The LAST QUARTER MOON occurs on Sunday, March 3rd, 2024, at 10:23 AM EST.
On Sunday morning, March 3rd, the Last Quarter Moon is exact when the Sun in Pisces forms a square with the Moon in Sagittarius.
The Last Quarter Moon phase points to some sort of crisis of consciousness. After basking in the awareness symbolized by the full light of the Moon at the time of last week’s Full Moon, we disperse our knowledge and come to a point when we need to sort out what works for us–and what doesn’t–in preparation for next week’s New Moon, when something new is born once again.
This is not the best time to start a major project, as the decreasing light of the Moon symbolizes a descent into unconsciousness. It’s time to begin finishing up the details of that which was conceived at the last New Moon. We should consider the revelations we had last week, what they mean to us, and what to do next.
This phase of the Moon occurs at 13 degrees and 32 minutes of Sagittarius, square the Sun at the same degree of Pisces, and affecting people born with personal planets and points at approximately 12 to 16 degrees of the Mutable signs (Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, and Pisces) most significantly.

(Times are Eastern)
This week: The Sun is in Pisces; Mercury is in Pisces until late on the 9th, when it enters Aries; Venus is in Aquarius; Mars is in Aquarius.
The Sun is in Pisces from February 18-March 19. With the Sun in Pisces, we are guided by altruistic feelings. We are less motivated to do than we are to feel, imagine, and dream. A “what will be, will be” attitude reigns, and we are guided by a sense of universal correlations. Pisces rules empathy, selfless love, devotion, and wisdom. Its shadow side can include self-pity, a feeling of being victimized by life, passivity, and elusiveness.
While we may not always verbalize our feelings and impressions during this cycle, they’re strong and motivating. We prefer to believe and trust, giving things/people the benefit of the doubt until they prove us wrong. We might often tune out problems or conflicts rather than tackle them head on, hoping they will iron themselves out. Prosperity flows when we’re connecting with our heart, being kind, and helping others. The need to withdraw or retreat to restore our energy is strong from time to time.
Mercury is in Pisces from February 23-March 9. When Mercury is in Pisces, our thinking processes are more visual, intuitive, and imaginative. We are especially attuned to the world of emotion, which colors both our thoughts and our communication style.
We guess well, express ourselves with imagery, and make decisions intuitively. We are more attracted to consciousness-raising information.
It’s not always easy to verbalize our impressions during this cycle. We don’t enjoy pinning down, labeling, or strictly defining things. We recognize that life isn’t always logical, and we prefer not to think in black and white terms. We’re sensitive and impressionable, which means we can take in more than usual, and it can sometimes overwhelm us. Pisces needs periodic time alone or within to regenerate and detox.
Mercury is in Aries from March 9-May 15. When Mercury is in Aries, we are less concerned with objective viewpoints and explanations, and more concerned with reaching a decision…quickly! Our thoughts and ideas are pioneering, and we tend to speak more spontaneously and directly with the planet of communication in bold and assertive Aries.
There can be quick, possibly impatient or hurried, decisions during this cycle, and our responses are similar: quick and perhaps defensive or combative. We value independent thought, and we can be mentally competitive. executive decisions. We prefer to learn through personal experience, not instruction.
Venus is in Aquarius from February 16-March 11. We move towards unconventionality, independence, and freedom as themes in our social relationships under this influence. Aquarius can be just as faithful as Capricorn, but it has to be on its own terms! Experimental relationships are more intriguing now.
Being friends as well as lovers is important to us during this cycle. Allowing one another freedom of expression, and treating others fairly, unselfishly, and impartially, are themes now.
We treat people as equals and take our friendships, causes, and interests seriously. We prize intellectual stimulation and companionship. Income boosts come through innovative ideas. We can remake traditions and approach things unconventionally. Being true to ourselves is of the utmost importance in our relationships. Venus-in-Aquarius is a friendly but aloof period.
Mars is in Aquarius from February 13-March 22. Dynamic yet erratic energy levels, achieving our goals through hit-or-miss tactics, and impersonal expressions of anger are characteristics of Mars in Aquarius. While we can be self-starters, we also believe in the team, cooperating, and reducing the emphasis on personal power.
During the Mars-in-Aquarius cycle, we are attracted to unconventional methods and tend to approach problems from an intellectual, detached perspective. We need space to get in touch with our own intuition and don’t appreciate being forced or coerced into going a certain way. This transit can be rebellious and obstinate if it feels constrained or labeled.
