Romance & Relationship Report
A FULL MOON Lunar Eclipse occurs on Friday, September 16, 2016, at 3:05 PM EDT. On Friday afternoon, the Full Moon is exact, when the Sun in Virgo forms an opposition with the Moon in Pisces.
The Full Moon is a time of culmination and the promise of fulfillment of that which began at the New Moon. It is an emotional time–a time of romance, fertilization, and relationships. Lunar Eclipses are about relationships and polarities. With the Virgo-Pisces service axis involved, this Lunar Eclipse presses us to look more closely at our needs, lacks, and wants in our lives. We are pushed to find a balance between day-to-day functions and routines, physical health, and the need for order (Virgo) and vision, spiritual health, disorder, and the infinite (Pisces). Virgo rules the tools and techniques that we use to deal with day-to-day life, while Pisces rules the tools that we use to deal with our spiritual selves. This energy echoes the energies of the Saturn-Neptune square in some ways, pitting realism against idealism. The key to balance lies in identifying and expressing our spiritual needs while maintaining order in our everyday lives. Neglecting either end of the axis will surely backfire–we would either be living in chaos or excessive order.
Some sort of crisis (which can be a crisis of consciousness) or sudden awareness of a lack in our lives provides us with a golden opportunity to explore our emotional needs within the context of the house polarity where the eclipse occurs in our natal charts. Relationships may be challenged, broken, or strengthened dramatically at this time. Our discovery is emotionally-charged and dramatic. Epiphanies are likely at this point as we become acutely aware of our lack. This understanding can propel us into affirmative action. This lunation occurs when the Sun approaches a conjunction to Jupiter and forms a square with Mars and a quincunx with Uranus. Events or epiphanies are likely to be sudden and enlightening, but we should watch for aggressiveness and impatience.
Full Moons and Lunar Eclipses bring issues in our lives to fulfillment. Our emotions are heightened, and there is often some drama involved with the house, sign, and any contacted planets activated by the Full Moon. The areas of life activated by the eclipse may see dramatic turns, after which the path is clear to move forward. Note that whatever “happens” at this time is nothing truly new. The issues have been brewing inside of us, and emotions have been building. Something comes to light at the time of the Full Moon, and if we get in touch with our feelings, we can get a better idea of what needs to change, or what needs to go.
This Lunar Eclipse in Pisces is bound to thrust us into a state of heightened awareness. It’s a time to take special note of your dreams, as well as insights or thoughts/emotions that seem to come from “out of the blue”. These could be creatively inspiring. The range of emotions that Pisces registers is extraordinary, and this could be a time when we feel that enormous range. Around the date of the Full Moon Lunar eclipse, the idealistic side of us comes out full speed ahead. Some of us will be irritable and won’t know exactly why. Others may move towards romantic declarations or revelations. Still others will be walking around in a kind of daze, seeing only what they want to see while their common sense is temporarily “eclipsed.” With Virgo, we are acutely aware of imperfections. We see the flaws around us and perhaps become very tense and irritable, or we work hard at fixing them. To Pisces, however, imperfection is beautiful. At the time of the Lunar Eclipse, we may suddenly see this Piscean “light.”
With the health and service axis (Pisces-Virgo) involved, health or work issues may come to the fore. As well, the ability to set boundaries to the amount of service we render can become a major issue. Situations that test our faith, or magnify our fears and doubts, may be part of the picture. Secrets may be revealed, and these can include discovering secrets of our own nature from deep within. For some, a new “calling” will surface in the coming six months. A new line of work that better matches our inner nature, desire to serve, or emotional make-up may unfold in the months following this eclipse, particularly if the natal Sun, sixth/twelfth houses, or tenth house is activated. We may discover that we need more rest or attention to our spiritual nature than we are currently allowing ourselves. This is a time when lunar energy emerges and is most potent. It’s a time when we can tap into our more idealistic, imaginative, and visionary nature. Our hearts open, and issues of trust and faith are in focus. Decisions made now are emotionally-driven. Read more about this and other eclipses here.
This phase of the Moon occurs at 24 degrees and 20 minutes of Pisces opposing the Sun at 24 degrees and 20 minutes of Virgo, affecting people born with personal planets and points at approximately 19 to 29 degrees of the Mutable signs (Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, and Pisces) most significantly.

The Sun is in Virgo; Mercury is in Virgo; Venus is in Libra; Mars is in Sagittarius.
