Until July 11th:

The Sun continues to transit your solar second house. This is the most "financial" period of the year for you. You might have a more materialistic view of life for the time being, or you have an increased interest in your own possessions, during this cycle. You are more attracted to objects and possessions that give you a sense of comfort, status, or luxury now.

You probably should be on the lookout for a tendency to create your own financial stress due to extravagant spending habits. At this point in the year, you are unlikely to take many risks, however, and you can be quite resistant to change. This is a time when "comfort zones" are more important to you than usual--you value the familiar.

From July 12th forward:

The Sun is illuminating your communications sector now, suggesting "busy-ness" and movement. You are exploring and searching, making connections, and paying more attention to your immediate environment. Social interaction is in emphasis during this period, and is, for the most part, light-hearted.

Give other people a little extra time and attention, notice their efforts on your behalf, and strengthen your connections. You are more curious and alert than usual, and you could be quite busy with errands, paperwork, phone calls, and light socializing. Much energy is expended in understanding and adapting to your immediate environment. Siblings, neighbors, close relatives, friends, and co-workers may play a more important role than usual in your life during this cycle.

You are more interested in exploring your own neighborhood than you are of something entirely new. This is not a time of big adventure-seeking! Rather, it's a time of little adventures close to home.

Neither is this a time when you are especially focused. In fact, you could have a finger in many pies right now. You are especially resourceful, and you could find yourself enjoying (or seeking) attention for your intellectual know-how. Something that has been "in hiding" or brewing under the surface of things comes to light, or there is a significant fruition or culmination. This could manifest as, for example, the need to make a financial settlement or large payment, the paying off of a loan, the loss of financial support, a change in your spouse's status (or ex-spouse's status if child support or alimony is given), a circumstance that calls for you to support someone, and other such possibilities. Until the 26th: 

Venus continues to grace your solar first house now. Something about how you present yourself, your image, and your manner boosts your personal magnetism during this cycle. It's a good time to attract who and what you want into your life experience. You're more charming and you are likely to want to attract things to you indirectly rather than forcefully now, perhaps through charm and playfulness. You have a stronger need to be good to yourself, although a negative expression of this placement can be excessive attention to pampering oneself or taking the easy way out. You especially enjoy making a good impression on others, and peace-making. You might also be paying more attention to beauty and style now.

From the 27th forward: 

Venus transits your solar second house and, as the natural ruler of the second house, Venus feels right "at home" here. This is a rather content position for Venus, although there can be some restlessness when it comes to money and spending it—you are more inclined to want more things around you! Financial security and enjoyment of the good things in life are important to you, although you also value simple pleasures. The ability to relate well with others might enhance your own personal finances during this period. You may find yourself in a position in which there is a blending of financial matters with social or public affairs. This is a stable position for love matters and close relationships. You value those who make you feel comfortable, and familiarity is more important to you than someone new during this cycle.

Mercury this Month: Communications, Learning, Connections, Transportation

Mercury continues its retrograde period until the 12th

All Mercury retrograde cycles particularly affect you in terms of communications with lovers or children, and regarding financial affairs, because Mercury rules these areas of your life. Your judgment with regards to personal finances (Gemini-ruled for you) as well as romantic partners and creative endeavors may not be up to par just now, so do avoid "signing on the dotted line". Speculation is not advised during this cycle.

Occurring in your solar second house this time, extra care should be exercised when it comes to new financial initiatives. There may be the need to revisit old, nagging issues regarding personal finances. Take this time to re-budget instead of making premature purchases. Hold off on major decision-making regarding money. Instead, take the time to re-think your sources of income and how you spend your cash during this period, but put off finalizing anything important for the time being. In fact, some money-making ideas or ventures may be put on hold due to circumstances beyond your control. This is an excellent period for review, however.

After July 12th, these matters tend to turn around or information clogs clear.

Until the 29th:

Mercury continues to transit your solar second house. You might play with various ways to increase personal funds, resulting in more than one avenue for monetary gain. Avoid letting undue pressure from others push you into signing important papers that may create a serious financial commitment. Shopping when experiencing nervous tension should also be avoided. Your mind is always active with new ideas for an increase of income during this cycle. Brothers or sisters, or communications, may be a source of financial or material gain or loss now.

From the 30th:

Mercury is right at home in the third house and offers a natural curiosity, facility with words, and the ability to multi-task successfully. More time spent on the phone, writing emails, in the car making short frequent trips, chatting, running errands, communicating with neighbors and siblings, visiting friends and relatives, and doing paperwork is likely now. There can also be a tendency to fuss over insignificant matters now, however.

Also, "information overload" is also a possibility. This may be a busy time with neighbors, classmates, siblings, and community affairs. Your interests are especially varied now and perhaps scattered. It's an ideal time to pick up information from your environment and the people in it, as your tendency is toward a certain level of intellectual detachment just now. Your mind is often distracted, particularly when circumstances call for you to stick to the routine, so this is not the best transit for focusing on one task or project.

Your mind is especially inquisitive during this cycle, when learning, short trips, and other forms of communication and making connections, appeal strongly. Some are fidgety or nervous during this cycle, perhaps due to increased errand-running, phone calls, and the like. Others enjoy the challenge of tackling a variety of subjects. As well, talking, writing, and studying can be good ways to handle stress.

Mars continues to activate your solar eleventh house. You take a more direct approach to realizing your dreams now, rather than simply hoping and wishing.

You know your heart, however, and that helps all around.

The Lunar Eclipse on the 5th can bring to light a matter of spirit, adventure, or learning. There can be the fruition of a major project, something published, or a turning point reached in your studies. Epiphanies can be significant enough to change your perspective or even your life path. Announcements, awards, or completed projects can generate quite a bit of attention. Saturn's return to your solar ninth house gives you the chance to brush up on skills, boost your knowledge, and complete projects–things that will help support your work in the future. Until December, you're in a good place to process recent experiences and come to a clearer understanding of your place in the world.

After the 12th, more clarity comes, slowly but surely, to your projects and communications. You might have finished editing work, or word comes that moves things forward. Mid-month, if you’ve let something go or neglected a responsibility or errand, it can now come back to your attention. Aim to downsize or pare down rather than take on more.
