The NEW MOON occurs on Wednesday, June 13, 2018, at 3:43 PM EDT.
On Wednesday afternoon, a new cycle begins with a New Moon. The New Moon in Gemini cycle presents opportunities to commit to personal goals that express the positive energies of the sign of the Twins. It’s time to improve our communication skills by listening to others and enjoying others’ points of view, rather than doggedly seeking to find that one elusive “answer.” This is a good cycle under which to re-evaluate our communication and social skills by questioning just how much we actually take in information and communicate in a friendly, non-threatening manner. With this potent Gemini energy, we have the chance to make important changes in our lives.
This phase of the Moon occurs at 22 degrees and 45 minutes of Gemini, affecting people born with personal planets and points at approximately 19 to 27 degrees of the Mutable signs (Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, and Pisces) most significantly.

Jul 12, 2018, 10:48 PM Sun Conjunct Moon (New Moon)
(Times are Eastern)
The Sun is in Gemini; Mercury is in Gemini until the 12th, after which Mercury is in Cancer; Venus is in Cancer until the 13th, after which Venus is in Leo; Mars is in Aquarius.
The Sun is in Gemini from May 20-June 21. Knowledge and diversity motivate us with the Sun in Gemini. We are more sociable, intellectual, and insatiably curious under this influence. We tend to scatter our energies as a result of this curiosity and awareness of all of our options. We are more communicative and versatile, but we can also be unreliable.
Mercury is in Gemini from May 29-June 12. When Mercury is in Gemini, we are especially communicative, curious, and sociable. Mercury feels right at home in Gemini, one of the signs that it rules. We tend to take more pleasure in gaining a superficial knowledge of many subjects rather than dig deep into any one topic. We are especially astute when it comes to arguing or making a point. We are attracted to wordplays, puns, and negotiations. We are easily distracted.
Mercury is in Cancer from June 12-29. When Mercury is in Cancer, we move from the desire for quantity to the need for quality in terms of the information we are attracted to. We think, speak, and take in information on a deeper, more instinctive level now. We have less interest in what is universal, and more interest in what affects us personally and what affects the people around us. Our thoughts are colored by our emotions, so it is more challenging to be objective.
Venus is in Cancer from May 19-June 13. In Cancer, Venus is nurturing, protective and self-protective, cautious, and fertile. We experience many emotional ups and downs in love under this influence due to increased sensitivity and impressionability. We are tender, romantic, and attached. Cancer love is dedicated, warm, and devoted. We show our love through our devotion, care, and concern. We are affectionate and cuddly and are at our best when we feel safe and secure.
Venus is in Leo from June 13-July 9. Love is magnificent and grand. We take pride in love, and we are generous with our money as well. This is a warmhearted, teasing, expressive, proud, and extravagant placement for Venus. Love is a bit of a game–a game that is perpetual, as Venus in Leo is forever stuck in the romance stage of a relationship. We feed on attention, acknowledgment, validation, and adoration. Venus in Leo loves to be adored, pampered, and admired. Pride and passion are hallmarks of this cycle. We have a strong ego investment in our love lives during this period. The negative expression of this placement is overstating our feelings simply for the effect, as well as extravagance.
Mars is in Aquarius from May 16-August 12 and September 10-November 15. Dynamic yet erratic energy levels, achieving our goals through hit or miss tactics, and impersonal expression of anger are characteristics of Mars in Aquarius. We are team players–cooperative and less concerned about personal power. We are attracted to unconventional methods and tend to approach problems from an intellectual, detached perspective.
Saturn transits Capricorn from December 19/20, 2017, to March 21, 2020; and then finishes up its transit from July 1 to December 17, 2020. Read about Saturn’s transit through Capricorn here.
Jupiter entered Scorpio on October 10th, 2017, and will remain in the sign until November 8th, 2018. Read about Jupiter in Scorpio transit here.
Uranus entered Taurus on May 15, 2018, and will transit Taurus until November 6, 2018, and then from March 6, 2019, to 2025/6. We approach money and personal possessions in new ways and learn how to free ourselves from certain material constraints. Innovative ways to make ourselves comfortable emerge. We’re less inhibited about expressing sensuality, self-love, body love, and pampering. We’re challenging what we previously valued during this cycle. There can be abrupt changes with money, valuables, possessions, and income that lead to a reshuffling of priorities or values. Income might come from non-traditional sources or ventures. We’re bringing progressive ideas to the world of business. New ways of doing business, as well as making, viewing, and handling money are likely. Income and the energy we put into making money can be variable.
