Planetary Aspects
Sun conjunct Moon
Unless this conjunction of the Sun and Moon occurs in different signs, you have a “double dose” of the same sign, and that sign assumes considerable importance in your chart. This position also means that you were born around the time of a New Moon. Whether you were born before or after the New Moon is significant, too. A Sun-Moon conjunction can behave somewhat like an Aries personality, even if the alignment doesn’t occur in Aries.
Because your wants (Sun) and needs (Moon) are aligned, you have a notable singleness of purpose. For the most part, you come across as rather uncomplicated concerning what you want out of life and your means of getting to where you want to go. You are able to make decisions without too much struggle, primarily because it is not your tendency to spread yourself around to find all of your options–you prefer to settle on a particular route and then go for it. You don’t like to struggle with many options, and you often have your finger on the pulse of exactly what you need, want, and are willing to do.
You can also be very much in touch with your need for others, or at least a significant other. You are very sensitive, and quite possibly a creature of habit. You are attached to the past and your heritage. Even so, you can also be emotionally impulsive. You possess impressive vitality if you don’t burn it all up too quickly, and you don’t have much understanding of people who go through a lot of physical and emotional ups and downs. You can be highly intuitive. Because you are in touch with the moment, you can read people and situations quite readily.
Sun sextile Moon
With the Sun and Moon in harmony with one another in your natal chart, generally speaking, your emotions and will are at peace with one another, suggesting a reasonably balanced personality. The “messages” you received in childhood were explicit, or at least not contradictory overall, and you have a stronger sense of purpose and appreciation of harmony than most people. You can be personally popular, likely because you expect harmony in your relationships. You are unusually open to relationships, and you’re attractive to others. A certain level of self-confidence and a sense of security make you quite easy to deal with on many levels. Your relaxed, easygoing disposition puts others at ease.
Because your expectation of harmony is well-developed, you may not be prepared for conflict, and you might often avoid rocking the boat. In fact, you may often acquiesce, if only to maintain a feeling of balance and harmony. After all, conflict is something you not only dislike, it’s something you may fear. In some ways, you may be too accepting–of yourself and others. You may benefit from questioning life more often, or you run the risk of taking things for granted. Even so, you are prepared to put effort into making things work.
Your vitality is usually good and quite constant. Unless other parts of your chart strongly suggest otherwise, you are not a very hard-driving person, but your constitution is strong. You seem less prone to the kinds of ups and downs that plague those with challenging aspects between the Sun and Moon. This is because your goals and emotional needs are in harmony, despite being different. You have a fantastic ability to understand your limits, and this positively impacts your life in many areas. You are also a brilliant problem-solver.
Sun square Moon
The Sun forms a square to the Moon in your natal chart. You may have noticed that your Sun sign and Moon sign descriptions often seem to contradict one another. In fact, they both reside inside you, and you live with these contradictions. You might often feel at cross purposes with yourself as a result. This is not an insurmountable obstacle, and it also has many benefits, but it’s important to understand since it’s an influential, core aspect in your chart. The key is to find ways to accept, express, and identify with both “sides” to your personality in ways that support you.
With your Sun square your Moon, what you want and what you need seem to conflict frequently. At times, you can be your own worst enemy as a result. You may seem to attract challenging situations into your life as a subconscious attempt to recreate the tension of early childhood or to deal with this fundamental inner conflict. However, with time, practice, and growth, you learn to manage this root struggle so that it no longer works against you.
You may experience a deep drive or desire to achieve and accomplish something important in your life. For whatever reason, you may not have felt needed or accepted in early life, perhaps in part due to internalizing a clash between parents or parent figures, the receiving of entirely different messages from them or the world, or a chaotic or overstimulating early life. You may instinctively feel the need to prove yourself. As such, you can be intense and driven, and your strength is incredible, indeed.
You might frequently struggle between your need for nurture and your need for independence. When you get the autonomy you seem to crave, you might feel unsupported by others. When you receive the support you desire, you feel smothered. This internal clash may be especially apparent in your relationships, particularly in the first half of your life before you become aware of these patterns. Confrontations and challenges are frequent–not only with romantic partners, but also on the job, with friends, and so forth. You learn a lot about yourself through these.
