The FULL MOON/LUNAR ECLIPSE occurs on Friday, July 27, 2018, at 4:20 PM EDT.
On Friday afternoon, a Full Moon occurs when the Leo Sun opposes the Moon in Aquarius. The Full Moon is a time of culmination and the promise of fulfillment of that which was started at the New Moon. It is an emotional time—a time of romance, fertilization, and relationships.
This Full Moon is a total Lunar Eclipse. A Lunar eclipse is an especially potent lunation — in this case a potent Full Moon. Lunar eclipses are relationship-oriented. The “crisis” that these eclipses tend to elicit is a crisis of lack–a time when we suddenly realize a great need or want. The impact of the crisis can act to sever a relationship–it’s possible. But it can also bring two people together with a sudden awareness of a great need for each other. Although Lunar eclipses are more relationship-oriented than Solar eclipses, they are not always about relationships between two people. They can trigger awareness of need in other areas of our lives, such as our relationship to work, to our health and bodies, and so forth. This is a time when matters come to light–things that have been brewing under the surface.
Lunar Eclipses are about relationships and polarities. With the Leo-Aquarius axis involved, this Lunar Eclipse presses us to look more closely at our needs, lacks, and wants in our lives. The Leo-Aquarius polarity deals with the balance between all that is personal (Leo) and all that is impersonal (Aquarius). The energy of Leo is creative self-expression and the boost to the individual ego that we receive through pleasure and romance, while Aquarius rules the group, more impersonal friendships, and objectivity.
This Full Moon urges us to strike a balance between romance and friendship, and between expressing ourselves in personal and impersonal ways. The Leo Sun is proud and intensely individual—not content with simply being just one of the team. The Aquarius Moon, while individualistic as well, values the team. The Full Moon illuminates this conflict. Some sort of crisis (which can be a crisis of consciousness) or sudden awareness of a lack in our lives provides us with a golden opportunity to explore our emotional needs within the context of the house polarity where the eclipse occurs in our natal charts. Relationships may be challenged, broken, or strengthened dramatically at this time. Our discovery is emotionally charged and dramatic. Epiphanies are likely at this time as we become acutely aware of our lack. This understanding can propel us into positive action. Read more about the Lunar Eclipse here.
This eclipse forms a square to Uranus, and there can be a sense of surprise, shock, or frustration involved with our emotional discoveries. Certainly, there can be a strong urge—or need—to break free from old patterns, and the temptation may be to make a stand or force the issue. The Moon aligns with retrograde Mars, and it can be an especially revealing time as it’s likely to pull up unrest, resentment, and buried frustrations. There can be a real desire to master a situation. It’s a good idea to be open to possibilities while attempting to put aside those things that won’t serve us well if magnified. Finalizing plans should probably be saved for a later date and we should watch for too-quick decisions and actions, but paying close attention to what’s illuminated now makes sense. Through the events or the tensions of this time, we can ultimately get to a better understanding of ourselves, and particularly of our desires.
This phase of the Moon occurs at 4 degrees and 45 minutes of Aquarius forming an opposition with the Sun at 4 degrees and 45 minutes of Leo, affecting people born with personal planets and points at approximately 0 to 10 degrees of the Fixed signs (Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, and Aquarius) most significantly.

(Times are Eastern)
The Sun is in Cancer until July 22nd, after which the Sun is in Leo; Mercury is in Leo; Venus is in Virgo; Mars is in Aquarius.
The Sun is in Cancer from June 21-July 22. We are self-protective and insular under this influence. Our attention turns to our nest–our families, homes, and anything that makes us feel “at home”, safe, and secure. Nurturing and taking care of our loved ones and our pet projects come into focus. Emotions run deep. We are more susceptible to the ups and downs of the Moon while the Sun is in Cancer.
The Sun is in Leo from July 22-August 23. In Leo, the Sun is proud, outgoing, and playful. The Leo Sun is intensely individual—not content with simply being just one of the team. It’s time to shine, add a touch of color and drama to our lives, and perform. Like the flowers and fruit of the season–blossoming and ripened–this is a time when we want to enjoy ourselves and express ourselves. We are more generous and grand in our gestures and attitudes. On the shadow side, we can also be self-centered and vain.