The Sun is in Virgo from August 22-September 22. Our focus shifts to the pieces of the puzzle–the little details of our lives. It is now time to take care of practical concerns. Tending to the details of daily living may not sound like loads of fun, but it can certainly free us from unnecessary stress that results from “collecting” odds and ends of unfinished business. This is an ideal time to get organized, to do detail work, and to improve communications on the job.
Mercury is in Virgo from July 30-October 7. [Longer transit of a sign than usual because of a retrograde cycle occurring entirely in the sign of Virgo from August 30-September 22.] When Mercury is in Virgo, we become more and more invested in precision of speech, thought, and process or method. This is a time when we analyze and decide what is useful and what we consider impractical. Mercury feels right at home in Virgo, one of the signs that it rules. Dealing with details is natural and comfortable now. We need to be careful that we don’t lose perspective if we find ourselves lost in details. We should also be aware of the possibility of expressing ourselves in a too factual manner, so much so that we come across as dry, critical, or unimaginative.
Venus is in Libra from August 29-September 23. We are more inclined to employ charm rather than aggressive behavior in order to get what we want during this cycle. Although Venus in Libra virtually lives for relationships, there is an air of cool detachment to this energy. We are very obliging with others–quite willing to negotiate and compromise. We can be especially idealistic about love. We prefer things to be done the “right” way, and are turned off by aggressive or uncouth behavior. The shadow side of this position is dependency, inconsistency, and superficiality. In an attempt to avoid unpleasant situations, we could easily gloss over deeper issues at play in our relationships. It’s probably best to avoid the trap of acquiescing to our partners but privately resenting the fact, or thinking ourselves martyrs for doing so! This is also a time when we are more artistically inclined. We tend to seek balance in our personal environment.
Mars is in Sagittarius from August 2-September 27. With a Sagittarius Mars, our actions are motivated by our ideals. We are bothered by routine, quickly becoming restless if we feel confined. We have a love of adventure, and of conquest–this is the position of wanderlust. We start projects or challenges with gusto, although we may tend to abandon them rather quickly. This may be because we set our sights too high!
Mercury is Retrograde in the sign of Virgo from August 30-September 22, 2016.
Mercury is retrograde this week.
10 Aug 2016 07:24 am 14 Virgo 49′ Mercury Enters Rx Zone
30 Aug 2016 08:59 am 29 Virgo 05Rx Mercury Stationary Retrograde
22 Sep 2016 01:21 am 14 Virgo 49′ Mercury Stationary Direct
06 Oct 2016 02:19 pm 29 Virgo 05′ Mercury Leaves Rx Zone
Times are Eastern
Mercury is retrograde from August 30-September 22, 2016. Mercury’s shadow period begins August 10th and ends October 6th, 2016. Note that the shadow period begins before Mercury turns retrograde when Mercury first passes over the degree that Mercury later returns to in retrograde motion.
The shadow period ends when Mercury again passes over the degree at which it first turned retrograde. The shadow period is different than Mercury’s storm period in astrology, which refers to the period when Mercury is moving especially slowly.
As the planet of communication, Mercury retrograde tends to breed a certain level of confusion. Mercury rules our “lower” mind–how we perceive and interpret information that we receive from our environment, and how we relay that information to others. Mercury has rulership over such things as speaking, negotiating, buying and selling, listening, formal contracts, documents, travel, the mail and shipping, and so forth. All of these areas of life are affected when Mercury is functioning in a sluggish state. Decision-making is challenged during Mercury retrograde. Needless to say, it is not advised to sign contracts, engage in critical decision-making, or launch a new business. Delays and challenges are more likely than not with Mercury retrograde. It’s a time when being careless with money, our personal information, or paperwork can be costly.
There is absolutely a positive side to Mercury Retrograde. This period is best used for re-organizing and reflecting. We look at the world a little differently–through different filters–and can come up with some very important inner revelations. It may be difficult to communicate them under this influence, but not everything needs to be rationalized. Mercury retrograde periods can be times of heightened inner awareness, when meditation, benefiting from keeping a journal, reworking old plans, and reviewing past work are favored. Minor breaks in the mechanical aspects of communication can actually re-connect us to other means of communication, such as when there is an unexpected power outage, and we’re forced off the computer and television, finding different and often satisfying ways to entertain ourselves.
It is important to note that there is absolutely no reason to suspend projects or anything of the sort during the Mercury Retrograde cycle. It’s not an ideal time to start new ones or to sign contracts, simply because a change of mind is very possible once Mercury turns direct. However, it’s a fabulous time to do some “outside of the box” thinking. Acting on our ideas, however, might be best left for a Mercury Direct period.