You have a lot of drive and spunk. You are a resilient creature! Although you may grapple with fluctuating energy, you are motivated to accomplish and succeed. Ideally, you learn through experience to achieve something for yourself rather than to prove your worth to others, which never works out for you quite the way you’d like it!
You are strong and capable, always reaching a little higher, questioning your limits and others’ restrictions. You are willing and ready to grow and improve. You’re a colorful, interesting person, and you take little for granted.
Sun trine Moon
Sun quincunx Moon
With your Sun and Moon in a quincunx or inconjunct aspect to one another, what you think you should do and how you feel about something are often at odds. You tend to act on your will at the expense of your feelings, and to act on your feelings at the expense of your will or ego–two things that certainly leave you feeling unsatisfied. Integration, of course, would be ideal, and this is achievable after trial and error and as you mature.
Uncertainty about what it is you want from life can be the source of much guilt, and guilt can fuel an automatic response of trying too hard to please others. Living up to the demands of others may too easily become a lifestyle for you. You might find that you are always making adjustments and compromises. In your relationships with others, you may offer too much to a person, and then feel like you are being taken advantage of. You seem to expect that you have to make compromises in life in order to get what you want, but in the process, you undervalue your own needs. You might consider focusing on deprogramming this automatic response to –or expectation from– life.
You tend to experience bursts of assertions of independence and autonomy, but when you do so, you feel guilty. However, you are not happy with yourself when you are expressing dependency. You would benefit greatly from working on accepting both the Sun and the Moon (your needs for autonomy and self-expression as indicated by the Sun, and your needs for comfort and closeness as indicated by the Moon) in your personality. This helps you avoid sabotaging relationships (and life goals) with self-defeating attitudes, and can lead to a feeling of being whole.
Sun opposition Moon
The Sun opposing the Moon in your natal chart means that you were born around the time of a Full Moon. This aspect has quite a bit of significance in your chart since its an aspect that occurs between the lights (the Sun and Moon).
People born when the Sun opposes the Moon can experience an internal struggle between their needs and their wants. In contrast to the New Moon personality, the Full Moon personality is inclined towards lack of focus and indecision. However, this is also a brilliant position for mediation, objectivity, and understanding.
Your ability to be objective is both an asset and a liability, simply because when you decide on one route, you seem to be pulled in another direction at the same time. Something tugs at you and you begin to question your stance. “But what if…” and “on the other hand…” are frequent and can seem to plague you at times. While New Moon people have an Aries style about them, Full Moon natives have a distinct Libra energy about them, in that they are always aware of the opposing point of view, the other side of the coin, and so forth. This means that you can sometimes seem to be a Libra even if you’re not a Libra!
Your inner struggle is most evident with your vitality as both the Sun and the Moon strongly influence the vitality. You can experience many ups and downs, and it can be difficult to know if it’s physical or emotional. In fact, it’s likely both. You could spend a week working hard, and the following week you lack motivation and find it hard to accomplish much. Your energy fluctuates more than most people, and it is very much a reflection of what is going on inside.
It’s very likely that the messages you received in your early life (in terms of what was expected of you) were conflicting, and even opposite. Some people born under the Full Moon viewed their parents/caregivers as two very different and separate individuals who each wanted something very different from their child. Your parents or parent figures “stood for” two very different things, and you, as a child, internalized this.
A vital life lesson for you and others with this Sun opposition Moon aspect is to learn to look within for happiness, as the tendency is strong to look outside of yourself for fulfillment. This may be why people with this aspect seem inclined to form serious relationships at an early age, simply because of this tendency to try to find an answer to happiness from an “other.” Relationships (early ones) may be temperamental partly because of this prematurity, and partly because of complicated needs. Full Moon people are also more apt to seek counseling because of this need to find answers.
You appear to be very self-aware. You’re inclined to entertain a myriad of different points of view and perspectives. You can be an excellent psychologist as you’re able to read character and uncover motivations–but with an important caveat: if you are too emotionally close to the situation, you fumble. The truth is, although you know much about how people tick, you may spend a good part of your life uncovering and learning more about yourself. Generally, this is done through comparisons or through the mirror of relationships.