This is a cycle for inventing, reforming, and revolutionizing. We’re freeing ourselves from outdated patterns or traditions.
Jupiter is in Taurus.
Jupiter begins its transit of Taurus on May 16th, 2023, and it will continue its transit of the sign until May 25th, 2024. Read more about Jupiter’s transit of Taurus.
Saturn transits Pisces from March 7th, 2023 until May 24th, 2025, and Sep 1st, 2025, to Feb 13th, 2026. Read about Saturn’s transit of Pisces.
Uranus is in Taurus.
Uranus transits Taurus from May 15, 2018, to November 6, 2018, and then from March 6th, 2019, until 2025/6. We approach money and personal possessions in new ways and learn to free ourselves from certain material constraints. Innovative ways to make ourselves comfortable emerge. We’re less inhibited about expressing sensuality, self-love, body love, and pampering. Above all, we’re challenging what we previously valued during this cycle.
There can be abrupt changes with money, valuables, possessions, and income that lead to a reshuffling of priorities or values. Income might come from non-traditional sources or ventures. In general, we’re bringing progressive ideas to the world of business. New ways of doing business, as well as making, viewing, and handling money, are likely. Our income and the energy we put into making money can be variable.
Pluto transitions from Capricorn to Aquarius in 2023 and 2024. Read about Pluto’s transit of Aquarius. Pluto retrograded back into Capricorn, and was in Capricorn until January 20th, 2024. Pluto is in Aquarius from January 20th to September 1st, when it will retreat into Capricorn once again. Note: Pluto is slow-moving!
Romance & Relationships
Venus is in Aquarius from February 16-March 11. While Venus was in Capricorn, we valued enduring connections, reliability, and faithfulness. We took expressing our feelings seriously, and we also took our sweet time warming up to others! Generally, we kept our “cool” in relationships. With Venus now in Aquarius, we still keep our “cool” in relationships, but in a detached and impersonal sort of way. Unconventional set-ups become more appealing.
Bringing the spirit of friendship into romantic relationships is a positive use of Venus in Aquarius energy. Relationships that fairly scream “alternative” appeal to us now. It’s all about being open-minded and somewhat detached with Aquarius energy dominating the love arena. With Venus in Aquarius, it may be better to approach dating casually, with no expectations and no strings. Melodrama and emotionalism are not in favor. We may also find ourselves attracted to–or attracting–people who are not our usual “type.”
This week: On Sunday, energies are divisive. We can be flighty with one another, unsure whether we want to be close to someone or free from ties temporarily.
On Tuesday and Wednesday, we’re optimistic and ready to take a chance or give someone or something the benefit of the doubt. However, although we can mean well, it can be a time when we say things that misrepresent our true feelings. We should also watch for overextension. It’s best not to overstate or make big promises based only on the good mood of the moment.
Venus, the Goddess of Love: Highlights in the Coming Week:
Venus in Aquarius A love for the unusual, a distaste for stodgy old rules and conventions, a feeling that you’re above the petty bourgeois stuff and nonsense: that’s what a new cycle brings into your life now. (“I love humanity; it’s people I can’t stand!”) Unconventional romantic and social connections are likely at a time like this.
Venus sextile Chiron February 29-March 1. Love has the power to heal old wounds. We are open to romantic feelings and more willing to act upon them.
Venus square Uranus March 2-3. We might have to deal with issues of freedom versus intimacy during this period. Peculiar or impulsive attractions are exciting, but unlikely to last very long. Treat them as passing fancies, and enjoy them while they last–but try to hold off on making any big decisions with regards to love today.
Venus contra-parallel Jupiter March 5-6. We’re optimistic and ready to take a chance or give someone or something the benefit of the doubt. We are able to make the best of a situation now. Watch for overextension. It’s best not to overstate or make big promises based only on the good mood of the moment.
Venus semi-sextile Mercury March 6. It may be all too easy to say things we don’t mean/feel.
Venus semi-square Chiron March 13-14. Love cannot be forced. This is not a commitment-friendly transit, as we may feel alienated for no apparent reason and unwilling to give of ourselves.
The Moon & Timing
The Void of Course Moon is the period of time after the Moon has made its last aspect in one sign until the Moon enters a new sign. During the Void of Course Moon periods, it is generally wise to stick to routine rather than to begin new projects.
The last aspect the Moon makes before changing signs is indicated here and is indicative of the “outcome” of the matter (whether that is a new project begun before the void period or the answer to a question in Horary Astrology).
