When Mars in one person’s chart forms an aspect with their partner’s Mars, passions and energy levels are raised. The aspect between Mars and Mars can tell much about the result of this increased energy.

With the conjunction of Mars and Mars in synastry, no matter how different your personalities are, you identify strongly with one another on the level of basic instincts and impulses, defense mechanisms, and desire natures. You might find that you stimulate one another’s competitive instincts and that you inspire each other to do your best. Whether you’re working actively together towards a common goal or pursuing separate interests, you are supportive of one another. Inner rhythms are in rapport. You may not even be aware of just how in synch you can be, but appreciating this energy is key.