You can sometimes frustrate yourself and others with your indecisiveness and frequent changes of mind (and heart). Your changes of heart are unlikely a form of insincerity–they are the result of an internal struggle that is very real and very confusing to live with! You should watch carefully for over-identifying with one side of the opposition (either the Sun sign or Moon sign) and projecting the qualities of the other onto a partner. You could find that you’re often drawn to friends or partners who are polar opposites to you.
Sun opposition Moon people can be temperamental, insecure, and very sensitive. The ability to put themselves in someone else’s shoes, and to consider other points of view, is a true asset. However, at some point in their lives, they need to uncover what it is they truly want. This comes easy to New Moon people, and can be a life-long struggle for Full Moon people. On the other hand, it is extremely easy for a Full Moon personality to understand others’ points of view–something that doesn’t come as easily to a New Moon personality.
Sun opposition Moon people are generally interesting and complex. Born under a Full Moon, you can be a bit “loony,” likely manifesting itself in a unique and delightful sense of humor.
Look for a planet that might trine and sextile the Sun-Moon opposition for a way to release the tension the opposition creates. Somehow, some way, through that planet, its sign, and its house position, the Sun opposition Moon person can find an answer to the struggle. Look also to the sign polarity involved for more details of the struggle. If it’s Aries and Libra, for example, there is a conflict between two equal drives to be independent and to depend on others.
Sun conjunct Mercury
With the Sun conjunct Mercury in your natal chart, you have much mental energy. You are virtually always in a position to think about what you want, and this is often an interruption! Your logic and analysis can sometimes get in the way when just letting things happen may serve your purpose better.
However, you are intelligent and communicative. You take a lot of pride in your intellectual capacities. You may need to consciously choose to listen more than think/speak. Your mind is going so quickly, or your enthusiasm is so strong that you may be busy thinking about what to say next. As far as studying or learning goes, you may be better off reading the material than listening to a teacher. These traits come from a strong need to take an active role in communications. It can be challenging for you to listen and absorb information passively.
Your opinions are usually strong, and you are an independent thinker. You can take it quite personally if you’re not understood or heard, or if your views are pushed aside, ignored, or criticized. With the Sun conjunct Mercury, you’re an expressive and animated speaker and communicator. You have a wonderfully unique “take” on life, and you have much confidence in your ability to get what you want through the power of words, whether written, spoken, or both.
Sun conjunct Venus
Social relationships are a big focus with Sun conjunct Venus in the natal chart. You’re charming, and most of the time, you have an easy-going manner. It’s usually easy for you to be personally popular, to come across pleasantly, and to be liked and appreciated, and these things are quite important to you. Venus is a peace-making, harmony-loving planet, and with your Sun conjunct Venus, you are always looking for ways to find peace and harmony. You are brilliant at restoring balance. You are diplomatic and a veritable expert at smoothing over (and sometimes glossing over) problems. You’re usually openhanded with others–tolerant and accepting. Some people with this aspect can be superficial and two-faced or very much tied up with appearances. They might be too agreeable, too pleasant (at the expense of honesty), and downright lazy at times. However, this aspect also offers an excellent eye for style and pleasing surroundings. You have distinct and refined taste, enjoying luxury and comfort more than most.
You’re gracious, often romantic, and sometimes romantically impulsive. You tend to rely on the power of attraction to bring others to you rather than aggressively pursuing them. There is perhaps some vanity involved here–you are most attracted to people who express interest in you, or who respond well to your charms! You are not inherently competitive in the aggressive sense of the word, and you are not especially interested in a chase. Instead, you work your charms and draw people to you. Keywords: attractive, pleasing, and charming.
Sun conjunct Mars
With your Sun conjunct Mars, you have personal presence. You may discover that people are rarely indifferent towards you. You have a courageous air about you, and you exude confidence even if you’re not always feeling it. Many with this position are highly active and energetic people, and most are confrontational. You get right to the point, go right for the jugular, and make things happen. Some might say that you’re impatient, but not in a nervous sense of the word–you simply can’t wait around for things to happen. You prefer to be involved.
