Daily Trends
The FIRST QUARTER MOON occurs on Friday, February 16th, 2024, at 10:01 AM EST.
On Friday morning, the First Quarter Moon occurs when the Sun in Aquarius forms a square with the Moon in Taurus. There is a crisis theme surrounding any quarter Moon phase, as we feel compelled to take action. Shortly after, we are made aware of how our actions affect those close to us, perhaps through trial and error.
Whatever project or initiative we began around the New Moon is now off the ground, and it may face its first obstacles. This can be a time of stress, clashing, and discord, but also of high energy, motivation, and growth.
This phase of the Moon occurs at 27 degrees and 26 minutes of Taurus square the Sun at the same degree of Aquarius, affecting people born with personal planets and points at approximately 25 to 29 degrees of the Fixed signs (Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, and Aquarius) most significantly.

This week: The Sun is in Aquarius; Mercury is in Aquarius; Venus is in Capricorn until the 16th, when Venus is in Aquarius; Mars is in Capricorn until February 13th, when Mars is in Aquarius.
The Sun is in Aquarius from January 20-February 18. During this cycle, we are motivated by our hunger for knowledge, experience, and originality. Innovation is more important to us than convention. We become more aware of what is outdated in our lives, and strive to find new perspectives and new ways to do things. The class distinctions, structure, and order that Capricorn finds appealing now seem to be too rigid. The freedom of the individual becomes far more significant to us. We strive to free ourselves from some of the restrictions, inhibitions, and limitations that now feel constraining rather than safe.
We recognize those things that are obsolete or outdated, and we’re ready to change the world with new ideas and methods. We might often let our heads rule over our hearts during this cycle, preferring an objective, impersonal, and rational approach to life.
Mercury is in Aquarius from February 5-23. When Mercury is in Aquarius, we are hungry for knowledge and open to new and original ideas. We begin to think outside of the box, and our thinking becomes more progressive and objective. Our communication and thought patterns are spontaneous, somewhat fragmented, reasonable, objective, and liberal. This is a time when inventive thinking is at a peak.
We’re reasonable, finding it easier to separate intellect and emotion when assessing a situation. Although progressive-minded and receptive to new studies and information, we are not quick to sway from our ideas and beliefs.
During this cycle, we take more interest in thinking that’s daring or original. As we envision a better future, we can come up with truly interesting ideas and concepts.
Venus is in Capricorn from January 23-February 16. Getting serious about our finances and boosting our relations with business partners and/or co-workers will be easier than usual under this influence. Our talents for creating artistic structure and form are enhanced, and our ability to form connections with people who support our ambitions increases.
We value enduring connections, reliability, and faithfulness. We take expressing our feelings seriously, and we take our time to warm up to others. We generally keep our “cool” in relationships. We’re steadfast and seek genuine, perhaps old-fashioned connections. It’s not a time for PDA, and we can be somewhat guarded and reserved with expressing our feelings or revealing our relationships.
The underdog who works hard can have their time in the sun now. We value slow and steady effort and long-term prospects. Reliability in others is most attractive.
This cycle favors getting along well with higher-ups, conservative business goals and ventures, long-term investments, and matters related to pension.
Venus is in Aquarius from February 16-March 11. We move towards unconventionality, independence, and freedom as themes in our social relationships under this influence. Aquarius can be just as faithful as Capricorn, but it has to be on its own terms! Experimental relationships are more intriguing now.
Being friends as well as lovers is important to us during this cycle. Allowing one another freedom of expression, and treating others fairly, unselfishly, and impartially, are themes now.
We treat people as equals and take our friendships, causes, and interests seriously. We prize intellectual stimulation and companionship. Income boosts come through innovative ideas. We can remake traditions and approach things unconventionally. Being true to ourselves is of the utmost importance in our relationships. Venus-in-Aquarius is a friendly but aloof period.
Mars is in Capricorn from January 4-February 13. Mars in Capricorn is deliberate, persistent energy. We consider the future and the consequences before taking action during this cycle. Our energy is reliable, careful, reserved, and faithful. We are slow to anger but can be quite cold and irritable if frustrated.
Skepticism and realism are themes. We are thorough and precise. Orderliness, discipline, self-reliance, and planning well can be in focus. We dislike waste, sloppiness, and excess. Our ambitions are clear, and our actions are measured and careful. We need to feel that we’re in control and on top of things. The shadow side of Mars in Capricorn is rigidity, negativity, or dryness.