Pay close attention to what you say and communicate in general, particularly around the days of Mercury’s stations (August 30th and September 22nd), as well as around retrograde Mercury’s conjunction to the Sun on September 12th (midway between the start and end of the retro period). If you are itching to make a point with someone, especially, or if you are planning on “signing on the dotted line,” try to hold off. It is likely that you will have a change of mind once the station passes, and you can do some damage in the meantime. When a planet stations, its energies are very strong and active in our lives. When Mercury stations, communications have more impact, so that negative ones could have long-term implications at this time. However, if you are very clear within yourself and about what you are communicating, this can be a positive thing. Read more about Mercury retrograde.
Saturn transits Sagittarius from December 23, 2014, to June 14, 2015, and then from September 17, 2015, to December 20, 2017. Read about Saturn’s transit through Sagittarius here.
Jupiter enters Libra on September 9th, and will transit Libra until October 10, 2017. Read about Jupiter in Libra here.
Uranus entered Aries on March 11th, 2011. The urge to start fresh, to break free from restrictive attitudes or circumstances, to totally redesign an area of our lives (or even our personalities), and to gain freedom through independence is strong with Uranus in Aries.
Romance & Relationships
Venus is in Libra from August 29-September 23. Venus rules Libra and thus is dignified in the sign. Venus feels right “at home” in Libra, where she seeks to balance and harmonize. With Venus in Libra, we can easily be in love with love. We are more comfortable with a close partner with whom we can seek to have a balanced relationship. We are more inclined to employ charm rather than aggressive behavior in order to get what we want. Although Venus in Libra virtually lives for relationships, there is an air of cool detachment to this energy. We are very obliging with others–quite willing to negotiate and compromise. We can be especially idealistic about love. We prefer things to be done the “right” way and are turned off by aggressive or uncouth behavior.
This week: On Friday and Saturday, we look for extra meaning in our relationships. While we’re open to romance and gentle feelings, questions of freedom are likely. We are noncommittal now.
Venus, the Goddess of Love: Highlights in the Coming Week:
Venus in Libra As this new cycle takes hold in your life, romance and social interaction take on a greater importance for you. Harmonious ties to others are what you yearn for; refinement and elegance are what you seek. The ideal partnership, the perfect balance, the highest standards of truth and beauty – these are some of the things that quicken your pulse now.
Venus quincunx Neptune September 7. Idealism and disappointments in love. Avoid becoming blinded by what you want to see, rather than what really is. Doubts about love.
Venus square Pluto September 10-11. Intense passions, but there’s a hidden agenda. Jealousy and possessiveness are high, in direct proportion to fear of losing partnership. Avoid starting a new relationship at this time, because these energies can characterize it.
Venus contra-parallel Uranus September 16-17. Questions of freedom, change, specialness, and experimentation are raised in our relationships.
Venus parallel Neptune September 16-17. Heightened sensitivity to, and awareness of, beauty and spirituality. We are easily influenced, seducible and seductive, and given to strong powers of imagination. We are more attuned to the world of beauty and romance. Gentleness with others is the best way to harness this energy. A “magical” time on a romantic and social level, but it could also be a confusing or illusory influence as well. Psychic openness and compassion.
Venus opposition Uranus September 17-18. Not a good time to start relationships unless it’s an eyes-wide-open, alternative one. Independence is the reigning need. Some fickleness. Uncertainty about the desire to be close to someone. Freedom versus closeness.
Venus sextile Mars September 18-19. This points to success and ease in close personal interactions. We are passionate and sexy. It is a good time for financial ventures, social life, artistic pursuits, romance, and pleasure. We are now able to take the initiative and to achieve harmony and sexual fulfillment. This influence brings satisfaction to the feelings. We may make permanent ties or relationships that prove to be fruitful and fortunate.
Venus sesquiquadrate Neptune September 19. Romantic confusion as well as relationship ups and downs. Self-deception may come to light now.

This Week’s Calendar
This Week’s Aspects
Venus square Pluto. Intense passions, but there’s a hidden agenda. Feelings of jealousy and possessiveness run high, in direct proportion to fear of losing partnership. Avoid starting a new relationship at this time, because these energies can characterize it. Social interactions may be intense or could provoke intense feelings. Changes in financial status or relationships may occur now. Emotions and issues in a close relationship that have been brewing beneath the surface for quite awhile come to the surface at this time, possibly in a very disruptive way. All of our relationships intensify, and we need to be aware of a tendency to act in a rather compulsive, demanding way towards others. This is an “all or nothing” energy. Manipulative behavior, fear of betrayal, and power struggles are possible.