Mercury is in Leo from June 29-September 5. When Mercury is in Leo, our thinking is more confident and grand. The focus is now on the goal–and the grander a goal the better! The details may not be quite as important now. We are more expressive, even theatrical and given to speech-giving and story-telling under this influence. We are also more convincing and persuasive, as we exude confidence when we speak or write. We may not listen as well as we normally do under Mercury in Leo.
Venus is in Virgo from July 9-August 6. This is a time when we express our love through practical means and gestures–running errands, doing detail work, or just being there for our lovers. Love needs to make sense and have a purpose with Venus in Virgo. Virgo is an Earth sign, which is sensual but also quite practical. Besides our romantic natures, what we decide to buy and the types of entertainment we enjoy during this cycle is ruled by whether or not things make sense. We could easily feel guilty if we are too self-indulgent at this time. Rendering services to others can fill a need and can be an expression of love. The shadow side of this position is being overly critical of our partners, picky, or worrisome.
Mars is in Aquarius from May 16-August 12 and September 10-November 15. Dynamic yet erratic energy levels, achieving our goals through hit or miss tactics, and impersonal expression of anger are characteristics of Mars in Aquarius. We are team players–cooperative and less concerned about personal power. We are attracted to unconventional methods and tend to approach problems from an intellectual, detached perspective.
Saturn transits Capricorn from December 19/20, 2017, to March 21, 2020; and then finishes up its transit from July 1 to December 17, 2020. Read about Saturn’s transit through Capricorn here.
Jupiter entered Scorpio on October 10th, 2017, and will remain in the sign until November 8th, 2018. Read about Jupiter in Scorpio transit here.
Uranus entered Taurus on May 15, 2018, and will transit Taurus until November 6, 2018, and then from March 6, 2019, to 2025/6. We approach money and personal possessions in new ways and learn how to free ourselves from certain material constraints. Innovative ways to make ourselves comfortable emerge. We’re less inhibited about expressing sensuality, self-love, body love, and pampering. We’re challenging what we previously valued during this cycle. There can be abrupt changes with money, valuables, possessions, and income that lead to a reshuffling of priorities or values. Income might come from non-traditional sources or ventures. We’re bringing progressive ideas to the world of business. New ways of doing business, as well as making, viewing, and handling money are likely. Income and the energy we put into making money can be variable.
Uranus entered Aries on March 11th, 2011, and will transit Aries until May 15, 2018, and then from November 6, 2018, to March 6, 2019. The urge to start fresh, to break free from restrictive attitudes or circumstances, to totally redesign an area of our lives (or even our personalities), and to gain freedom through independence is strong with Uranus in Aries.
Romance & Relationships
Venus is in Virgo from July 9-August 6. If it makes sense you love it, and if it doesn’t you feel guilty about it: that’s what it’s like now. A loving attention to details and a sense of satisfaction in doing what is right (especially with respect to your health) are some of the qualities that come to the fore at a time like this.
This week: Early Sunday, we’re especially forgiving and open in our relationships. Monday and Tuesday, we’re open as well, but we’re also more vulnerable and might protect ourselves through believing fantasies rather than the real thing (or person). We may confront our illusions or spiritual and romantic needs through another person or a relationship that seems to hold a mirror up for us to see where or how far we’ve come. This transit can bring us face to face with our illusions in relationships. Emotions and feelings can be draining due to uncertainty and we may be left to feel that decision-making is too difficult. Neptune places a veil over our eyes and may seduce us into believing what we want to believe rather than what really is. If we haven’t been discriminating enough in love (or with money), problems can surface now for resolution. Romantic and idealistic imagination is aroused now, and we may be especially put off by anything vulgar or harsh. Wednesday and Thursday, we’re likely impatient and resent feelings of being confined. At the time of the Lunar Eclipse on Friday, a Venus-Pluto aspect suggests our emotional discoveries can improve a key relationship.
Venus, the Goddess of Love: Highlights in the Coming Week:
Venus in Virgo July 9-August 6. If it makes sense you love it, and if it doesn’t you feel guilty about it: that’s what it’s like now. A loving attention to details and a sense of satisfaction in doing what is right (especially with respect to your health) are some of the qualities that come to the fore at a time like this.