Mars is in Aquarius from February 13-March 22. Dynamic yet erratic energy levels, achieving our goals through hit-or-miss tactics, and impersonal expressions of anger are characteristics of Mars in Aquarius. While we can be self-starters, we also believe in the team, cooperating, and reducing the emphasis on personal power.
During the Mars-in-Aquarius cycle, we are attracted to unconventional methods and tend to approach problems from an intellectual, detached perspective. We need space to get in touch with our own intuition and don’t appreciate being forced or coerced into going a certain way. This transit can be rebellious and obstinate if it feels constrained or labeled.
This is a cycle for inventing, reforming, and revolutionizing. We’re freeing ourselves from outdated patterns or traditions.
Jupiter is in Taurus.
Jupiter begins its transit of Taurus on May 16th, 2023, and it will continue its transit of the sign until May 25th, 2024. Read more about Jupiter’s transit of Taurus.
Saturn transits Pisces from March 7th, 2023 until May 24th, 2025, and Sep 1st, 2025, to Feb 13th, 2026. Read about Saturn’s transit of Pisces.
Uranus is in Taurus.
Uranus transits Taurus from May 15, 2018, to November 6, 2018, and then from March 6th, 2019, until 2025/6. We approach money and personal possessions in new ways and learn to free ourselves from certain material constraints. Innovative ways to make ourselves comfortable emerge. We’re less inhibited about expressing sensuality, self-love, body love, and pampering. Above all, we’re challenging what we previously valued during this cycle.
There can be abrupt changes with money, valuables, possessions, and income that lead to a reshuffling of priorities or values. Income might come from non-traditional sources or ventures. In general, we’re bringing progressive ideas to the world of business. New ways of doing business, as well as making, viewing, and handling money, are likely. Our income and the energy we put into making money can be variable.
Pluto transitions from Capricorn to Aquarius in 2023 and 2024. Read about Pluto’s transit of Aquarius. Pluto retrograded back into Capricorn, and was in Capricorn until January 20th, 2024. Pluto is in Aquarius from January 20th to September 1st, when it will retreat into Capricorn once again. Note: Pluto is slow-moving!
Romance & Relationships
Venus is in Capricorn from January 23-February 16. Venus in Capricorn is a cycle in which security and stability in our relationships are paramount. We are more cautious with our emotions and somewhat skeptical of both our own feelings and others’ expressions of affection. Longevity is important to us under this influence.
There is a formality to Capricorn that can make personal expressions seem awkward and forced. However, this cycle offers us the opportunity to consider some of the practical issues of our relations and to work on making our partnerships work in the real world. A dose of realism in our personal lives can help us to feel more grounded and secure in the long run.
Venus is in Aquarius from February 16-March 11. While Venus was in Capricorn, we valued enduring connections, reliability, and faithfulness. We took expressing our feelings seriously, and we also took our sweet time warming up to others! Generally, we kept our “cool” in relationships. With Venus now in Aquarius, we still keep our “cool” in relationships, but in a detached and impersonal sort of way. Unconventional set-ups become more appealing.
Bringing the spirit of friendship into romantic relationships is a positive use of Venus in Aquarius energy. Relationships that fairly scream “alternative” appeal to us now. It’s all about being open-minded and somewhat detached with Aquarius energy dominating the love arena. With Venus in Aquarius, it may be better to approach dating casually, with no expectations and no strings. Melodrama and emotionalism are not in favor. We may also find ourselves attracted to–or attracting–people who are not our usual “type.”
This week: On Monday and Tuesday, we treat lovers with more tenderness or we see them in a more sensitive, obliging light. We’re particularly open to romance and sensitive to others’ needs and backstories. We see the very best in people now, and this eases our interactions and takes the pressure off in personal relationships.
On Friday and Saturday, our desires are complex and deep. We demand more from our relationships and pleasures, perhaps wanting to take them to a new level. Feelings are intense, insistent, and motivating.
Venus, the Goddess of Love: Highlights in the Coming Week:
Venus in Capricorn Marry for money and then learn to love ’em: that’s what your heart tells you now, as a new cycle gets underway in your life. Does that sound cynical? Maybe so – but it does reflect the yearning you feel for security and stability now, and it suggests the kind of compromises you may be willing to make to accomplish these objectives.
Venus in Aquarius A love for the unusual, a distaste for stodgy old rules and conventions, a feeling that you’re above the petty bourgeois stuff and nonsense: that’s what a new cycle brings into your life now. (“I love humanity; it’s people I can’t stand!”) Unconventional romantic and social connections are likely at a time like this.