Mercury square Mars. Impatience, hastiness, and disagreements characterize this transit. This is an unfavorable time for any kind of meeting, starting a new project, and business proposals. We can be irritable and say all the wrong things. We may be competing for the floor when it comes to expressing our ideas, thoughts, and opinions, making it difficult to engage in healthy dialogue. Mental agitation could dominate. We may stir up controversy with what we say, or how we say it.
Mercury conjunct Sun. We are exceptionally sharp, communicative, and open at this time, as our wants are aligned with our thoughts. It’s a favorable time for solving problems. What we say or write now has impact, for better or for worse!
Sun square Mars. We have “spring fever” no matter what the season. Driven by a restless desire to do something, without a well-defined goal we tend towards impulsive actions and get ourselves into needless arguments. Our reactions tend to be defensive or competitive. We are not very willing to compromise or negotiate. We are more inclined to injury and accident. Energy output can run high if we choose to focus.
Sun opposition Chiron. The desire to learn and grow through experiences and through others is strong, but may be hampered by a lack of confidence or a fear of being different. We may not be seeing eye to eye with others, and lack of faith in our own decisions is likely as well. We might also be so concerned with keeping others happy that we are afraid to assert our own desires.
Sun quincunx Uranus. Surprise elements make us feel out of control of our lives or the direction we would like to take. Disrupted plans or schedules. Unexpected events or change of plans.
Mars square Chiron. It can be challenging expressing our desires and our anger clearly and directly under this influence. There can be a tendency to rebel against others’ wishes or plans. We may be defensive and touchy, and resentments or frustrations can surface now.
Mars trine Uranus. Bursts of energy and creativity. We are willing to take risks, possess personal courage, and can readily effect positive changes in our lives. We are naturally bold and assertive, willing to experiment, and conscious of a need to act independently. Our ideas may be ground-breaking, and at the very least progressive. A strong desire to make things happen is with us now.
Venus quincunx Chiron. There may be vague feelings of discontent in relationships; or a choice that needs to be made regarding personal relationships, money, or possessions. Insecurity involving others might make it awkward for us to express our affections naturally or flowingly.

What’s In Store By the Stars – Daily Astrology Trends
(as featured on our site’s main page and in our Daily Trends Calendar)
Venus forms a square to Pluto early today, stimulating intense passions, but there’s a hidden agenda. Feelings of jealousy and possessiveness run high, in direct proportion to fear of losing someone or something. Social interactions may be intense or could provoke intense emotions. Changes in financial status or relationships may occur now. Emotions and issues in a close relationship that have been working in the background can now emerge, possibly in unexpected or uncomfortable ways, but can also be very revealing. The Moon is in practical Capricorn all day, encouraging our ambitions and resourcefulness, and harmonizing well with the Virgo Sun. These earthy energies support one another. We are capable and cooperative, although we may be slightly too serious for our own good. We respect the rules and understand our limits.
Retrograde Mercury aligns with the Sun today, bringing illumination to our thoughts. This is a critical time for new ideas, although they’re very new and raw at this “birthing” stage. There is an awakening happening now as we release old patterns of thought and communication and begin anew. Technically, Mercury passes between the Earth and the Sun at its inferior conjunction, and this marks the halfway point in Mercury’s retrograde cycle. It’s a good time for processing recent events and ideas, as well as for beginning to look at problems or issues from a new perspective and with a new understanding. Significant new ideas may be born at this time, and these are likely to have real staying power or importance in our lives. What we say or write now has an impact, for better or for worse. However, Mercury and Mars form a square today (the Sun will do so tomorrow). We could too easily found ourselves in disagreement with others, most likely because we’re communicating ineffectively or impatiently. We may be competing for the floor when it comes to expressing our ideas, thoughts, and opinions, making it difficult to engage in healthy dialogue. Mental agitation could dominate. We may stir up controversy with what we say (quite possibly by bringing up a controversial issue from the past), or how we say it. The Moon continues its transit of Capricorn until 5:29 PM EDT when it enters Aquarius.
A void of course Moon occurs from 6:01 AM EDT, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (a square to Uranus), until the Moon enters Aquarius at 5:29 PM EDT.
