personal growth.
This subtly uplifting time brings us the opportunity to free ourselves from restrictive and negative attitudes that have been undermining our progress. In August, Saturn forms a sextile with Uranus again, and so does Neptune. We can have unusual ideas and visions, but we might also bring more structure to these things. It’s a time when we’re seeking and finding illumination. We’re open to alternative ways of living, believing, and expressing. The freedom to follow our intuition is vital to us. Reforming or updating how we express compassion, care for the underprivileged, and pursue our dreams or enjoy art can figure strongly now.
For Taurus, being open to different ways to manage your money, things, valuables, or attitude toward the past and attachments can significantly improve your life. Liberating shifts in attitude allow you to experiment with different ways of making money. Problem-solving comes far more quickly and intuitively. You’re applying practical wisdom to your business but also connecting with your spirit for innovation, and the results are excellent.

Mars is retrograde from December 6th, 2024, to February 23rd, 2025, in the signs of Leo and Cancer (pre-retrograde shadow begins October 4th). We can feel stuck on past matters or situations, finding it difficult to move ahead.
Slowdowns, reparations, and reconsiderations are significant, and for you, they can relate to your communications, modes of transportation, connections, studies, and personal projects in the 2025 portion of this retrograde. There can be weighty issues and delays to manage now. You may feel less effective before things get much better! Consider this time a period of reorganizing and reconnecting with your passion and enthusiasm, especially for learning, connecting, sharing, and personal interests.
Venus is retrograde from March 1st to April 12th in the signs of Aries and Pisces, bringing about a need to rethink or reassess our personal relationships. Past lovers may reappear and some relationships may end. Problems with fire, passion, and attention can be hot topics.
We might revisit our past loves–typically in the mind only, but for some, on a physical plane as well. It’s not a good time for major decision-making regarding love, as we might regret our choices later. Think of this time as a process–you need time to allow your heart to catch up with the rest of you, and so do others.
We are called upon to deal with relationship issues from the past. Events occur that seem fated or predestined. It can be a real challenge getting close to a lover during this period. Unorthodox, experimental, and non-intimate relationships may be favored just for now. It’s not the best period for entering a new relationship or making big purchases, because our sensors regarding love and money are not up to par.
For Taurus, Venus is your ruler, and you can feel somewhat withdrawn or reserved during this retrograde cycle. It begins in your privacy sector (March 1-27), but dips back into your social sector (March 27-April 12). You are likely to pull back a little, as you take the time to revise and perhaps question some of your plans. Matters from the past creep up and demand your attention.
You might be tempted to bury your feelings in order to concentrate on other areas of life or keep your deeper feelings private. Dealing with past relationships, love triangles, or sacrifices made for a lover can figure strongly in your life. You should watch for secrets surfacing that prompt you to rethink current plans and possibly even alliances. Friendships can enter tricky territory later in the cycle. Resurfacing of issues and perhaps even people from the past can be a theme. It’s a time of introspection, extra time for reflection, and a reassessment of your needs and wants.

With recent influences, Tauruses are more imaginative and spiritual, and they’re more unpredictable than they used to be.
Taurus is a sign that is typically more interested in practical realities than intensive self-analysis, but recent, continuing, and upcoming planetary influences suggest a greater interest in understanding the spiritual forces active in your life.
Chiron forms an awkward angle to your sign, and this can be a nagging background influence — from time to time, you feel the need to make adjustments, particularly in your private life. Saturn and Neptune are moving into a similar relationship with your sign this year and next.