You have a competitive spirit, and you like to win. Channeled into sports and games, you make a formidable opponent. Mind you, sports that require strategy may not be your forte, simply because you are inclined to apply force to get to your goals, unless other strong indicators in your chart suggest otherwise. If not channeled this way, you make a formidable business opponent! Those without a “channel” run the risk of stirring things up or looking for a fight, getting all fired up and hot under the collar, and stirring up trouble at every turn. Watch for a need to prove yourself. Properly channeled, though, you’re gutsy, not afraid of conflict, bold, and quite daring. You enjoy a good chase or challenge. You’re also a survivor!
Jupiter conjunct Saturn
With Jupiter forming a conjunction to Saturn in the birth chart, your tendency to see both the potentials and limits of any given situation has its perks, making you a very reasonable person. However, you don’t always allow yourself the pleasure of letting your mind go or of imagining something wonderful without also having to pull in the disclaimers! This can take its toll.
You have a balanced outlook, with realistic optimism and optimistic realism. You’re serious about your principles, ideas, and beliefs. Your trustworthiness is vital to you, and your memory is retentive. A good teacher, you also love learning, and you could have a solid interest in history and/or politics. Preferring a step-by-step, logical approach to solving problems, you gravitated to tried-and-true methods, safe bets, and logical systems. You value steady progress and organization, and you’re excellent at making plans.
You don’t expect things are handed to you, and you see both the potentials and limits of every situation.
Jupiter sextile Saturn
With Jupiter sextile Saturn in the birth chart, you are an excellent student of life, taking important lessons from your experience and applying them to the present. You are able to see both the possible benefits and pitfalls of a potential enterprise or venture, and this keeps you from becoming overly optimistic or overly pessimistic. You learn from your mistakes – a trait that is not as common as one would think!
You are generous but not unreasonably so, and you are judicious without being too strict. Moderation is the beauty of this combination — you instinctively know that moderation is the key to happiness and success.
This is generally considered a fortunate aspect and is one indication of a strong ability to put your ideas into action and a good possibility of material success. There can be a knack or propensity for law, travel, and history. Qualities of this combination that are considered talents but that can always benefit from extra attention and development: patience, realism, practicality, credibility, modesty, and fairness.
Jupiter conjunct Uranus
With Jupiter forming a conjunction to Uranus in the birth chart, you naturally connect with your intuition and trust your visions, often acting on inspiration. Instinctually welcoming change and innovation, you want to improve, grow, and develop. New methods and innovations intrigue you, and you have faith in the future.
You enjoy being a step ahead of others with your ideas, projects, or knowledge–and you often naturally are. You also prefer to explore life spontaneously. You can be rather averse to instruction or direction, as you want to leave some room for discovery and exploration.
You are quick to imagine possibilities where others see dead ends, and your optimism is commendable. Authenticity means everything to you, and your sincerity and openness are distinctive.
This aspect helps you detach from traditions or customs that feel restrictive. Your ideas, beliefs, worldview, and opinions are unconventional.
It can be extremely challenging for you to accept restrictions, preferring the freedom to be spontaneous. You instinctively know that there are multiple, diverse paths and viewpoints that are valid. Look for other factors in the chart that could help with follow-through and concentration.

This aspect helps you detach from traditions or customs that feel restrictive. Your ideas, beliefs, worldview, and opinions are somewhat unconventional.
Jupiter square Uranus
With Jupiter forming a square to Uranus in the birth chart, you gravitate toward activities and ideas that inspire and excite you. New and original ideas can be attractive, and you might frequently pin your hopes on new endeavors. You might watch for a tendency to enjoy shiny new things just because they’re different. Your ideas can be fabulous, but you may lose interest in them over time or if they’ve become routine.
Ideally, you have other indicators in your chart that help with follow-through and persistence, as this aspect if examined in isolation suggests some potential problems with attention span. You may sometimes rebel against not only others’ plans, but your own best-laid plans.
You have great optimism about what you can take on, but it’s best to avoid taking on so much that you spread yourself too thin. Aim for self-discipline with projects and pursuits. Life is certainly more exciting when you don’t prepare, but it can cripple your chances of success if you don’t always do the groundwork.