Venus quincunx Mars July 15-16. When we attempt to be friendly, we seem to miss the mark. Attempting to satisfy romantic needs and assertive/sexual needs simultaneously can be challenging. Our romantic sensibilities and our desires are at odds with one another, and problems (especially misunderstandings) in romantic and sexual relationships may result. This is a less-than-ideal transit under which to begin a new relationship.
Venus sextile Jupiter July 21-22. This aspect generates a happy, friendly, and optimistic attitude. People are a little more outgoing and sociable. Favors travel, education, and culture. Romantic opportunities. Harmony and good will.
Venus opposition Neptune July 23-24. Not a good time to start a new relationship, which could be characterized by disappointments, and the tendency to feel emotionally (and sometimes financially) drained by the partner. Uncertainties about existing love.
Venus sesquiquadrate Uranus July 25. Uncertainty about the desire to be close to someone. Freedom versus closeness. A desire to experiment in the romance department may be fleeting and ultimately unsatisfying or frustrating.
Venus sesquiquadrate Mars July 26-27. Tensions in relationships. Attempting to satisfy romantic needs and assertive/sexual needs simultaneously can be challenging.
Venus trine Pluto July 27. Powerful and uplifting time for romantic/sexual relationships. New insights into relationships and love. Strong attractions. Relationships are intense and deep, but not draining.
Venus parallel Chiron July 27-28. Healing energy is brought to love relationships, and a new cycle begins. A commitment-friendly transit. Love can heal old wounds. We are open to romantic feelings, and more willing to act upon them. This is a good time to make a resolution to repair, heal, and improve relationships.
Venus semi-square the Sun July 30. Inner discontent can spill over into our relationships, producing subtle tension. It’s best to get in touch with our needs and avoid overindulging or procrastinating.
The Moon & Timing
The Void of Course Moon is the period of time after the Moon has made its last aspect in one sign until the Moon enters a new sign. During Void of Course Moon periods, it is generally wise to stick to routine rather than to begin new projects. The last aspect the Moon makes before changing signs is indicated here and is indicative of the “outcome” of the matter (whether that is a new project begun before the void period or the answer to a question in Horary Astrology).
Void of Course in Horary Astrology: If you were asking a question and making a chart for the answer, as you do in Horary astrology, it is said that since the Moon is not looking forward to any more aspects in this sign, you would have to say that the answer is not forthcoming; any questions asked at this time would not come to pass. The Moon being Void is one of the Strictures against Judgment in Horary Astrology. The following tables incorporate the modern planets, but some astrologers do not count Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto in void Moon calculations.
The Void-of-Course Moon this Week:
Void-of-course Moon on Sunday, July 22nd, from 5:19 AM EDT, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (a trine to the Sun), until the Moon enters Sagittarius at 6:13 AM EDT.
VOC Moon on Tuesday, July 24th, from 4:23 AM EDT, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (a trine to Mercury), until the Moon enters Capricorn at 5:50 PM EDT.
VOC Moon on Thursday, July 26th, from 9:41 AM EDT, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (a conjunction to Pluto), until the Moon enters Aquarius the next day, Friday, July 27th, at 6:41 AM EDT.

This Week’s Calendar
This Week’s Aspects
Venus sextile Jupiter. Cooperation, consideration for others, cheerfulness, positive attitude towards relationships, romantic opportunities, harmony. Favors financial endeavors. Optimistic spiritual energy is brought to relationships. We tend to connect to a higher purpose regarding our personal relationships and our values, attaching meaning to them. We may enjoy a feeling of well-being now. Ease is experienced in social situations. We are freer with our affections (and our money). This is also a favorable transit for entertaining and socializing.
Sun sesquiquadrate Neptune. Our willpower is low as we stray from our goals and temporarily lose focus. It’s difficult to formulate — or stick to — clear goals during this transit. Concentrating on artistic or spiritual pursuits is better than focusing on matters that require straightforward, factual thinking today. It can be difficult knowing where or how to direct our willpower under this influence. It’s also a challenge knowing where we stand with others. Avoid such things as scheduling surgery, important appointments, job interviews, or launches of new projects at this time.
Venus opposition Neptune. Problems with love or money matters crop up because of our lack of the ability to discriminate at this time. It’s easy to see what we want to see, rather than what actually is. We may be more vulnerable emotionally, and thus more susceptible to deceit or self-deceit. Romantic and idealistic imagination is aroused now, and we may be especially put off by anything vulgar or harsh. If possible, put off major decision making regarding social and romantic involvements, as well as finances.
