The Moon is Full in Capricorn on July 13, 2022, at 2:37 PM EDT.
The following is the chart wheel of the Capricorn Full Moon in the year 2022.
A Full Moon occurs when the Sun in Cancer forms an opposition to the Moon in Capricorn. The Full Moon is a time of culmination and the promise of fulfillment of that which was started at the New Moon. It is an emotional time – a time of romance, fertilization, and relationships.
The Cancer-Capricorn polarity concerns the balance between the private life, domesticity, the need for a home base, and nurturance (represented by Cancer) versus the public life, career, reputation, and accountability (represented by Capricorn). Attachments and love are ruled by Cancer, while achievements and rewards/punishments are ruled by Capricorn.
In some ways, this polarity deals with the balance between unconditional love and conditional love. Cancer encourages us to value our home base and our roots, while Capricorn persuades us to consider our sense of duty and responsibility along public or professional lines. While Cancer may be content to be dependent, Capricorn urges us to be grown-up and responsible.
Cancer represents the origin, and Capricorn represents the goal. Neglecting either end of the axis will surely backfire on us. Ideally, a balance should be found between the two energies, and this is what the Full Moon invites us to do. This Full Moon is about balancing our commitment to our career and families. Something has been building inside of us, and now is the time when the energy of the cosmos fairly demands that we let it out. Over the next two weeks, we will discover what this means for us. For now, we can’t sit on our feelings. We need to express them.
The Full Moon illuminates this conflict between roots and direction. With the Moon full and bright in the sky, symbolic “illumination” occurs in our own lives. However, these new feelings and revelations are emotional ones, as there is a sense of emotions bursting forth into our consciousness. It’s time to express ourselves and to let things out of our systems. Of course, we might want to exercise some care while doing so, knowing that what is coming out of us is fresh, unrefined, and not particularly rational as yet.
This lunation connects with Mercury and Uranus, suggesting novel ideas associated with realizations and epiphanies occurring now.
The following is a chart of this Full Moon with additional points:
This phase of the Moon occurs at 21 degrees and 21 minutes of Capricorn, affecting planets at approximately 17 to 25 degrees of the Cardinal signs (Aries, Cancer, Libra, and Capricorn) the most.

Details
The Moon is New in Leo on July 28, 2022, at 1:55 PM EDT.
This phase of the Moon occurs at 5 degrees and 39 minutes of Leo.
The New Moon in Leo is an excellent time for formulating goals regarding “all things Leo.” For example, we might concentrate on new ways to enhance our romantic life, creative endeavors and hobbies, and relationship with children, as well as build our self-confidence and healthy pride in ourselves.
Some of Leo’s lessons involve taking pride in ourselves as unique individuals, assuming responsibility for our lives, and giving ourselves warmly and generously to others. This New Moon period is an excellent time to meditate upon some of the characteristics of Leo. Keywords for this self-expressive Fire sign — such things as proud, noble, generous, hospitable, caring, warm, authoritative, active, and open — are traits that we might enhance, develop, and incorporate into our personalities.
We all have Leo somewhere in our charts. Seek the coming month to improve those areas of life. It’s time to awaken our “inner child” and find ways to express ourselves creatively. With this potent Leo energy, we can make significant changes in our lives that will benefit us well beyond this Moon cycle. It’s time to make some plans and set the stage for reaping the rewards from our new beginnings, as little or big as they may be, approximately two weeks after the Full Moon occurs.
This lunation gets support from Jupiter, and we can find it natural to want to grow, improve, and move int the direction of positive change. Mars is heading toward an alignment with Uranus, and we can be especially innovative, ready to try new methods and approaches.
The above chart is helpful for seeing the fundamental energies of this New Moon along with chart patterns. Below, the New Moon chart is presented with additional points for extra details. Click to enlarge:

The Moon is Full in Aquarius on August 11, 2022, at 9:36 PM EDT.
A Full Moon occurs when the Sun in Leo forms an opposition to the Moon in Aquarius. The Full Moon is a time of culmination and the promise of fulfillment of that which was started at the New Moon. It is an emotional time – a time of romance, fertilization, and relationships.
This phase of the Moon occurs at 19 degrees and 21 minutes of Aquarius, affecting people born with personal planets and points at approximately 15 to 23 degrees of the Fixed signs (Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, and Aquarius) most significantly.
The Leo Sun is proud and intensely individual–not content with simply being just one of the team. The Aquarius Moon, while individualistic as well, values independence and the team, community, and group spirit. The Full Moon illuminates this conflict.
When a Full Moon occurs, we can suddenly burst forth with proclamations and outpours that seem fresh and new, simply because they are not yet rationalized. In fact, a Full Moon illuminates feelings, attitudes, and circumstances that are already in existence.
This is a time of awakening to the need for others or to answer to humanitarian impulses.
This lunation connects with Saturn and square Uranus, suggesting some stop-and-go energy connected to our realizations and epiphanies.