Jupiter trine Uranus
With Jupiter forming a trine to Uranus in your birth chart, very little escapes your attention regarding potential opportunities or possibilities! You know how to turn around almost any situation. Your intuition is powerful and serves you well. In fact, you often work on sudden hunches and moments of flash inspiration.
This aspect lends some good fortune with spontaneity to your life and personality, even if your chart has a cautious tone. You have a strong sense of what may happen down the road, helping you to remain optimistic in most situations. You have a love of invention, or you can be quite inventive yourself.
You have basic respect for the individual, and you advocate for freedom of speech and thought. Your perspective or belief system is unusual and unique. You need freedom and space to think, invent, and follow your own path. You can benefit significantly from activities that celebrate life, such as dancing, and you believe that laughter and celebration are the best forms of refreshment.
Your spirit of discovery is powerful and often attracts good fortune. You are not tied to tradition and convention as much as most. Being able to move on when it’s right for you is a gift, although there are times when an unsentimental approach can alienate certain others. Your friends can be a very diverse group.
Jupiter conjunct Neptune
With Jupiter forming a conjunction to Neptune in the birth chart, you have a distinct spiritual or idealistic side to your nature and, especially, your belief system or worldview. You value the layers we don’t see and their effects on our perceptions.
Money can come to you seemingly out of the blue, but it can also leave you quickly unless you have other influences in your birth chart that sharpen your self-discipline and practical nature. You are inclined to value those things that elevate your spirits and sense of oneness with the universe.
Life may become unnecessarily complicated for you as the result of too powerful expectations. You might consider how many times your mood plummets only because you were expecting something better than what transpired. Another possibility: a tendency to want to ignore the practical details of everyday life. You might benefit from having a trusted helper or advisor or assistant who handles the practical side of a project.
You prefer to trust people or the universe, at least until they’ve proved you wrong. You don’t see the point of living in a constant state of suspicion, opting instead to have faith. Kind and compassionate, this aspect boosts your empathy and your power to spread goodness.
Jupiter sextile Neptune
With Jupiter forming a sextile to Neptune in your birth chart, you are gracious and compassionate, and you appreciate subtleties. You have a spiritual side and intuitive, natural understanding. This aspect alone does not give discipline so that we would have to see signs of pragmatism elsewhere in the chart to see whether you only feel these things or you also take action on these feelings.
You’re inclined to believe in karma, and you generally try to do what you feel is right. Your ideas of right and wrong are not rigid, however, as you believe that there is a backstory to every person and situation. This aspect is one indication of protection, sometimes at the last minute!
You are usually quite flexible and understanding, as well as noble in your ideas. Your empathy is well developed, you look out for the underdog, and you possess a distinct generosity of spirit. Open-mindedness is a gift and can assist you greatly in your life. Your faithful approach to the world tends to earn you the confidence of others. You are trusting but also within reason so that you don’t frequently lose your sense of proportion. You’re quite talented at turning difficult situations around. You can be a mystic, and to what degree this is the case depends much on the rest of your chart.
This influence often suggests good fortune in businesses or circumstances related to the psychic arts, psychology, social work, education, cruises, travel, and the sea. Performing helpful services can be rewarding, but you should watch for selling yourself short. This aspect is one indication of reduced interest in the practical and material side of things such that if you don’t have other more grounding influences in your chart, you might benefit from getting help with money management.
Jupiter square Neptune
With Jupiter square Neptune in the birth chart, you are especially charitable and sympathetic. On a fundamental level, you believe in humanity, or at least, each individual and their particular back story. It’s crucial to be sure that people who receive your generosity are worth your efforts, although it can be difficult for you to practice this kind of skepticism in part because you don’t want to believe the worst.
Of course, other influences in your chart can harden you on some levels or incline you to mistrust, but this aspect points to a fundamental desire to trust others because you don’t want to live in a world where mistrust is the norm. The answer, then, is not to give up on your idealism, but to remind yourself of practical concerns from time to time and watch for unrealistic expectations. Your power to believe is fantastic.
You may need to perform frequent reality checks. One of the biggest potential challenges with this position is the tendency to waste opportunities by letting them pass by.