The Sun is square Mars today, and it can be hard to settle down. We may have a strong urge to do something, to take action, and to make something happen, but we may not know how to direct this excess energy. This can be a sign that we’re in need of more challenge, enterprise, and initiative. Reactions tend to be defensive or competitive now, and we can be averse to negotiation or compromise. This is made even more complicated with Chiron soon to enter the picture, as it can have us doubting ourselves. We are more inclined to injury and accident with this planetary combination. Energy output can run high, however, if we choose to focus. The Moon is in Aquarius all day, and we thrive on intellectual stimulation, change, and unusual or unconventional experiences. Trying to pin us down to deadlines and routines could be a lesson in frustration today.
The Moon is in Aquarius most of the day, until 10:23 PM EDT when it enters Pisces. The Aquarius Moon is supported by Venus in Libra, Mars in Sagittarius, and Uranus in Aries in the first half of the day. We find it easy and beneficial to get along, cooperate, exchange ideas, and enjoy one another’s company. We’re attracted to the unusual, extraordinary, and unconventional. Independence, equality, and freedom are vital to feeling emotionally satisfied. We can feel energized and inspired creatively now, ready to fight for something we believe in. We find it easier to assert ourselves and our desires. However, by tonight, this can change rather dramatically as the Sun and Chiron move towards and opposition and our vulnerabilities can be triggered. The Moon enters Pisces tonight at 10:23 PM.
A void of course Moon occurs from 11:32 AM EDT, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (a sextile to Uranus), until the Moon enters Pisces at 10:23 PM EDT.
The day’s energies are complicated. The desire to learn and grow through experiences and others is strong, but may be hampered by a lack of confidence or a fear of being different. We may not be seeing eye to eye with others, and lack of faith in our own decisions is possible as well. We might also be so concerned with keeping others happy that we are afraid to assert our desires. However, this is also a time for seeing something important about ourselves through our interactions with others. Surprise elements of the day can make us feel a little out of control of our lives or the direction we would like to take. With a Mars-Chiron square, it can be challenging expressing our desires and our anger clearly and directly. There can be a tendency to rebel against others’ wishes or plans. We may be defensive and touchy, and resentments or frustrations can surface now. With a Lunar Eclipse occurring tomorrow, emotions are building. This is not a good time for objective reasoning.
A Full Moon Lunar Eclipse occurs today in the sign of Pisces at 3:05 PM EDT. This is a time of sudden realizations, epiphanies, culminations, and turning points, particularly related to work and service. This Lunar Eclipse presses us to look more closely at what we feel is lacking in our lives. Virgo rules the tools and techniques that we use to deal with day-to-day life, while Pisces rules the tools that we use to deal with our spiritual selves. The key to balance lies in identifying and expressing our spiritual needs while maintaining order in our everyday lives. Neglecting either end of the axis will surely backfire–we would either be living in chaos or excessive order. It’s a time to take special note of our dreams, as well as insights or thoughts/emotions that seem to come from “out of the blue”. Secrets may reveal themselves, and these can include discovering secrets within ourselves. For some, a new “calling” will surface in the coming six months. We may realize that we need more rest or attention to our spiritual natures than we are currently allowing ourselves. It’s a time when we can tap into our more idealistic, imaginative, and visionary natures. Our hearts open, and issues of trust and faith are in focus. Decisions made now are emotionally-driven. Mars moves towards a trine aspect with Uranus, exact early into the day tomorrow, and we are willing to experiment, progress, and make positive changes.
A void of course Moon occurs from 3:06 PM EDT, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (an opposition to the Sun), until the Moon enters Aries tomorrow, Saturday, September 17th, at 12:23 AM EDT.
The Moon moves into Aries shortly into the day, and we can feel brand new, desirous of starting fresh. Mars forms a trine with Uranus early in the day, and we are more willing to take creative risks. We are ready to take action and make positive changes in our lives. We are naturally bold and assertive, willing to experiment, and conscious of a need to act independently under this influence. Venus forms a quincunx with Chiron and moves towards an opposition to Uranus, however, bringing some instability. There could be feelings of discontent in relationships or a difficult choice that needs to be made regarding personal relationships, money, or possessions. Insecurity involving others might make it awkward for us to express our affections naturally or flowingly. Sudden attractions that may not last can occur now. Similarly, impulsive attractions to material items that later prove to be unappealing can be part of the picture. Values and tastes may clash, and group activities may suffer as a result. However, if we can separate rebellion from a sincere need for change, we might open ourselves up to new ways of dealing with others – falling back on old patterns of relating won’t work now.
The Moon ends its void period when the Moon enters Aries at 12:23 AM EDT.

