The year ahead brings opportunities to build up your resources, use your natural talents in creative ways, expand your interests, learn new things, and put more effort into health and fitness routines, dear Cancer.

Jupiter’s travels through your resources sector until August is designed to allow you to get comfortable. Particularly from April 10th to June 30th, this is a time for building up your resources. There can be a nice feeling of abundance or improved fortunes now. Some of you are making more money, and others are settling in and finding ways to make life easier. You might acquire a new item/valuable that you’ve always wanted. It’s a strong time for asking for a raise and building up stock. It’s also an excellent period for drawing upon and honing your natural talents. Although it feels like a lovely time to spend, and in fact it is, make the most of this period by putting some money away for rainy days.

Home and family life continue to improve, although you may need to work to make this happen by finding a better balance between the demands of the outside world, particularly career, and the needs of your personal life. There are great rewards for doing so. An eclipse in April will give you the cosmic push necessary to turn your attention more strongly to any neglected areas in your domestic life, and can bring some surprises and turnarounds in the process.

Work and partnership are connected this year and next, and some of you may, for example, meet a partner through work/services, or work with a partner.

From November forward, there can be concerns about education or necessary skills in order to succeed in your work. Some of you could be faced with a choice to travel or to take a new job, for example, or the desire to escape and experience more from life conflicts with your daily responsibilities.

Towards the end of the summer, you’ll begin to feel a stronger desire to connect, mingle, learn, and communicate. Opportunities begin to open up that allow you to do more of these things, to get around (transportation improves, possibly with a new vehicle for some), and to take on new interests. It can be a very busy time, mostly happily so, and this extends until September 2016. The second half of the year can be loaded with daily activities, projects, and activities. It’s a good time for marketing, sending out resumes, going on interviews, writing, studying, and learning. You’ll only need to watch out for saying too much too soon, and filling up your schedule to the point of overload.

In fact, Jupiter is encouraging you to take on more, and Saturn wants you to simplify your daily life. While this conflict is more likely to play out in 2016, get a jumpstart on this now by striving for a better balance. Your desire to expand your contacts and your mind is strong, but you also need to organize, structure, and simplify your daily routines in order to stay healthy and adjusted. More is not always better – keep this in mind.

You’ve been attracting intense relationships into your experience in recent years, and this trend continues. At times, issues of control or power, as well as fear and trust, are in full play when it comes to partnering. This trend can be most problematic in February-March, when conflicts over values, money, and career can be at play, and especially the end of June to mid-August. In fact, some of you could be ending a significant relationship in the summer, or a relationship could be tested then. From October forward, however, excellent energy is with you for significant relationships. News or information give you a new perspective, and communication can lead to bonding. Some could meet someone special through work or studies/projects, and there may be growth in commitment or devotion in an existing partnership. Your views toward love and commitment can transform.

Personal appeal is especially strong from May 8-June 5, when coveted people and things seem to come to you, and when your decisions about love and money might even make some waves. You have a lot more courage this summer with Mars blazing through your sign (June 24-August 8). This is a time for pursuing your desires, not for waiting for things to come to you. Even so, from the last week of June to mid-July, you could be especially brave and acting out of character. You could make very impulsive decisions during this period – watch for over the top behavior, particularly in your career or with people in authority.