Void of Course in Horary Astrology: If you were asking a question and making a chart to determine the answer, as you do in Horary astrology, it is said that since the Moon is not looking forward to any more aspects in this sign, you would have to say that the answer is not forthcoming; any questions asked at this time would not come to pass.
The Moon being Void is one of the Strictures against Judgment in Horary Astrology. The following tables incorporate the modern planets, but some astrologers do not count Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto in void Moon calculations.
The Void-of-Course Moon this Week:
Void-of-course Moon on Monday, March 4th, from 10:42 AM EST, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (a square to Neptune), until the Moon enters Capricorn at 4:16 PM EST.
VOC Moon on Wednesday, March 6th, from 2:36 PM EST, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (a sextile to Neptune), until the Moon enters Aquarius at 7:39 PM EST.
VOC Moon on Friday, March 8th, from 1:57 PM EST, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (a conjunction to Venus), until the Moon enters Pisces at 8:04 PM EST.
March 2024:
Timing with the Moon – Better Periods this Week for Electing New Initiatives
It’s important to note that there are more factors to consider in addition to the windows listed below. The following windows are starting points. For example, you generally don’t want to elect a new venture when a very challenging aspect is applying, and it’s preferable to elect a time when a particularly positive aspect hasn’t yet perfected (is applying rather than separating).
The Moon is waning this week which is generally considered less favorable for new beginnings, with exceptions. (See Best Time to Start a Business for more details).
According to principles of timing with the Moon, a window of opportunity occurs this week from Monday, March 4th, at approximately 4:20 PM EST, until Wednesday, March 6th, at approximately 2:30 PM, while the Moon is in Capricorn.
Another window occurs on Friday, March 8th, from approximately 5:00 AM until 1:55 PM EST, while the Moon is in Aquarius. There are no retrogrades during these windows.

This Week’s Calendar
This Week’s Aspects
Venus square Uranus. Values and tastes may clash, and group activities may suffer as a result. Impulsive attractions to both people and material goods can lead us astray. Avoid impulse buys at this time. Some instability, restlessness, and rebelliousness is probable in romantic relationships. We may not see eye to eye, and we might be taken off guard by unexpected events. This is not a favorable aspect for beauty treatments because they could have unexpected results. We may struggle with freedom versus intimacy issues at this time. Hold off on decision-making with regards to finances.
Jupiter semi-square Neptune. We may be misled easily under this influence–by others, or by our own unrealistic or inflated expectations. An inability to focus on important and realistic details, some disorganization, and extravagance or exaggeration are indicated. Routine seems to be particularly unsatisfying now. This is a time when we easily take a detour from a practical path. It can also be a time when we are disillusioned by something (or someone). Spiritual inspiration is a potential.
Mercury sextile Uranus. This is an opportune time to attend meetings and other organized group activities, to communicate online, and to take part in activities involving computers, scientific projects, and metaphysics. Unexpected gains may be realized through such mediums. The intuition is strong, and insights seem to come from “out of the blue”. Original, creative ideas are easy to come by. We can take advantage of our ability to see things in a new light by breathing life into old projects or solving problems in new, creative ways. Varying our usual routine may be especially rewarding.
Sun semi-square Pluto. A tendency to want to control our lives through some form of manipulation is strong during this influence. Meeting with obstacles in our paths, however, can force us into the position of using all of our resources to fight back, and we can discover resources we never knew we had in the process.
Mars sextile Chiron. We may have the opportunity to take the lead, or to take action, regarding matters that lead to healing, cleansing, or teaching now. We can feel a sense of mission. There is likely to be a feeling of fearlessness when it comes to addressing problem areas, and self-confidence as well. There is a drive to take positive action, usually to defend or help others (or ourselves). It’s a strong period for cooperation and purposeful activity.
Mercury conjunct Neptune. Our intuitive creativity is stimulated under this influence. A very positive transit for artistic and literary endeavors. We get insights into our own minds. Conscious reasoning can be distorted by subconscious matter, so concentrating on cold hard facts can be challenging. Daydreaming, visualization, and prophecy are stimulated. Communications may be unclear, vague, or downright confused. We may be subject to deception. Avoid signing contracts under this influence.
Mercury semi-square Jupiter. We experience information overload, and we neglect to consider details. People tend to exaggerate today. Monotonous mental tasks are harder to take under this influence. Our minds are restless.