Details
The Moon is New in Virgo on August 27, 2022, at 4:17 AM EDT.
This phase of the Moon occurs at 4 degrees and 4 minutes of Virgo. This New Moon conflicts very tightly with Mars.
The New Moon occurs as the Moon aligns with the Sun in the sign of Virgo.
A time of new beginnings, this New Moon presents an excellent opportunity for us to formulate some goals regarding “all things Virgo.” We’d do well to concentrate on new ways to get our day-to-day life organized. We might think about the keywords for this particular and earthy sign — such things as analytical, intelligent, reserved, critical, helpful, conscientious — and consider ways to enhance, develop, or incorporate these traits into our personalities.
Please note that Virgo is found somewhere in every person’s chart, and these are the areas of our lives most affected now.
The New Moon in Virgo is an excellent time to commit to personal goals that express the positive energies of the sign of the Virgin. These include:
- building our powers of healthy, constructive discrimination;
- rolling up our sleeves and getting down to some serious work;
- beginning a new project that requires attention to details;
- making lists, actively ticking off completed activities, and taking pride in our “little” accomplishments;
- starting a health regime, researching nutrition and nourishment, and paying attention to our diet;
- setting up specific routines that will help us manage our lives in constructive and mindful ways;
- and handling the finer details of our day-to-day life in an organized, step-by-step fashion so that we can free our minds of clutter.
We’re ready to make something special of our work, routines, or tasks. It’s a powerful time to transform our jobs, health, self-care programs, and habits. However, it’s a highly impulsive time, and it’s important not to jump into something too quickly.

The Moon is Full in Pisces on September 10, 2022, at 5:59 AM EDT.
A Full Moon occurs when the Sun in Virgo forms an opposition to the Moon in Pisces. The Full Moon is a time of culmination and the promise of fulfillment of what we started at the New Moon. It is an emotional time – a time of romance, fertilization, and relationships.
This lunation occurs along the Virgo-Pisces polarity, which is the service axis. This axis deals with the balance between day-to-day functions and routines, physical health, and the need for order (Virgo) and vision, spiritual health, disorder, and the infinite (Pisces).
Virgo rules our personal set of tools and techniques that we use to deal with day-to-day life, while Pisces rules the tools that we use to deal with our spirituality.
The key to balance lies in identifying and expressing our spiritual needs while maintaining order in our everyday lives.
Neglecting either end of the axis will surely backfire–we would either be living in chaos or in excessive order.
This Full Moon harmonizes with Uranus, suggesting an easier, more natural acceptance of change and progress now.
This phase of the Moon occurs at 17 degrees and 41 minutes of Pisces, affecting people born with personal planets and points at approximately 15 to 21 degrees of the Mutable signs (Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, and Pisces) and 0 to 2 degrees of the Cardinal signs (Aries, Cancer, Libra, and Capricorn) most significantly.

Details
The Moon is New in Libra on September 25,2022, at 5:54 PM EDT.
This phase of the Moon occurs at 2 degrees and 49 minutes of Libra. It’s tightly opposite Jupiter.
The New Moon in the sign of Libra starts a good cycle in which to commit to personal goals that express the positive energies of the sign of the Scales.
We have a chance to build our negotiating skills without compromising our principles or needs, and without resorting to appeasement. It’s a time to work on re-balancing our relationships and to recognize our partners as teammates rather than adversaries.
With this potent Libra energy, we have the chance to make important changes in our lives. Libra teaches us to learn to make peace with those around us and to establish more harmony in our environments, establish a sense of order and balance in our lives, and recognize the value of partnerships. This is an ideal time to work on these skills.
Libra has an innate ability for–and love of–synthesizing opposites. Peace and harmony are the goals, but there’s a fine balancing act involved along the way that requires some commitment and effort.
This New Moon brings fresh and creative energy into our lives, and more specifically, into our relationships. This is a cycle in which balancing our close personal relationships becomes an urgent desire. Negotiations may be especially effective, as we are inclined to assert our needs in ways that don’t offend others. Because this lunation is opposite Jupiter, we should watch for exaggeration and excess. However, we do need a fresh start. Shooting too high or too far won’t help us achieve our goals sooner. A Mars-Saturn trine can help us see the value of pacing ourselves and keeping our feet on the ground.