Venus semi-square Saturn February 10. Feelings of isolation, of not getting what we really want, and of not being loved the way we want to be loved can get in the way of pleasant relations with our partners.
Venus sextile Neptune February 12-13. Unusual attractions that add imagination, inspiration, and emotional “color” to our lives may occur now. We are attuned to the subtleties of human interaction, and we are more inclined to naturally cooperate with others. An imaginative, romantic time.
Venus conjunct Pluto February 16-17. An extraordinarily passionate time for relationships. We are focused and confident. There is a tendency to want–and to demand–a lot from a partnership or friendship. Powerful and uplifting time for romantic/sexual relationships. New insights into relationships and love. Strong attractions. Relationships begun under this influence are intense and passionate, deep and far from superficial, and can be quite possessive as well.
Venus conjunct Mars February 21-22. This is a passionate, warm, expressive, lively and sexy energy. We are now able to take the initiative to achieve harmony and sexual fulfillment. This influence brings satisfaction to the feelings. Our creativity and desire to make something beautiful is stimulated now. We are more able to combine warmth with energy. Social relations are impassioned, and perhaps demanding or extreme. In some cases this impulsive energy generates “love at first sight” scenarios or erotic interludes. Team work is more successful now. Some level of competition is present in our interactions, but it’s likely of a pleasurable and gently challenging kind. Impulsive purchases are possible.
Venus square Jupiter February 24. We experience a strong desire for more pleasure in our lives, which can be excessive. Take care not to overstate your feelings or to set up unrealistic expectations in your partnerships. As well, take what your partner says with a grain of salt. There is no malicious intent involved, but feelings of elation can cloud our judgment, and we can promise more than we can deliver.
The Moon & Timing
The Void of Course Moon is the period of time after the Moon has made its last aspect in one sign until the Moon enters a new sign. During the Void of Course Moon periods, it is generally wise to stick to routine rather than to begin new projects.
The last aspect the Moon makes before changing signs is indicated here and is indicative of the “outcome” of the matter (whether that is a new project begun before the void period or the answer to a question in Horary Astrology).
Void of Course in Horary Astrology: If you were asking a question and making a chart to determine the answer, as you do in Horary astrology, it is said that since the Moon is not looking forward to any more aspects in this sign, you would have to say that the answer is not forthcoming; any questions asked at this time would not come to pass.
The Moon being Void is one of the Strictures against Judgment in Horary Astrology. The following tables incorporate the modern planets, but some astrologers do not count Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto in void Moon calculations.
The Void-of-Course Moon this Week:
Void-of-course Moon on Monday, February 12th, from 7:32 AM EST, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (a sextile to Mars), until the Moon enters Aries at 8:27 AM EST.
VOC Moon on Wednesday, February 14th, from 5:21 AM EST, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (a square to Venus), until the Moon enters Taurus at 10:03 AM EST.
VOC Moon on Friday, February 16th, from 10:02 AM EST, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (a square to the Sun), until the Moon enters Gemini at 2:40 PM EST.
February 2024:
Timing with the Moon – Better Periods this Week for Electing New Initiatives
It’s important to note that there are more factors to consider in addition to the windows listed below. The following windows are starting points. For example, you generally don’t want to elect a new venture when a very challenging aspect is applying, and it’s preferable to elect a time when a particularly positive aspect hasn’t yet perfected (is applying rather than separating).
The Moon is waxing this week, which is generally considered favorable for new beginnings, although with some exceptions. (See Best Time to Start a Business for more details).
According to principles of timing with the Moon, a window of opportunity occurs this week from Saturday, February 10th, at approximately 10 PM EST, until Monday, February 12th, at approximately 7:30 AM EST, while the Moon is in Pisces. Caveats: It’s a little too soon after the New Moon to be a solid period for a long-term effort, but can be used for short-term tasks. No planets are retrograde during this window. The next window will be next week on Sunday, the 18th, from approximately 4:30 PM to 10:15 PM EST.

This Week’s Calendar
This Week’s Aspects
Mercury semi-square Neptune. We are not thinking clearly, preferring to daydream. The tendency is to gloss over technical facts. There are better times to make a presentation, to ask for what you want, or to formalize agreements. It can be hard to find the words we need to express ourselves.
Venus sextile Neptune. We are more imaginative and attuned to the world of beauty and romance today. We see the best in people and situations, and we might maneuver things to support this perception. Gentleness with others is the best way to harness this energy. A “magical” time on a romantic and social level is possible now.