Mars square Uranus. We have a tendency to take risks, to feel restless, and to act on sudden impulses without considering consequences. We assert our wills and individuality powerfully, and we are willing to fight for freedom. We might feel rebellious in the face of rules and regulations, particularly those we might feel are outdated, or anything that requires us to conform. There may be changes in work schedules, or life’s circumstances could challenge us in such a way that we need to change our goals or actions. Energy is stop and go, and it can be hard to focus on only one activity.
Sun sextile Uranus. We are willing to adapt to new circumstances, ideas, and unfamiliar situations. It’s a good time to join organizations and groups and to attend meetings or social events, as these can be enlightening. We can find creative solutions to problems now and effect positive changes. Flexibility is the key to success under this influence.

MARCH 3
It’s all too easy to feel caged in, and we tend to rebel against anything that ties us down today. A Venus-Uranus square presents a potential challenge or struggle. Values and tastes may clash, and social activities could suffer as a result. We can feel torn between wanting closeness and freedom. Impulsive attractions to people and/or material goods can lead us astray. Some instability, restlessness, and rebelliousness are possible themes in our relationships. It’s best to hold off on decision-making regarding finances, as there is a tendency to act on a whim rather than reason. We might feel discontent with our current pleasures or pastimes, and a change may be satisfying. It’s probably best to tame restlessness or avoid abrupt moves but consider our needs for growth and a change of pace.
The morning’s energies are also complicated by the Sun-Moon square. With this Last Quarter Moon, we crave action or movement in our pursuits. It’s not the best time to start a significant project, as the decreasing light of the Moon symbolizes descent into unconsciousness. However, it’s reliable energy for taking a mature look at a situation, and it makes sense to process recent revelations. The Moon continues its transit of adventurous, optimistic Sagittarius all day.
Jupiter forms a semi-square to Neptune today, and this longer-term influence adds a thread of idealism to our lives. We’re hopeful but perhaps looking in the wrong places for inspiration. Unrealistic or inflated expectations can mislead us–people can lead us astray, too. We might gloss over important and realistic details or suffer from some disorganization. This is the final of three perfections, with the other two having occurred on July 22nd and November 5th, 2023.
MARCH 4
Today’s Mercury-Uranus sextile helps open minds and decrease resistance to new methods and ideas. We’re just detached enough from a matter that we can gain perspective, and our ideas, conversations, and musings are unique, forward-looking, and ahead of the time. This transit encourages alternative approaches and scientific thinking. Intuition is strong, and insights are quick and exciting. Original, creative ideas and theories come naturally. We can take advantage of this by solving problems in new, innovative ways. Varying our usual routine may be especially rewarding, and ideas to do so abound. A Mars-North Node sextile is also in play, supporting moving forward or taking on a challenge. We can enjoy making connections, or we seek satisfying activities in which to participate. There is a sense that we’re heading in the right direction or that we want to take steps to grow and improve. New opportunities are there–if we look for them–to help us achieve our desires.
The Moon is void from 10:42 AM EST, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (a square to Neptune), until the Moon enters Capricorn at 4:16 PM EST.
MARCH 5
The Moon spends the day in astute, security-oriented Capricorn. It harmonizes with Saturn, Jupiter, and the Sun, and we’re enterprising, which benefits our projects. We are cautious and draw upon common sense when making decisions with this practical Moon position that encourages us to pay attention to structures, rules, and goals. Still, we might connect to a higher purpose and enjoy a feeling of well-being. Transits today inspire confidence in what we’re doing and striving toward. We’re especially resourceful–it can be a beautiful time to produce and create better systems. We’re ready to lead, motivate, and get the job done.
MARCH 6
The Sun forms a semi-square with Pluto this morning, suggesting a struggle to let go of the inconsequential. We might crave a sense of control over events, relationships, and circumstances, becoming frustrated at any sign that we don’t have it. Tensions can surface if we’ve been holding onto worries and concerns. The more we bottle up, the more pressure builds.
However, healthier strategies are easier to come by as the day advances. A Mars-Chiron sextile is gently motivating, generating enthusiasm and healing power. An opportunity can arise to take the lead or take action that leads to healing, cleansing, or teaching. We can feel a pleasant, motivating sense of mission, and we’re fearless about addressing problem areas. The drive to take affirmative action is with us, most likely to defend or help ourselves and others. We want to fix problems and latch onto projects and activities that give us a stronger sense of purpose. The Moon continues its transit of responsible Capricorn until 7:39 PM EST, when it moves into fair-minded Aquarius.
The Moon is void from 2:36 PM EST, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (a sextile to Neptune), until the Moon enters Aquarius at 7:39 PM EST.