Uranus entered Aries on March 11th, 2011, and will transit Aries until May 15, 2018, and then from November 6, 2018, to March 6, 2019. The urge to start fresh, to break free from restrictive attitudes or circumstances, to totally redesign an area of our lives (or even our personalities), and to gain freedom through independence is strong with Uranus in Aries.
Romance & Relationships
Venus is in Cancer from May 19-June 13. We treat lovers with sympathy and tenderness, providing the emotional nurturing that they need. We tend to “play it safe” when it comes to relationships. Love and devotion is most important to us, and provides us with a sense of inner security. We seek a deep love in which we can merge souls and personalities with our lover. We are quite devoted to our partners, and we seek such devotion in return. However, we could also become possessive, manipulative, and stifling. Familiarity is more important to us now. Our fear of rejection is overdeveloped, and we offer our hearts cautiously as a result. We pay more attention to our lovers’ feelings than their words. We feel threatened if a lover acts in an impersonal, overly independent, or detached manner. Safe and solid relationships are more appealing. Romantic and emotional hurts are very hard to forget. We are affectionate and cuddly, and we’re at our best when we feel safe and secure.
Venus is in Leo from June 13-July 9. Romance becomes an end in itself during this cycle. It marks a time when love, creativity, and self-expression satisfy a deep yearning to be appreciated and admired – needed, even. A flashy, flirty, stylish splash of color and warmth characterizes this cycle. Love is magnificent and grand!
This week: With many contraparallels this week, questions are raised about our feelings and in our relationships. There can be “what ifs” and ultimatums, particularly with all three planets heavy ones (Saturn, Mars, and Pluto). Venus forms a square to Uranus on Thursday and then a trine to Chiron on Friday. this kind of exchange (and the reverse) has been occurring for years now since Uranus and Chiron have been in a semi-sextile relationship for some time. This time, it’s complicated by a minor challenging aspect between Venus and Neptune. While we can find opportunities to grow in love during this time, it doesn’t come easily as it comes out of conflict. It can be challenging to get close to someone now.
Venus, the Goddess of Love: Highlights in the Coming Week:
Venus in Cancer May 19-June 13. Mothering (or being mothered), sympathy, a yearning to put down roots, and a fondness for things that have stood the test of time – these are some of the hallmarks of the phase that now begins in your life. Romantic and social experiences, as well as artistic tastes, will show evidence of these factors.
Venus in Leo June 13-July 9.Romance becomes an end in itself as a new cycle begins for you. It marks a time when love, creativity, and self-expression satisfy a deep yearning to be appreciated and admired – needed, even. A flashy, flirty, stylish splash of color and warmth.
Venus contra-parallel Saturn June 12. We may express our affection sparingly, but also responsibly and in practical ways. Relationships we begin under this influence often feel burdensome over time, but they may last longer than most. Some pulling back can occur in relationships now, as we are more self-conscious and cautious with our affections.
Venus contra-parallel Mars June 14. Passions are stimulated and intense. A fine line between love and hate. Competitiveness. Questions are raised or ultimatums made.
Venus square Uranus June 14. We might have to deal with issues of freedom versus intimacy during this period. Peculiar or impulsive attractions are exciting, but unlikely to last very long. Treat them as passing fancies, and enjoy them while they last–but try to hold off on making any big decisions with regards to love today.
Venus sesquiquadrate Neptune June 14. Romantic confusion as well as relationship ups and downs. Self-deceptions may come to light now.
Venus contra-parallel Pluto June 15. Romantic intensity, a feeling of fatedness, possessiveness, fear of betrayal, and insecurity in relationships. Questions of trust can emerge in relationships. Looking for a commitment.
Venus trine Chiron June 15. A commitment-friendly transit. Love can heal old wounds. We are open to romantic feelings.
Venus quincunx Saturn June 18-19. A feeling that we may not be able to express our affections, or that our affections will not be received well, can undermine us in our relationships. Fear of rejection, emotional distancing, and over-sensitivity.
Venus conjunct North Node June 18-19. This is a time for reaching out to others and making connections that further our growth. Cooperation brings rewards. There could be a feeling that we’re lucky in love or in our social life now.
Venus opposition Mars June 20-21. Romantic needs are at odds with assertive, physical, or sexual needs. Relations are heated and erotic, but come with an underlying tension.