Mars conjunct Pluto. This is a powerful aspect that helps us to focus on our goals, to take decisive action, and to go after what we want. We won’t take “no” for an answer. We might totally revise something, or we could be bent on getting rid of something in our lives in order to move forward. We might be too forceful or willful just now. We should also watch for overdoing to the point of exhaustion. This can be a compulsive time when power struggles are more likely. On the other hand, it can be a time when we enjoy a strong sense of purposefulness.
Mercury sextile Chiron. This is an excellent period for opening up communications with others, as we are more sensitive than usual and more willing to listen. Getting our point across is easier, as it’s not only about which words we choose to communicate, we intuitively express the meaning and intention behind the words. We can effectively use words to heal and comfort just now. We are also more open to new ways of looking at problems or at life in general.
Mercury square Uranus. Our senses are stimulated, and we could have sudden flashes of insight or fresh new ideas. However, our ideas are not always received well by others and we can be scatter-brained. It’s a challenge to deal with routine matters or monotonous tasks under this influence. Tasks may be left undone or interrupted. This is not a good time to be understood, so we may want to hold off presenting our ideas for the time being. New information can surface now that upsets the status quo, but can also act to stimulate our minds into new ways of thinking.
Venus conjunct Pluto. This is an “all or nothing” energy. We have the power of attraction at our disposal. Things shouldn’t be forced, even though the desire to sway, coerce, and manipulate others may be present. Passions are strong and intense. There is a tendency to want–and to demand–a lot from a partnership or friendship. This is a time when we can be focused and confident, especially when it comes to handling business and finances, as well as with regards to love and partnership.

FEBRUARY 11
The Moon spends the day in Pisces, harmonizing with Uranus and Venus, and we’re encouraged to wind down or mellow out. We may seek novel creative outlets to do so. This Pisces Moon transit can heighten our awareness of our spiritual nature and needs. We can also be evasive, or we might shy away from conflict, especially confrontation. Later today is influenced by Mercury’s semi-square to Neptune, and there can be some cloudy thinking or a tendency to daydream rather than pay attention to the facts. We may not express ourselves clearly, or others are not reading our messages well. We can struggle with our perceptions, which can be heavily influenced by wishful thinking. As such, it’s not an ideal time to formalize agreements as we may not be paying close attention to details.
FEBRUARY 12
The Moon continues its transit of Pisces until 8:27 AM EST, aligning with Neptune early today and forming a sextile with Mars this morning. While we recognize the need to slow down, we’re open to change and looking for opportunities to initiate and advance. We find expressing our feelings through satisfying channels and activities easy and natural. The Aries Moon from 8:27 AM EST forward is assertive, direct, and straightforward. We want to start fresh and move on, and we have no interest in dwelling on the past. We can be excited about our personal plans. However, this Moon can be impatient and hasty.
The Moon is void from 7:32 AM EST, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (a sextile to Mars), until the Moon enters Aries at 8:27 AM EST.
FEBRUARY 13
Mars enters Aquarius today, where it will transit until March 22nd. During this cycle, energy levels can be dynamic yet erratic. We are team players–cooperative and less concerned about personal power than in previous cycles. We could be achieving our goals through hit-or-miss tactics. Impersonal expression of anger is characteristic of Mars in Aquarius. We are attracted to unconventional methods and tend to approach problems from an intellectual, detached perspective during the Mars-in-Aquarius cycle. We tend to act only when we can entirely get behind or believe in our actions. As such, we might spend more time thinking about action than taking it. However, when motivated, we’re crusaders for our ideas and causes.
Venus forms a sextile to Neptune today, and we want to see the best in people and situations. We tend to approach one another more gently and sensitively than usual with this transit. We are inclined to see spiritual dimensions of our relationships and to treat others with increased compassion. This influence encourages us to open up and embrace loving feelings. It also detaches us just enough from our feelings that we’re less possessive.
Nevertheless, tension is building as Mars approaches a conjunction with Pluto, exact early tomorrow morning but influencing today. We can experience strong desires to take action on a matter, but impatience or pushiness could trip us up if we are not careful. We should also watch for buried resentments and anger driving our actions and the tendency to ignore reason. However, well channeled, this energy can bring increased focus and motivation. We dare to go after what we want and to take decisive action! We might entirely revise or rebuild something from the ground up, break something down to start anew, or we may be determined to put a difficult situation behind us so that we can move forward. We might be too forceful or willful, however. We should avoid overdoing it to the point of exhaustion. This can be a compulsive time when power struggles are more likely, and we can be tested to the limits. Positively, we enjoy a strong sense of purposefulness.