MARCH 7
Under the influence of an Aquarius Moon all day, we have an emotional need for freedom and independence. We thrive on intellectual stimulation, change, and unusual or unconventional experiences. Trying to pin us down to deadlines and routines could be a lesson in frustration today. On the other hand, it can be a good time to break out of routines and ruts. We should, however, watch for going overboard to combat boredom. With the Moon’s square to Jupiter, there can be some restlessness or competing ambitions and needs. Still, with Jupiter’s trine to Juno today, we might take steps to strengthen our relationships by putting more faith in our relationships and one another. There can be a focus on sharing or blending beliefs, morals, and values; or we are more obviously growing and improving through each other. We may be making big plans with a significant someone. Having combined or shared goals and ambitions can be a bonding factor.
MARCH 8
Mercury aligns with Neptune today, easing tension or releasing mental blocks. We’re thinking or talking about our dreams and ideals. It can be a day of interesting ideas, tastes, conversations, and musings. With this transit, we’re more inclined to apply our intuition to everyday issues and problems. Our minds are open to many different possibilities and options as we see beyond physical or material concerns and solutions. Communications can be inspired and inspirational, quite fanciful, or vague and unclear, and possibly deceptive. It’s best to watch for attempts to escape definitions and responsibilities, but reframing things before we make decisions can be most helpful. We should avoid allowing wishful thinking to dictate our choices, but tapping into our imagination can be rewarding. Mercury’s semi-square to Jupiter furthers a theme of unusual perceptions and perspectives as we try to make sense of the information before us and attempt to find meaning in it. With this combination, we tend to inflate the positive of a situation. We may feel a little overwhelmed with information or, on the other side, overlook essential details. There’s a tendency to exaggerate or dramatize as tedious mental tasks are especially difficult to digest.
The Moon is void from 1:57 PM EST, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (a conjunction to Venus), until the Moon enters Pisces at 8:04 PM EST.
MARCH 9
Uranus forms a square with Mars and a sextile with the Sun today. With the Sun and Mars in a semi-sextile, we can find ourselves needing to adjust our path because our actions seem at odds with what we intended to do or think we should do. It can feel like we’re in a “no-win” situation wherein our instinctive reactions conflict with our common sense. The challenge is to focus on one path at a time instead of constantly changing plans. True inner satisfaction comes not from continually adapting and changing but from acknowledging our conflicting desires and finding ways to compromise and satisfy them constructively. However, the Mars-Uranus square might steal the show today, stimulating an urge to break free of restrictions. This influence can point to combative, rebellious, and unpredictable responses. It creates an atmosphere that tempts us to take risks or to act on impulses without considering the consequences. We may be too quick to satisfy immediate desires or rebel if we feel at all confined or restrained. We might feel frustrated with anything requiring us to conform, and we’re inclined to assert our independence abruptly. Inner tension begs for release now, but we should avoid sudden moves. The day can be complicated and frustrating but also pivotal. Fortunately, the Sun-Uranus transit stirs our willingness to get on top of new circumstances, ideas, and unfamiliar situations. Group connections can be enlightening, and we’ll do the best for ourselves if we embrace flexibility and innovation. We might arrive at creative solutions to problems and make happy improvements. Spirits are high.
Mercury enters Aries today, where it will transit until May 15th. This Mercury cycle can feel refreshingly decisive and forward-looking. It can certainly be a time when we’re a bit impatient or terse, but it can feel good not to dwell or spend too much time arriving at conclusions in the weeks ahead. We’re less concerned with objective viewpoints and explanations during this cycle and more interested in reaching a decision quickly. We want to pioneer and innovate or be the first ones with the idea. It’s time to speak more spontaneously and directly with the planet of communication in bold and assertive Aries. Still, this cycle lasts longer than usual due to its upcoming retrograde cycle in April.

Moon Signs This Week:
When the Moon is in Sagittarius
The Moon is at her most optimistic and upbeat in Sagittarius. We are motivated by a need to seek the truth, and we are ready to pursue a new vision. We are not interested in details just now. Instead, we focus on the big picture. New experiences and adventures satisfy a deep emotional need. Spontaneity is the key. We may also be inclined toward overdoing and overstating. We don't want to plan ahead, and prefer to "wing it".
The Moon in Sagittarius generally favors the following activities: Adventurous activities that involve "winging it", travel, higher education, starting publishing projects, advertising, sports, physical activity.