You have a basic belief in humanity or life itself, a fundamental optimism, and trust in your own “guardian angel” or equivalent. These can get in the way of practical concerns or cause other such problems. There can be some laziness in checking the details of a plan or situation. Because of your runaway imagination, it’s best to enforce frequent reality checks due to a runaway imagination. You are extremely compassionate and empathic.
You’re easily influenced by environmental factors, medicines, or drugs, and you tend to be very impressionable. You might have trouble locking things down, rather frequently procrastinating. It’s not always easy to put your dreams into motion.
Perhaps at its worst, self-justification can be persistent with this aspect–people with a challenging Jupiter-Neptune aspect might make up morals as they go along, for example. It can be convenient to overlook specific rules to fit the situation. It can be challenging to learn from our mistakes with the sometimes blind optimism and “everything will work out” mindset of this combination. However, if you’re able to control this tendency, there is great compassion and vision to be found with Jupiter-Neptune. Indeed, there is much understanding and tolerance.
Jupiter trine Neptune
With Jupiter trine Neptune in the birth chart, you have an intuitive or spiritual approach to solving problems and a compassionate and tolerant worldview or perspective. You believe in your dreams, and perhaps humanity in general, more so than most. You care for the underdog, you’re hospitable, and you look out for the vulnerable. There can be a natural love of rousing music, art, religion, ceremony, and drama. This influence is often connected with a helping hand or spiritual protection energy. Ideally, you also have sensible aspects in your chart that help you deal with the practical world.
Jupiter conjunct Pluto
With Jupiter forming a conjunction to Pluto in the birth chart, you are skilled at sniffing out an opportunity. When something ends, you instinctively know how to make the best of it and move in a new direction. You always seem to see possibilities where others may see only one route or a dead end. You will do what it takes to succeed, but you refuse to stoop low or be narrow and petty.
You quite often take an all-or-nothing approach to life, especially with your ideas, beliefs, goals, and ambitions. Your drive to come out on top and win can sometimes find you in conflict with others, especially those in authority. While you sometimes take things a bit too far, you are generally very good at identifying opportunities to grow, expand, and improve. At times, it can be helpful to ask yourself whether expansion is necessary–keeping things simple is not always in your vocabulary but can sometimes be the better route.
You express yourself intensely when you’re engaged, and you have strong convictions. You may stir up some controversy as a result.
You can concentrate when necessary, and this is not especially easy for many people! When you’re inspired, you can move mountains. You can be quite competent in crisis situations. You have inner strength and conviction, and most of this occurs on a mental or psychic level.
You see opportunity in pretty much any situation, but whether or not you are an opportunist is something else altogether–seeing and doing are two different things!
If this combination is challenged in the chart, it’s essential to avoid pushing your ideas too hard on others. Things to watch when this aspect is working poorly or under strain: too much self-importance, an overly entitled attitude, expecting to get something for nothing, or perpetual discontent.
You’re resourceful and ready to jump on an opportunity or make changes and improvements. You’re passionate about their ideas, beliefs, projects, and interests, and you’ll readily take the lead in these areas. With your strong convictions, you go all in or not at all.
Jupiter sextile Pluto
With Jupiter forming a sextile to Pluto in the birth chart, you have faith in your ability to effect change and grow, improve, and heal. You’re astute, seeing things others don’t as readily perceive, and you value what’s hidden, multi-layered, profound, or complicated. You believe in renewal and transformation.
This aspect improves your ability to plan and organize. You are success- and growth-oriented. You believe fully in the ability to improve things, and you might often find yourself thinking of what you can make better–what you might grow or advance. Others tend to respect you as an authority.
When you put the effort forth, you can get to the heart or truth of any matter. You’re perceptive and an excellent researcher. Investigations are enjoyable for you, and the bonus is that you excel at them. You can be determined to get to the bottom of issues, and you might seem a little too adamant or obsessed with finding the truth to others. Ideally, there are other aspects in your chart that point to tolerance and sensitivity to balance this out. Suitable careers include legislator, pharmacist, doctor, judge, politician, publisher, detective, and scientist. You are particularly suited for fields that help others heal from illness, crisis, oppression, or abuse.
