Venus squares the North Node of the Moon today, suggesting a potential lack of agreement, dissatisfaction, or a sense that our relationships are working counter to our growth. As such, it can be challenging to make a decision that we can be content with temporarily.

Mercury forms a trine with Neptune today, however, and we seek mental inspiration. We’re inclined to follow our intuition, imagination, or moral sense. We may easily sense others’ thoughts and feelings, and we express ourselves with greater flair or panache.

Later today, Mercury enters Sagittarius, where it will transit until January 1st.

Mercury first entered Sagittarius on October 29th, but due to its retrograde, it retreated into Scorpio. Mercury in Sagittarius is curious, questioning, and brave with thoughts and ideas. Our thinking is optimistic and idealistic, and our faith increases.

Until the 16th, Mercury remains in its post-retrograde shadow, and we may be covering old ground, this time armed with more information.

This afternoon’s Last Quarter Moon encourages our desire to help, sort, excel at work, analyze, and organize.

The Last Quarter Moon is exact as the Sun in Sagittarius forms a square with the Virgo Moon at 3:51 PM EST, signaling a time to review rather than push something new.