The Moon & Timing
The Void of Course Moon is the period of time after the Moon has made its last aspect in one sign until the Moon enters a new sign. During Void of Course Moon periods, it is generally wise to stick to routine rather than to begin new projects. The last aspect the Moon makes before changing signs is indicated here and is indicative of the “outcome” of the matter (whether that is a new project begun before the void period or the answer to a question in Horary Astrology).
Void of Course in Horary Astrology: If you were asking a question and making a chart for the answer, as you do in Horary astrology, it is said that since the Moon is not looking forward to any more aspects in this sign, you would have to say that the answer is not forthcoming; any questions asked at this time would not come to pass. The Moon being Void is one of the Strictures against Judgment in Horary Astrology. The following tables incorporate the modern planets, but some astrologers do not count Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto in void Moon calculations.
The Void-of-Course Moon this Week:
Void-of-course Moon on Saturday, June 9th, from 3:38 PM EDT, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (a square to Venus), until the Moon enters Taurus the next day, Sunday, June 10th, at 12:04 AM EDT.
VOC Moon on Monday, June 11th, from 11:29 PM EDT, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (a sextile to Venus), until the Moon enters Gemini the next day, Tuesday, June 12th, at 2:53 AM EDT.
VOC Moon on Wednesday, June 13th, from 3:44 PM EDT, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (a conjunction to the Sun), until the Moon enters Cancer the next day, Thursday, June 14th, at 3:20 AM EDT.
VOC Moon on Friday, June 15th, from 12:18 PM EDT, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (an opposition to Pluto), until the Moon enters Leo the next day, Saturday, June 16th, at 3:21 AM EDT.

This Week’s Calendar
This Week’s Aspects
Sun quincunx Pluto. Adjustments are necessary now in order for our lives to move forward. The need to make changes in our life that will further our psychological development arise now.
Mercury sesquiquadrate Jupiter. We experience information overload, and we neglect to consider details. People tend to exaggerate today.
Mercury sextile Uranus. This is an opportune time to attend meetings and other organized group activities, to communicate online, and to take part in activities involving computers, scientific projects, and metaphysics. Unexpected gains may be realized through such mediums. The intuition is strong, and insights seem to come from “out of the blue”. Original, creative ideas are easy to come by. We can take advantage of our ability to see things in a new light by breathing life into old projects or solving problems in new, creative ways. Varying our usual routine may be especially rewarding.
Mercury square Chiron. Communications may be strained, and possibly hurtful or perceived as such. Misunderstandings are more likely now. Decisions may also be hard to come by, as we tend to doubt ourselves or the effectiveness of our ability to solve problems. It can be hard to read the intention behind the words used to communicate now.
Sun sesquiquadrate Mars. Circumstances spur us into action. Aggressiveness and conflicts are possible now. As long as we channel the excess energy constructively, instead of wasting our time arguing, we can accomplish much.
Venus square Uranus. Values and tastes may clash, and group activities may suffer as a result. Impulsive attractions to both people and material goods can lead us astray. Avoid impulse buys at this time. Some instability, restlessness, and rebelliousness is probable in romantic relationships. We may not see eye to eye, and we might be taken off guard by unexpected events. This is not a favorable aspect for beauty treatments because they could have unexpected results. We may struggle with freedom versus intimacy issues at this time. Hold off on decision-making with regards to finances.
Venus sesquiquadrate Neptune. Happiness is addictive under this influence. We tend to see what we want to see. Glossing over the more realistic points, details, and flaws of circumstances and of people provides us with instant gratification. However, it’s wise to hold off on making important purchases, or natalizing a relationship until the veil lifts. Take care with legal, financial, and social involvements, contracts, or formal agreements under this dreamy influence.
Venus trine Chiron. We have the chance to heal our personal relationships now, as we are more open to intimacy and commitment, as well as learning from one another. We more easily see beauty in human weaknesses, and are less inclined to see fault, or to concern ourselves with fault. It’s a strong time for building trust in relationships, and for seeing potential in one another.
Uranus semi-square Neptune. This is a time when we can feel particularly inspired, although we may feel restless if our dreams are no longer fulfilling us or keeping us hopeful. Watch for impractical ventures and unusual tangents that may not last.
Mercury quincunx Mars. What we do and what we think or say are different. Instead of listening to what others have to say, we end up interrupting them and making assumptions. This is not a good day to make important decisions, as our thinking simply isn’t clear.