FEBRUARY 14
The Moon continues its transit of direct, spirited, and defiant Aries until 10:03 AM EST, when it heads into deliberate, earthy Taurus. The Taurus Moon is an even-tempered position, and we seek comfort, harmony, familiarity, security, and pleasure. We are primarily concerned with our practical or material goals under this influence. There can be a stabilizing of our feelings. While the Moon’s square to Pluto and Mars can find us digging in our heels, the day advances with a stronger desire to draw upon common sense when making decisions. Our practical priorities take over.
The Moon is void from 5:21 AM EST, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (a square to Venus), until the Moon enters Taurus at 10:03 AM EST.
FEBRUARY 15
Mercury forms a sextile to Chiron and, later, the True North Node of the Moon today, making it a strong time to open healthy dialogues. We approach problems holistically, and our problem-solving skills are high. We might connect with information or people that/who encourage us to grow, improve, or move forward. The Mercury-Chiron transit brings subtle but enhancing energy for communications. The Moon spends the day in the steady sign of Taurus, and we crave simplicity, comfort, and predictability. However, we’d be wise to embrace some level of change and progress, as the need to do our routines just a bit differently can arise.
FEBRUARY 16
The Moon continues its transit of stable Taurus until 2:40 PM EST. This morning, the First Quarter Moon occurs when the Sun in Aquarius forms a square with the Moon in Taurus. There is a crisis theme surrounding any quarter Moon phase, as we feel compelled to take action. We become aware of how our actions affect those close to us, perhaps through trial and error. Whatever project or initiative we began around the New Moon is now off the ground, and it may face its first obstacles. It can be a time of stress, clashing, and discord, but also high energy, motivation, and growth.
Venus ends its transit of Capricorn and enters Aquarius today, where it will transit until March 11th. We’re moving towards more unconventionality, independence, and freedom in our social relationships. Under this influence, experimental or non-traditional relationships, entertainment, purchases, and pursuits are especially intriguing. Allowing one another fuller freedom of expression and treating others fairly, unselfishly, and impartially are themes. Our tastes and interests incline towards the avant-garde during this cycle.
Venus heads toward a conjunction with Pluto, and we want to grow, change, or intensify our relationships, money, pleasures, or social lives–or grow ourselves through these things. It’s a time of intense feelings and a stronger connection with our deeper wants. However, we might try to sway, coerce, and manipulate others or demand more from our relationships or pastimes. This is a time when we can be incredibly focused and perhaps obsessed, especially when interacting. There is a tendency to want–and demand–more than usual from a partnership or friendship.
A Mercury-Uranus square can add abruptness and tension to our thinking patterns and conversations. Our senses are hyper-stimulated. There can be sudden flashes of insight or fresh new ideas, but our plans may not come together well just yet. We may be impatient with routine matters or monotonous tasks. Disorganization or bluntness with our communications is likely. Information that upsets the status quo can surface now. Even so, this transit can also stimulate our minds, encouraging new ways of thinking.
The Moon is void from 10:02 AM EST, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (a square to the Sun), until the Moon enters Gemini at 2:40 PM EST.
FEBRUARY 17
The Venus-Pluto alignment early today is intense. We seek to transform our relationships or deal with metamorphosing feelings and affections. The Moon spends the day in connected, communicative Gemini, and we’re focusing on light interactions, following our curiosity. Still, this morning, the weight of our responsibilities can clash with our forward-looking emotional orientation. As the day advances, the Moon’s harmony with Chiron and the Moon’s North Node suggests we’re connecting with a sense of purpose that fuels our spirits.

Moon Signs This Week:
When the Moon is in Pisces
We may not want to face reality while the Moon is in dreamy, impressionable Pisces. It can be a wistful, sensitive, intuitive, and compassionate time. We are especially imaginative, and our intuition reigns under this influence. Boundaries and walls come down, as Pisces energy merges and blends. It's a time when details are overlooked and feelings defy description.
The Moon in Pisces generally favors the following activities: Imaginative undertakings, mystical or spiritual pursuits, inner development, music and drama, going on a retreat, activities involving water.