Sun trine Chiron. A sense of purpose or a “mission” is with us now, increasing our confidence. The desire to learn and grow through experiences and through others is strong. Problem-solving is favored.
Sun square Uranus. We can’t expect much of anything when the Sun squares Uranus, except the unexpected! Disrupted routines and plans are in order, which help to stimulate the adoption of new approaches. During this transit, we feel the need for action, but if we don’t know where we’re headed, we might take the wrong turn. Unexpected changes in plans or events can test our patience, and we might feel a bit out of control. However, they could stimulate us to try new approaches and they certainly act to cut boredom. This transit could offer us the drive to do something new, but avoid making hasty major decisions for the time being.
Venus sesquiquadrate Uranus. Unusual attractions (to people and things) can have us acting on a whim. We may deal with freedom versus closeness issues in our relationships. Relationships or finances can be unpredictable. Changes now can create fresh opportunities, however, that can add to our sense of joy and freedom.
Sun quincunx Saturn. Doubts, the feeling of not being good enough, and lack of self-confidence might plague us under this influence. Lack of faith in ourselves and in life hinders our movements and initiatives.
Sun opposition Mars. Careless or impulsive behavior can be a problem under this transit. It’s easy to feel thwarted or to not be in touch with what it is we want at this time. If we do know what we want, how to go about getting it doesn’t come naturally to us right now.
Venus sesquiquadrate Mars. Potential tensions in relationships. Attempting to satisfy romantic needs and assertive/sexual needs simultaneously can be challenging. Be wary of making impulse purchases. There is an air of competitiveness under this influence, which need not be difficult. It can be stimulating and invigorating.
Venus trine Pluto. An excellent time for finances and for relationships, all things equal. Our feelings are intense and impassioned, but not in an offensive or destructive way. The need to share on deeper levels is strong now. A spiritual regeneration through love is possible.

JULY 22
The Venus-Jupiter sextile perfects this morning, and we’re exceptionally cooperative and ready to give one another the benefit of the doubt. This influence stimulates a mood or atmosphere conducive to tolerance, consideration for others, warmth, and openness. We are more forthcoming, optimistic, and generous than usual. The Moon continues its transit of Scorpio until 6:13 AM EDT, after which it moves through Sagittarius. The Sagittarius Moon is outgoing and ardent, as well as optimistic and far-sighted. The Sun enters Leo today and will transit its own sign until August 23rd. In Leo, the Sun is proud, outgoing, and playful. The Leo Sun is intensely individual—not content with merely being just one of the team. It’s time to shine, add a touch of color and drama to our lives, and perform. Like the flowers and fruit of the season–blossoming and ripened–this is a time when we want to enjoy ourselves and express ourselves. We are more generous and grand in our gestures and attitudes. On the shadow side, we can also be self-centered and vain under this influence.
The Moon is void from 5:19 AM EDT, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (a trine to the Sun), until the Moon enters Sagittarius at 6:13 AM EDT.
JULY 23
The Moon spends the day in Sagittarius, inspiring us to seek out knowledge and experience. Neptune is prominent and challenging today and tomorrow, however, suggesting we may struggle with our expectations and perceptions. We can experience lowered willpower as we stray from our goals and temporarily lose focus. Concentrating on artistic or spiritual pursuits is better than focusing on matters that require straightforward or direct action. We might feel a little drained from a sense of uncertainty until we accept that we may not need to know just for the time being. The Sun in Leo encourages us to be proud and direct, while Neptune in Pisces prefers to meander and leave things open. Imbalances in our relationships are especially evident to us now.
JULY 24
The Moon continues its transit of Sagittarius until 5:50 PM EDT, after which the Moon moves through the sign of Capricorn. Venus opposes Neptune today, and if we’ve been indiscriminate with money, pleasures, and relationships, problems can emerge now. Uncertainty in Venus-ruled areas of life (romance, social life, and finances) can be prominent now. There can be a veil over our eyes, and we can be seduced into believing what we want to believe rather than what really is. This influence arouses romantic and idealistic imagination, and we may be especially put off by anything vulgar or harsh. We need to assess areas of our lives that have become dysfunctional and, in the process, we may need to give up on an unrealistic ideal so that we can make gains. We may be more vulnerable emotionally, and more susceptible to deceit or self-deceit. If possible, it may be best to delay significant decision-making regarding social and romantic involvements, as well as finances, as we are unlikely to be seeing these things clearly. However, as the day advances, we head towards a Sun-Chiron aspect that encourages a holistic approach to problem-solving and points to opportunities to learn, grow, and improve. We’re putting our respect in the right places.