JUNE 10
The Moon moves into Taurus a few minutes into the day. Under the influence of a Taurus Moon, we are more aware of our need to enjoy the sensual pleasures of life–eating, drinking, listening to music, and so forth. Our emotions are steady, and common sense rules when it comes to handling domestic matters, money, and work. We tend to resist change and to fall back on old habits and patterns, particularly around midday when the Sun forms a trine to Saturn and square to Mars in Aquarius. We can be stubborn, in fact, at this time. The Taurus Moon encourages us to slow down and cultivate patience, as well as to simplify our lives.
The Moon is void until it enters Taurus today at 12:04 AM EDT.
JUNE 11
The Moon spends the day in the sign of Taurus, and its harmony with Neptune, Pluto, and Venus encourage us to enjoy ourselves. Earthy activities and sensual pleasures appeal now more than usual, and we find a sense of peace and contentment with that which is familiar and reliable. With patience, we might find a lost item, find a new use for an old item (or even person), or discover connections to our past that help us out. This is a time to engage in some transformation in which we weed out the bad to more effectively use the good. However, while for the most part, the day can be pleasant, the Sun’s quincunx to Pluto midday can necessitate some form of adjustment in order to feel that we are moving forward. There may be a shift in power, or we could be dealing with a setback that has us feeling temporarily out of sorts or powerless, prompting us to make changes. This can point to indecisiveness about how to approach a matter, or the need to let something go to further our psychological growth.
The Moon is void from 11:29 PM EDT, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (a sextile to Venus), until the Moon enters Gemini the next day, Tuesday, June 12th, at 2:53 AM EDT.
JUNE 12
The Moon continues its transit of Taurus until 2:53 AM EDT when it enters Gemini. The Gemini Moon encourages us to socialize, connect, get involved, and keep busy. Mercury changes signs today, but before it does, forms a minor challenging aspect with Jupiter, pointing to potentially impulsive decisions. It’s usually not wise to make quick decisions on the day that Mercury changes signs, and this aspect tends to magnify this potential problem. Watch for exaggerated perceptions and communications or news now. Mercury enters the sign of Cancer – a transit that will last until the 29th. When Mercury is in Cancer, our desire for quantity with information and communications is replaced by quality. We think, speak, and take in information on a deeper, more instinctive level now. We have less interest in what is universal, and more interest in what affects us personally and what affects the people around us. Our thoughts are colored by our emotions, making it a little more challenging to be objective, although this can also work in such a way that we’re more able to intellectualize our feelings.
The Moon is void until 2:53 AM when it enters Gemini.
JUNE 13
The sextile between Mercury and Uranus today encourages alternative approaches and new ideas, as well as technical thinking. Intuition is strong, and insights seem to come from “out of the blue.” Original, creative ideas come naturally. We can take advantage of this by solving problems in new, creative ways. Varying our usual routine may be especially rewarding. A square between Mercury and Chiron later today, however, can point to insecurity or strained, unnatural communications, as well as a time when we can be a little more sensitive to criticism. We may doubt ourselves when it comes to solving problems or learning and expressing ourselves. The New Moon occurs in the sign of Gemini this afternoon at 3:44 PM EDT, presenting us opportunities to commit to personal goals that express the positive energies of the sign of the Twins in the coming weeks. This is a good cycle for re-evaluating our communication and social skills by questioning just how much we take in information and communicate in a friendly, non-threatening manner. We can come to new thinking that leads us in new directions, or there can be new paths for our projects. Also today, Venus enters Leo where it will transit until July 9th. During this transit, we take pride in love, and we are generous with our money as well. It’s a warm-hearted, teasing, expressive, and proud placement for Venus. We feed on attention, acknowledgment, validation, and adoration during this transit. We can have a high ego investment in our money, love life, children, or pastimes. We should watch for extravagance and for overstating our feelings during this cycle.
The Moon is void from 3:44 PM EDT, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (a conjunction to the Sun), until the Moon enters Cancer the next day, Thursday, June 14th, at 3:20 AM EDT.