When the Moon is in Aries
We're motivated by a strong desire to start fresh. A gut instinct to begin something new is with us now, as well as the gumption to do so. Our pioneering impulses are strong, and we feel energetic, spontaneous, and enthusiastic. We may also be tactless and impulsive now. Excess energy is best channeled into physical activity.
People can be more self-motivated and also self-focused while the Moon is in Aries. It's a competitive rather than cooperative time. Accidents and tempers flaring are more likely than usual. This period is one of more personal courage.
The Moon in Aries generally favors the following activities: Quick actions that yield immediate results. Undertakings that involve the self and the personality. (Staying power may be lacking). Self-assertion, taking on challenges, beginning short-term projects.
When the Moon is in Taurus
We are motivated by the desire for serenity, security, peace, and comfort. The Moon is at her most sensual and constant in Taurus. Our basic impulses are to relax, resist change, and "stop to smell the roses." Life slows down a little, and we get comfortable. We may also be inclined to stubbornness and materialism under this influence.
While the Moon is in Taurus, people can be emotionally constant but inflexible. It's a time of stronger focus on personal needs and comfort levels, and a period of more common sense and attention to practical matters.
The Moon in Taurus generally favors the following activities: Substantial and material actions that yield solid results. Financial activities, and those involving personal possessions, applying for a loan, beginning a potentially long-term relationship, music, home decor.
When the Moon is in Gemini
Our basic instinct is to communicate, think, and learn under the influence of Moon in Gemini. We are motivated by a desire for variety and by an instinctive curiosity. The Moon in Gemini is light-hearted, breezy, spirited, and curious, but it can also be restless and fickle.
The Moon in Gemini generally favors the following activities: Mental and communicative actions, and more than one activity at once. Reading, learning, letters and emails, errands, writing, teaching, making connections, cafes, light and airy meetings, short trips.
Upcoming Weeks: Calendars
THIS WEEK’S PLANETARY POSITIONS BY SIGN (General Trends):
Sun in Aquarius This is a time when your path of self-development and expression becomes more and more unusual – setting you apart from the crowd and from all that is traditional. The new, the futuristic, the high-tech are the hallmarks of your lifestyle as the cycle gets underway. Ideas and technologies that change the way people live – not just one person, but many – are a major new focus in your life. Involvement with ideals and idealistic groups enhances your sense of purpose and mission.
Mercury in Aquarius The tried and true doesn’t cut it anymore: it’s the new, the unique, and the original that catches and holds your interest now. Idealism, rationality, and critical thinking become more and more a part of your mental patterns and the way you communicate. You are inventive, original, high tech.
Mars in Capricorn With this new cycle taking hold in your life now, taking charge and being in control become more important issues for you. You want to get things organized, and you have the initiative to do it. This is a time of ambition and responsibility, a time to keep your cool and pace yourself. Working hard is smart, but working smart is better.
Mars in Aquarius The reformer, the inventor, the engineer, the revolutionary – these are important archetypes for you as a new cycle gets underway in your life. They are icons of the ambitions that stir you at a time like this. Independence, freedom from past patterns, and a daring readiness to innovate: such are the paths of achievement for you now.
Jupiter in Taurus A kind of Midas touch is signaled by the new cycle now dawning in your life. Prosperity and security take center stage in your thoughts; a gentle but committed conservatism brings you all kinds of good things. Take care of the material things, and the spiritual will take care of itself: that’s your orientation now.
Saturn in Pisces Making peace with the past, coming to terms with karmic debts: these are some of the issues that confront you as a new phase begins in your life. Failure to face these things can cause setbacks and put obstacles in your path. Learn to look beyond the narrowly personal and selfish or you’ll get in over your head.
Uranus in Taurus Practicality and ingenuity combine as powerful drives in your life now that you have begun a new cycle. Taking innovative concepts and making them real and practical is your strong suit; getting stuck in the mud is to be avoided at all costs. Financial savvy, inventiveness, worldly genius.
Neptune in Pisces Things spiritual and psychic take the driver’s seat of your imagination as you begin a new cycle. The fine arts and all manner of fantasies assume a larger-than-life importance. Surrendering to fate, karma, and other powers greater than merely mortal may be seen as the ultimate liberation. If all is Maya (illusion), what is the reality that gives rise to the world of appearances?
Pluto in Aquarius Reform, revolution, a rejection of the past and a focus on the future: these are the signatures of the new phase now beginning in your life. Tradition becomes irrelevant, and the conventional wisdom is revealed as dogma or outright nonsense – and what’s the difference, really? Radical changes in all things social and intellectual.