The Moon is void from 4:23 AM EDT, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (a trine to Mercury), until the Moon enters Capricorn at 5:50 PM EDT.
JULY 25
The Moon is in Capricorn all day, and we crave structure and organization. However, both the Sun and Venus are in challenging aspect to Uranus today, suggesting a rebellious or abrupt MO. This morning, the Sun forms a challenging square to Uranus, and this evening, Venus and Uranus form a minor challenging aspect. Changes made now seem out of character or abrupt. Relationships or finances can be/seem unpredictable. Disrupted routines and plans are likely, and while they can be unsettling at first, they can also help to stimulate the adoption of new approaches. Our intense desire for independence or to break the rules could impair our judgment, although we can be willing to learn from our mistakes or we might choose to adopt a more careful approach to making necessary changes now which can create fresh opportunities that can add to our sense of joy and freedom. Disruptions can pull up buried frustrations, which we should probably examine more closely. Adding to the choppiness of the day is a Mercury station—Mercury will turn retrograde shortly into the day tomorrow.
JULY 26
Today’s astrology is complicated. Mercury stations and turns retrograde very early today. Mercury’s retrograde cycle lasts until August 19th and is spent entirely in the sign of Leo. During this cycle, our thinking is turned inward as we review and re-assess matters. Mercury retrograde periods can be times of heightened inner awareness, when meditation, journaling, reworking old plans, and reviewing past work are favored. Minor breaks in the mechanical aspects of communication and transportation can re-connect us to other, possibly more meaningful, means of connecting. We look at the world a little differently, through different filters, and can come up with some significant inner revelations as a result. The more difficult times are the periods of the shifts themselves (the days surrounding the stations — today and August 19th), after which we grow more and more accustomed to the energy. We should be observing and reviewing rather than making critical decisions with this shift since we’re also between two eclipses and Mars is retrograde as well. The day is further complicated by a Sun-Saturn quincunx and a Sun-Mars opposition. We can suffer from some lack of faith now. It’s easy to feel thwarted or to lose touch with what we want at this time. If we do know what we want, how to go about getting it doesn’t come naturally to us right now. Careless or impulsive behavior can be a problem now, or a battle of wills can occur. There can be a sudden awareness of things that have been making us unhappy, angry, or resentful, and this discovery is likely to arise through interactions with others. However, through the events or the tensions of this time, we can ultimately get to a better understanding of ourselves, and particularly of our desires.
The Moon is void from 9:41 AM EDT, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (a conjunction to Pluto), until the Moon enters Aquarius the next day, Friday, July 27th, at 6:41 AM EDT.
JULY 27
A Venus-Mars challenge this morning can whet our appetites or stir our ambitions. We’re competitive, which can lead to tensions in our relationships, but it can also be invigorating. However, the impatient side of this aspect may be aggravated by a Moon-Mars alignment and the emotional nature of today’s eclipse. The Lunar Eclipse occurs at 4:21 PM EDT in the sign of Aquarius. Our emotions are heightened, and epiphanies can propel us into affirmative action. However, today the atmosphere is highly charged, and it may be difficult to maintain objectivity. This eclipse aligns with retrograde Mars, and we should watch for too-quick decisions and actions, but pay close attention to what’s illuminated now. It can be an especially revealing time with the Moon full and the Sun and Mars having just opposed one another. We should open up to possibilities, but finalizing plans should probably be saved for a later date. This eclipse forms a square to Uranus, and there can be a sense of surprise, shock, or frustration involved with our emotional discoveries. Indeed, there can be a strong urge—or need—to break free from old patterns, and the temptation may be to make a stand or force the issue. The eclipse is likely to pull up unrest, resentment, and buried frustrations. A Venus-Pluto trine occurs now and has more power than usual since it’s imprinted into the eclipse. This influence can lead to insights regarding our relationships and/or finances. We can feel quite passionate and focused on a person, situation, relationship, or object, largely in a pleasant way. The need to share on deeper levels is strong now. A spiritual regeneration through love is possible with this influence. We seek to grow, improve, or develop our attachments, and this quest is likely to tie into the emotions we’re confronting now with the eclipse.
