Until November 8, 2018, your connections to others, group associations, and friendships continue to expand and grow. This influence has been with you since October 2017 and continues until November 2018.
This is a time for feeling considerably more confident about the future, and about your ability to set plans in motion that will allow you to accomplish some of your most cherished hopes and dreams.
It’s a time when you are filled with ideas about the future. You are planting seeds, so to speak, aiming to get started on projects that will reap rewards in the future. While this can be exciting, try not to take on more than you can handle. Your vision is quite optimistic, and you might over-estimate what you are capable of doing down the road! However, one or two projects can be inspiring and also quite innovative.
With more contact with others, whether it’s about an expanded in-person group of connections or online, you are sure to come up with new ideas and to be inspired. Others can point you in new directions. There can be a cause that you work towards enthusiastically. A new communications project can excite you and bring you into contact with interesting, helpful people. Business income or opportunities to expand self-employment should increase.
This can be a time of budding friendships and/or group involvements. New people may come into your life and seek out your friendship, or existing friendships may be refreshed or enhanced. Opportunities to advance or for new learning experiences can come through associates, friendships, and networking.
Potential challenges: Over-emphasis on activities that take you away from your practical responsibilities, too often. There may be challenges related to home and family, and problems funding your dreams and plans.
However, for the most part, you are likely to take advantage of this period in your life in order to expand your social life and friends base and to dream up exciting new paths for the future. Some of you could be meeting a partner through a friend, partnering with a friend, or enjoying improved relations with a significant other, particularly from December 2017 to August 2018. There is also special energy with you from January to September 2018 for a boost in your appeal with friends and networks. From November 8th onward, your spiritual world, compassion, private life, and tolerance expand and grow. Matters of the past are magnified in your life now. This is generally a warm, protective cycle, although with Jupiter in the background in your chart, there may be some sense that you are not truly living or experiencing your life to the fullest, or that your joy in life is not as obvious to others. You may be exploring counseling, spiritual, or psychic talents. There may be some sacrifices involved in your personal relationships.
You may also be especially compassionate and empathetic. This can be a good period for volunteer work, or for work done behind the scenes, in private, or in the helping professions.
You’re sociable when the occasion calls for it, but during this cycle, you get a lot of extra enjoyment through solitude or times of laying low and keeping to yourself.

There may be tests of sorts in these areas of life — as if the universe is checking that the foundations are strong. Things built on weak foundations may very well crack under the pressure of these tests. Those that are strong will endure and strengthen.
This influence is with you until 2020. It can be felt most strongly earlier or later in the cycle, depending on whether you were born earlier or later in the sign of Capricorn. Until May 15th and then after November 6th, you may decide (or you’ve already decided) to move during this cycle, or be in the position to, or you could dramatically change your attitude towards your domestic life. More freedom is sought, and if your current domestic set-up feels confining or limiting, you’ll need to make important changes.
Home life may be up in the air in some way during this period of your life. There can be a sense of being unsettled or uncertain about where you want to lay down roots, for example. Certainly, you can’t force convention or tradition on family or the home during this transit.
Your attitude towards the past and traditions is also transforming quite quickly. Old ties to your past may be severed, and at times this can be unsettling, but ideally, you are taking important steps towards carving out an identity that better suits the “true you.”
Sudden changes, rebelliousness, or conflicts may be experienced in particular in early November and mid-December. Avoid reacting blindly to challenges and instead feel what is important to you before taking action.
