Also today, Chiron begins its retrograde cycle, and this shift can temporarily magnify any insecurities you might feel about self-expression, learning, or connecting. Still, as you grow accustomed to the retrograde in the weeks and months ahead, you'll recognize the opportunities to get in better touch with what may be driving these fears. This cycle, lasting until January 6th, can open your eyes to ways to repair and heal problem areas or do beneficial inner work. Chiron will later dip back into your solar second house, and you'll work on matters of self-esteem and earnings.

Today, Chiron begins its retrograde cycle, which will last until January 6th.
This period is a potent time for introspection and evaluating our mental and physical health programs.
While the initial station today can be disorienting and lead to indecision as we adapt to the shift, with patience and understanding, this Chiron retrograde period in Taurus and later in Aries is one of beneficial reassessment.
Note that this year, Chiron begins its retrograde early in the sign of Taurus, and later retreats into Aries for a final dip (Chiron will re-enter Taurus next April).
Today's Aries Moon is busy, aligning with Neptune and later Saturn, and harmonizing with Pluto, Uranus, Jupiter, and the Sun.
It's a time of buckling down, but also of increasing opportunities.
We want to start fresh, and we're less interested in the past than in what will work for us today and going forward.