The Moon continues its void period until 6:41 AM EDT when it enters Aquarius.
JULY 28
The Moon spends the day in the sign of Aquarius. We would do well to take a break from intense activities or situations now so that we can gain some perspective. The Sun aligns with the North Node of the Moon today, and this calls on our pride in ourselves. This influence encourages us to aspire to our goals, rise to a challenge, as well as to grow and improve. We’re also enjoying a Venus-Chiron parallel, and we tend to seek out meaningful or spiritual connections and readily tap into our stores of compassion and imagination. It can be a romantic or creative time, and it’s a good period for resolving to repair, heal, and improve relationships.

Upcoming Weeks: Calendars
THIS WEEK’S PLANETARY POSITIONS BY SIGN (General Trends):
Sun in Cancer Being more in touch with your emotional roots is a keynote of the cycle that now takes hold in your life. This has to do with feelings, but it’s more than that: it’s about making the things you feel and care about a reality. At some levels, this means a greater focus on family life – parents, children, relatives, the whole domestic scene. On a somewhat broader scale, you’re likely to find that houses and other real property take on greater significance for you. Nurturing is where it’s at in your life now: making things grow and taking care of them, planting seeds that will develop and survive far into the future – that’s what it’s all about.
Sun in Leo “This I do for me” is your motto at a time like this. This is your time to shine, like a swirl of starstuff that has finally reached critical mass and suddenly starts to give off more light than it receives. Issues of pride, mastery, and appreciation become more and more central to your lifestream as this cycle progresses, as does a very important lesson: it’s not what you do so much as how you do it, not who you are so much as how you make others feel about themselves. If it doesn’t come from the heart, it shouldn’t matter now.
Mercury in Leo The hallmark of the cycle you have just begun is thinking, learning and communicating with style. Intellectual creativity is highlighted, and your social connections have a certain flair of drama to them. Winning the admiration of others for the things you say or write (and the way you do it) takes on more importance in your life.
Venus in Virgo If it makes sense you love it, and if it doesn’t you feel guilty about it: that’s what it’s like now. A loving attention to details and a sense of satisfaction in doing what is right (especially with respect to your health) are some of the qualities that come to the fore at a time like this.
Mars in Aquarius The reformer, the inventor, the engineer, the revolutionary – these are important archetypes for you as a new cycle gets underway in your life. They are icons of the ambitions that stir you at a time like this. Independence, freedom from past patterns, and a daring readiness to innovate: such are the paths of achievement for you now.
Jupiter in Scorpio The phase now beginning for you emphasizes fixing what is broken or unhealthy, thereby giving it a new lease on life. This is more than one person alone can handle, so the cooperation of others is essential. You give up something in order to get or create something, and you may not understand the reasons why at the time. Sex, money, power, and vitality become key issues.
Saturn in Capricorn Responsibility, hard work, ambition, and achievement: these are the foundations you need to build on now, as a new cycle dawns in your life. And yet, there is a tendency to be a little too hard, perhaps a bit cold, in your approach to these things. Let ambition take you to the top, but don’t let it lull you into thinking that the end justifies the means.
Uranus in Taurus Practicality and ingenuity combine as powerful drives in your life now that you have begun a new cycle. Taking innovative concepts and making them real and practical is your strong suit; getting stuck in the mud is to be avoided at all costs. Financial savvy, inventiveness, worldly genius.
Neptune in Pisces Things spiritual and psychic take the driver’s seat of your imagination as you begin a new cycle. The fine arts and all manner of fantasies assume a larger-than-life importance. Surrendering to fate, karma, and other powers greater than merely mortal may be seen as the ultimate liberation. If all is Maya (illusion), what is the reality that gives rise to the world of appearances?
Pluto in Capricorn As this new phase dawns for you, the pursuit of social/political power and status has a way of seeming necessary and inevitable – and let nothing stand in its way. It starts out small but has bigger consequences than you’d think. Ambition, responsibility, a place for everyone and everyone in their place…