JUNE 14
This morning’s Sun-Mars challenge can rile us up as we crave action but may not know where we want to direct this energy. Without a plan or direction, this energy may lead to arguments or impatience. Venus forms a square to Uranus tonight, and this tense energy is further complicated by a minor challenging aspect between Venus and Neptune. It can be tricky to get close to someone now. Venus in Leo seeks constancy and personal presence in its interactions and pleasures, while Uranus challenges this with its drive for freedom and independence. Circumstances now can seem to pit freedom versus intimacy or closeness. We may be acting on whims, or we might experience sudden, unusual attractions, likely because of our fears that we’ll lose our independence. Or, we can be frustrated by others’ seeming indifference when we’d prefer to go all in. We’re heading towards a Venus-Neptune sesquiquadrate which may seduce us into believing things that we want to believe. The Moon spends most of the day in Cancer (from 3:20 AM EDT forward), and we’re motivated by a desire for more security, safety, and belonging.
The Moon is void until 3:20 AM when it enters Cancer.
JUNE 15
A beautiful trine between Venus and Chiron today can have the effect of opening our hearts to one another, particularly as we see beauty in our imperfections. We’re open to new ways of interacting. However, Mercury opposes Saturn today as well, stimulating our critical side and pointing to some reluctance or blockage related to our communications and transportation. We may face some criticism or delays. We might feel threatened by unexpected events or challenges to our opinions, ideas, or intelligence. Circumstances are such that we may need to tone down our enthusiasm if our plans are lacking, and resolve to think in more practical, realistic terms. Decision-making doesn’t get much easier tonight as Uranus and Neptune head towards another semi-square aspect, and it can be difficult latching onto a particular idea or dream without wondering if there’s something better for us elsewhere. The Moon spends the day in the sign of Cancer, the sign that it rules, and we’re inclined to find much to love about what’s most familiar to us.
The Moon is void from 12:18 PM EDT, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (an opposition to Pluto), until the Moon enters Leo the next day, Saturday, June 16th, at 3:21 AM EDT.
JUNE 16
This morning, a semi-square between Uranus and Neptune is exact. This is a long-term transit that first formed in August 2017 and will continue to perfect until May 2019. This is a time when we can feel particularly inspired, although we may feel restless if our dreams are no longer fulfilling us or keeping us hopeful. We should watch for speculative ventures and whims, as well as unusual tangents that may not last. As the day advances, a Mercury-Mars quincunx points to some aggravation if we’re not understood or if we can’t seem to get where we want to go fast enough. What we do and what we think or say can be at odds. Instead of listening to what others have to say, we may end up interrupting them and making assumptions. This is not a good time for making important decisions, and we should watch for impatience, particularly this afternoon with a Moon-Mars opposition also active. The Moon continues its transit of Cancer until 3:21 AM EDT, after which the Moon moves through the sign of Leo.
The Moon is void until 3:21 AM EDT when the Moon enters Leo.

Moon Signs This Week:
When the Moon is in Aries
We're motivated by a strong desire to start fresh. A gut instinct to begin something new is with us now, as well as the gumption to do so. Our pioneering impulses are strong, and we feel energetic, spontaneous, and enthusiastic. We may also be tactless and impulsive now. Excess energy is best channeled into physical activity.
People can be more self-motivated and also self-focused while the Moon is in Aries. It's a competitive rather than cooperative time. Accidents and tempers flaring are more likely than usual. This period is one of more personal courage.
The Moon in Aries generally favors the following activities: Quick actions that yield immediate results. Undertakings that involve the self and the personality. (Staying power may be lacking). Self-assertion, taking on challenges, beginning short-term projects.
When the Moon is in Taurus
We are motivated by the desire for serenity, security, peace, and comfort. The Moon is at her most sensual and constant in Taurus. Our basic impulses are to relax, resist change, and "stop to smell the roses." Life slows down a little, and we get comfortable. We may also be inclined to stubbornness and materialism under this influence.
While the Moon is in Taurus, people can be emotionally constant but inflexible. It's a time of stronger focus on personal needs and comfort levels, and a period of more common sense and attention to practical matters.
The Moon in Taurus generally favors the following activities: Substantial and material actions that yield solid results. Financial activities, and those involving personal possessions, applying for a loan, beginning a potentially long-term relationship, music, home decor.
When the Moon is in Gemini
Our basic instinct is to communicate, think, and learn under the influence of Moon in Gemini. We are motivated by a desire for variety and by an instinctive curiosity. The Moon in Gemini is light-hearted, breezy, spirited, and curious, but it can also be restless and fickle.
The Moon in Gemini generally favors the following activities: Mental and communicative actions, and more than one activity at once. Reading, learning, letters and emails, errands, writing, teaching, making connections, cafes, light and airy meetings, short trips.