You are talented at handling others’ resources, including talents and money, and improving them. Few are as successful as you at creating wealth and developing talents. Whatever you do, you tend to take it to the next level. The desire for power, particularly behind the scenes, is well-developed.
You want to make things better, and you’re excellent at doing so, although you may not always find it easy to leave something alone! People can have a tough time hiding the truth from you.
Wealth or abundance to you is more about enjoying rich experiences than accumulating things.
Jupiter square Pluto
With Jupiter square Pluto in the birth chart, you have big plans and ambitions, and some might say too big at times! You benefit from great resourcefulness, and if you can tame your tendency to go overboard, you can do well with this trait. You can have an all-or-nothing approach to life. This can be one indication of high levels of material success or wealth. You are driven and might make important contacts with people who can help you achieve your goals. It will be important to watch for compulsive, over-the-top, or know-it-all behavior. Power is enticing but should be used wisely. Your drive to control can sometimes lead to conflicts with authority. Dissatisfaction with your current lot in life can be used as motivation to reach higher, but if it’s a perpetual issue (that is, you never feel content with your accomplishments), then you might want to ask yourself if expansion is always necessary. Take the time to count your smaller blessings and achievements.
Jupiter sextile Chiron
With Jupiter forming a sextile to Chiron in the birth chart, you’re a brilliant teacher or guide. You convey your ideas in a compassionate, understanding, and positive way. It’s almost effortless for you to understand others’ perspectives. You teach or guide gently.
You feel extra compassion for the underdog and the misunderstood. Sharing your ideas, thoughts, and experiences can be therapeutic. You’re particularly offput by hypocrisy, and you’re willing to learn, change, and grow. You aim for more mindfulness, and you can thoroughly enjoy experiences that raise your consciousness.
This aspect is one indicator of a positive mindset–you pick yourself up from a fall quickly. You might have an early experience of a limitation that taught you that you can rebound from a setback stronger than you were before. You’re resourceful.
Jupiter square North Node of the Moon
With Jupiter forming a square to the North Node of the Moon, your social views and values don’t always mesh with current thought. You are an individualist, unafraid of going against the grain. Additionally, you are not fond of social niceties, preferring to say it like it is.
However, it would be best if you watched for glossing over important details. It’s relatively easy for you to jump to conclusions. You also seem to attract life lessons, often through conflict or jarring events.
You’re an individualistic and free thinker, and you can be quarrelsome. Frequent conflicts due to disharmonious ideas or values are possible in your lifetime. You might also have more problems than most with social institutions.
Saturn square Uranus
With Saturn square Uranus in your natal chart, there may seem to be more abrupt changes, shake-ups, or disruptions in your life than the average person. This is especially so if an inner planet (Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, or Mars) is involved with the Saturn-Uranus square. Otherwise, the effects are more general and not as personal as other influences in your chart.
It can be difficult to call you progressive or traditional since you’re very much both of these things! When you feel the desire to adapt and move forward, you might frequently feel stuck or tied down by your duties, obligations, or traditions. Mood changes can be extreme at times due to this inner struggle between wanting to break free and needing to follow the rules.
You might often feel pulled between sharply different urges–handling your responsibilities or living up to others’ expectations of you and breaking free from expectations or obligations. Finding a balance between these two urges can be a real struggle in your life.
You might maintain an unhealthy pattern in which you bottle things up and then burst with frustration. You might wrestle with decisions more than most, particularly when considering making a change in your life. The desire to do things in new and improved ways can be strong, but you might worry too much about doing them well, suffering some self-consciousness when faced with something brand new. Overcoming the fear of making useful changes is vital to your growth and fulfillment, as well as immensely freeing.
You can feel extremes of feeling and reaction–tensions escalate quickly. You might often feel divided or indecisive, torn between two opposite inclinations, which complicates life. Certainly, you’re fascinated and sometimes tormented by the impact of every small decision on your life. You might often resent restrictions, more so than most, and you could find that you’re often irritable as a result of this sensitivity. However, you’re also quite resilient.
Your traditions are often unusual, and you’re likely to have mathematical ability, or at least a keen interest in how things work. You might enjoy tinkering and experimenting, attracted to inventions and innovations.