When the Moon is in Capricorn
We become aware of the need for structure and planning ahead. We also instinctively are aware of the limitations of time. We are motivated by a desire for success. Achievement and manifestation are most important to us now. We are resourceful and don't want to waste time, energy, or resources. This can be a very sober influence--even a depressing one. However, it can also be a productive time when we look reality in the eye.
The Moon in Capricorn generally favors the following activities: Long-term activities that yield slow but steady results, practical undertakings, career issues, making a business plan, practical investments.
When the Moon is in Aquarius
Attraction to all that is new and unusual, and an instinctive need for improvement, characterize the Moon in Aquarius. Reactions are more intellectual than emotional, and interactions are more impersonal than personal, under this influence. This is a time that promotes social gatherings, dealing with group ideals and goals for the future, brainstorming, new ideas, and progressive changes. We are open to new methods of doing things and we have our eye on the future. It can be hard to stick to schedules now, as personal freedom is most important to us.
The Moon in Aquarius generally favors the following activities: Unusual or radical undertakings, social pursuits, group projects, trying something new, joining a group.
When the Moon is in Pisces
We may not want to face reality while the Moon is in dreamy, impressionable Pisces. It can be a wistful, sensitive, intuitive, and compassionate time. We are especially imaginative, and our intuition reigns under this influence. Boundaries and walls come down, as Pisces energy merges and blends. It's a time when details are overlooked and feelings defy description.
The Moon in Pisces generally favors the following activities: Imaginative undertakings, mystical or spiritual pursuits, inner development, music and drama, going on a retreat, activities involving water.
Upcoming Weeks: Calendars
THIS WEEK’S PLANETARY POSITIONS BY SIGN (General Trends):
Sun in Pisces The mystic, the martyr, the sinner, and the saint: these archetypes take on greater importance in your life at a time like this. Forgiveness, compassion, and understanding come naturally, when you look at life from an eternal perspective – and if anyone ever does know such things, you’ll probably come to understand them as this cycle unfolds. This can be a phase of sublime spiritual development, to be sure. But you should be aware of tendencies to believe too quickly, too deeply, or to become dependent on things or people that seem to offer quick and easy answers to life’s deepest yearnings.
Mercury in Pisces Knowing things without knowing how you know them is typical at a time like this. The mystical, the universal, the eternal: these are the things that stir your curiosity. Call it psychic, call it deja vu … it can be there when you call on it, whatever you call it. (Remembering the little things might become more difficult, however: it’s tough to remember if you paid the electric bill when you’re more interested in the eternal verities.)
Mercury in Aries New ideas and an independent or pioneering mental orientation take on more importance in your life at this time. Teaching, learning, communicating, and social contact have a way of outlining new directions in your life now, and there is much activity and involvement with these kinds of issues.
Mars in Aquarius The reformer, the inventor, the engineer, the revolutionary – these are important archetypes for you as a new cycle gets underway in your life. They are icons of the ambitions that stir you at a time like this. Independence, freedom from past patterns, and a daring readiness to innovate: such are the paths of achievement for you now.
Jupiter in Taurus A kind of Midas touch is signaled by the new cycle now dawning in your life. Prosperity and security take center stage in your thoughts; a gentle but committed conservatism brings you all kinds of good things. Take care of the material things, and the spiritual will take care of itself: that’s your orientation now.
Saturn in Pisces Making peace with the past, coming to terms with karmic debts: these are some of the issues that confront you as a new phase begins in your life. Failure to face these things can cause setbacks and put obstacles in your path. Learn to look beyond the narrowly personal and selfish or you’ll get in over your head.
Uranus in Taurus Practicality and ingenuity combine as powerful drives in your life now that you have begun a new cycle. Taking innovative concepts and making them real and practical is your strong suit; getting stuck in the mud is to be avoided at all costs. Financial savvy, inventiveness, worldly genius.
Neptune in Pisces Things spiritual and psychic take the driver’s seat of your imagination as you begin a new cycle. The fine arts and all manner of fantasies assume a larger-than-life importance. Surrendering to fate, karma, and other powers greater than merely mortal may be seen as the ultimate liberation. If all is Maya (illusion), what is the reality that gives rise to the world of appearances?
Pluto in Aquarius Reform, revolution, a rejection of the past and a focus on the future: these are the signatures of the new phase now beginning in your life. Tradition becomes irrelevant, and the conventional wisdom is revealed as dogma or outright nonsense – and what’s the difference, really? Radical changes in all things social and intellectual.