When the Moon is in Cancer
The restlessness of the Gemini Moon gives way to an instinctive need for peace and quiet. A feeling of belonging and safety is what motivates us under this influence. The Moon feels right at home in the sign of Cancer, as it rules the sign. This Moon position has much healing potential. Although insular by nature, our feelings run deep, making it an ideal time to get in touch with what motivates us.
The Moon in Cancer generally favors the following activities: Domestic activities, those that involve awareness of personal needs. Home decor, family get-togethers.
When the Moon is in Leo
The Moon in Leo speaks to our "inner child". It's a warm, generous, whole-heartedly loving position. Pride keeps us from pettiness, but it can also prevent us from opening up and revealing how we are truly feeling. We are on stage, our feelings are grand, and we appreciate some drama in our lives. We are easily threatened by anything that seems to be impersonal. This is a time when we seek attention--when we want to stand out for our special qualities. It's a strong time for romance and any creative activity as well.
The Moon in Leo generally favors the following activities: Creative activities, activities involving children, generous undertakings, undertakings in which personal recognition is desired, and risk-taking.
Upcoming Weeks: Calendars
THIS WEEK’S PLANETARY POSITIONS BY SIGN (General Trends):
Sun in Gemini The cycle which begins for you now will be marked by a more intense focus on mental and communicative activity than you may ever have experienced before. It’s a time of more involvement with other people, a time for gathering information, and a time when you’re apt to be more on the go than ever. There is likely to be an emphasis on reading, writing, studying, and all forms of exchanging information with others in the years ahead – and it will all serve as a path for self-discovery and personal development.
Mercury in Gemini A walking encyclopedia, a yen to know a little bit about everything (and everyone): these are the icons of the cycle you have just begun. Talking, writing, keeping a finger on the pulse of all that’s happening … this is a time of study and learning, a cycle of mental challenge, curiosity, and social/intellectual growth. Such things are an end in themselves rather than a means to any other end.
Mercury in Cancer Gut-level is the way you think, speak, and perceive in the cycle you have just begun. You aren’t interested in the superficial; instead, you want to get right to the root of things. You don’t care about the universal, only about how things impact you and yours. Intellect and emotion mix to the point of inseparability.
Venus in Cancer Mothering (or being mothered), sympathy, a yearning to put down roots, and a fondness for things that have stood the test of time – these are some of the hallmarks of the phase that now begins in your life. Romantic and social experiences, as well as artistic tastes, will show evidence of these factors.
Venus in Leo Romance becomes an end in itself as a new cycle begins for you. It marks a time when love, creativity, and self-expression satisfy a deep yearning to be appreciated and admired – needed, even. A flashy, flirty, stylish splash of color and warmth.
Mars in Aquarius The reformer, the inventor, the engineer, the revolutionary – these are important archetypes for you as a new cycle gets underway in your life. They are icons of the ambitions that stir you at a time like this. Independence, freedom from past patterns, and a daring readiness to innovate: such are the paths of achievement for you now.
Jupiter in Scorpio The phase now beginning for you emphasizes fixing what is broken or unhealthy, thereby giving it a new lease on life. This is more than one person alone can handle, so the cooperation of others is essential. You give up something in order to get or create something, and you may not understand the reasons why at the time. Sex, money, power, and vitality become key issues.
Saturn in Capricorn Responsibility, hard work, ambition, and achievement: these are the foundations you need to build on now, as a new cycle dawns in your life. And yet, there is a tendency to be a little too hard, perhaps a bit cold, in your approach to these things. Let ambition take you to the top, but don’t let it lull you into thinking that the end justifies the means.
Uranus in Taurus Practicality and ingenuity combine as powerful drives in your life now that you have begun a new cycle. Taking innovative concepts and making them real and practical is your strong suit; getting stuck in the mud is to be avoided at all costs. Financial savvy, inventiveness, worldly genius.
Neptune in Pisces Things spiritual and psychic take the driver’s seat of your imagination as you begin a new cycle. The fine arts and all manner of fantasies assume a larger-than-life importance. Surrendering to fate, karma, and other powers greater than merely mortal may be seen as the ultimate liberation. If all is Maya (illusion), what is the reality that gives rise to the world of appearances?
Pluto in Capricorn As this new phase dawns for you, the pursuit of social/political power and status has a way of seeming necessary and inevitable – and let nothing stand in its way. It starts out small but has bigger consequences than you’d think. Ambition, responsibility, a place for everyone and everyone in their place…