Moon Signs This Week:
When the Moon is in Capricorn
We become aware of the need for structure and planning ahead. We also instinctively know the limitations of time. We are motivated by a desire for success. Achievement and manifestation are most important to us now. We are resourceful and don’t want to waste time, energy, or resources. This can be a very serious influence–even a depressing one. However, it can also be a productive time when we look reality in the eye.
The Moon in Capricorn generally favors the following activities: Long-term activities that yield slow but steady results, practical undertakings, career issues, making a business plan, practical investments.
When the Moon is in Aquarius
Attraction to all that is new and unusual, and an instinctive need for improvement, characterize the Moon in Aquarius. Reactions are more intellectual than emotional, and interactions are more impersonal than personal, under this influence. This is a time that promotes social gatherings, dealing with group ideals and goals for the future, brainstorming, new ideas, and progressive changes. We are open to new methods of doing things and we have our eye on the future. It can be hard to stick to schedules now, as personal freedom is most important to us.
The Moon in Aquarius generally favors the following activities: Unusual or radical undertakings, social pursuits, group projects, trying something new, joining a group.
When the Moon is in Pisces
We are not inclined to want to face reality while the Moon is in dreamy, impressionable Pisces. It can be a wistful, sensitive, intuitive, and compassionate time. We are especially imaginative, and our intuition reigns under this influence. Boundaries and walls come down, as Pisces energy merges and blends. It’s a time when details are overlooked and feelings defy description.
The Moon in Pisces generally favors the following activities: Imaginative undertakings, mystical or spiritual pursuits, inner development, music and drama, going on a retreat, activities involving water.
When the Moon is in Aries
We’re motivated by a strong desire to start fresh. A gut instinct to start something new is with us now, as well as the gumption to do so. Our pioneering impulses are strong, and we feel energetic, spontaneous, and enthusiastic. We may also be tactless and impulsive now. Excess energy is best channeled into physical activity.
The Moon in Aries generally favors the following activities: Quick actions that yield immediate results. Undertakings that involve the self and the personality. (Staying power may be lacking). Self-assertion, taking on challenges, beginning short-term projects.
This Week's Planetary Positions By Sign (General Trends):
Sun in Virgo You’re coming into a new cycle centered on taking what you know and what you’ve got and then making the most of it in the real world. Assimilating information and experience, learning lessons and putting them into practice – that’s the focus as this cycle unfolds. It’s a time for prudence and stewardship, a time to tend to the details. You probably already have the grand ideals and visions: now you must get your hands dirty with the bricks and mortar and your mind busy with putting it all together.
Mercury in Virgo Mental discipline and patience are keynoted as you enter into a new cycle. Thinking things through, accounting for all the details, making careful measurements: these and similar experiences keep your mind active and involved. An interest in health and work may come to the fore.
Mars in Sagittarius Ideology is a keynote of the new phase you have begun – the power of ideas and the power they wield over people. Religious, cultural, or philosophical controversies and crusades have a way of stirring your blood. Travel and adventure are compelling temptations as you dare to test your mettle and stretch your horizons.
Jupiter in Libra The ties that bind, the harmonious integration of opposites, the perfect balance: these are the keys to your greatest opportunities now. Marriage and other close personal relationships tend to offer bright prospects, and you have a deep yearning to experience the fulfillment they can bring.
Saturn in Sagittarius The new phase now beginning in your life brings a need to break out of narrow concepts and legalistic philosophical or religious ideas. Remember: “A foolish consistency is the hobgoblin of small minds.” Opportunities to broaden your mental horizons may not come with ease, but they are essential if you are to avoid a kind of spiritual stagnation.
Uranus in Aries A clean break with the past in some respects is signaled by the cycle you have just begun. What YOU need, YOUR freedom and independence, shattering old molds: these are the things that energize you and take priority in your life. Uniqueness and originality set you apart.
Neptune in Pisces Things spiritual and psychic take the driver’s seat of your imagination as you begin a new cycle. The fine arts and all manner of fantasies assume a larger-than-life importance. Surrendering to fate, karma, and other powers greater than merely mortal may be seen as the ultimate liberation. If all is Maya (illusion), what is the reality that gives rise to the world of appearances?
Pluto in Capricorn As this new phase dawns for you, the pursuit of social/political power and status has a way of seeming necessary and inevitable – and let nothing stand in its way. It starts out small but has bigger consequences than you’d think. Ambition, responsibility, a place for everyone and everyone in their place…