The Moon is Full in Aries on October 9, 2022, at 10:57 AM EDT.
A Full Moon occurs when the Sun in Libra forms an opposition to the Moon in Aries. The Full Moon is a time of culmination and the promise of fulfillment of that which was started at the New Moon. It is an emotional time – a time of romance, fertilization, and relationships.
The Aries-Libra polarity is a relationship axis, where Aries represents “self,” and Libra represents “other.” Where Aries is about self-assertion, Libra is about compromise.
Through the energy of the Libra Sun, we are aware of the need for relationships and all that comes with maintaining them–compromising, negotiating, graciousness, and balancing. The Aries Moon, on the other hand, is self-assertive, leading, and personally courageous.
This Full Moon urges us to strike a balance between meeting our personal needs and attending to the needs of a significant other, and between independence or autonomy and dependence or companionability.
The Libra Sun is diplomatic, equality-minded, and fair-minded. The Aries Moon, however, values authenticity over tact and is energized by independent efforts. The Full Moon illuminates this conflict.
Neglecting either end of the Aries-Libra axis will surely backfire on us. Ideally, we find a balance between the two energies, and this is what the Full Moon invites us to do.
This Full Moon is about emotional declarations. Something has been building inside of us, likely of a personal nature, and now is the time when the energy of the cosmos fairly demands that we let it out. Over the upcoming weeks, we will discover what this declaration means for us. For now, we can’t sit on our feelings. We need to express them.
The Full Moon illuminates the conflict between “me” and “you,” and between autonomy and sharing. With the Moon full and bright in the sky, symbolic illumination occurs in our own lives. However, these new feelings and revelations are emotional ones, as there is a sense of emotions bursting forth into our consciousness. It’s time to express ourselves and to let things out of our systems. Of course, we might want to exercise some care while doing so, knowing that what is coming out of us is new and not particularly rational.
With the Sun forming an alignment with Venus and a trine to Saturn near this Full Moon, we can be motivated by love or pleasure, but we’re reasonable and practical. What inclines us to flights of fancy is the applying Mars-Neptune square at the time of this lunation. As such, it’s wise to wait and see what sticks.
This lunation reminds us to consider how we are honoring ourselves in the context of our close relationships. New revelations can occur now, particularly in the areas of our physical bodies, leadership skills, our ability to initiate and begin new things, and our close partnerships. We can struggle with obstacles, but we’re brave, determined, and resourceful.
This phase of the Moon occurs at 16 degrees and 33 minutes of Aries, affecting people born with personal planets and points at approximately 13 to 21 degrees of the Cardinal signs (Aries, Cancer, Libra, and Capricorn) most significantly.

Details
The Moon is New in Scorpio on October 25, 2022, at 6:49 AM EDT. This New Moon is a partial Solar Eclipse.
This phase of the Moon occurs at 2 degrees and 0 minutes of Scorpio. It is tightly conjunct Venus.
The conjunction to Venus emphasizes and reinforces a challenge to our value system. We could find that people are more cooperative in our quest, and close personal relationships are deeply involved. There can be situations in which we feel pressured to bring more harmony to our relationships.
It’s interesting to note that a partial Solar Eclipse occurred in early Scorpio, aligned with Venus, on October 25, 2014.
In the sign of Scorpio, matters related to intimacy, control, power, money, and sharing will be a strong focus in the weeks and even months after this Solar Eclipse. This eclipse is about new beginnings regarding any of these matters. It’s about strengthening ourselves from the inside out. We can feel extremes of emotion as our fears of loss, betrayal, or the exposure of our vulnerabilities are uncovered.
This eclipse can illuminate our emotional and financial investments, and possibly challenge them. We might take steps towards self-mastery and self-empowerment by tackling things that undermine us and that take away our power, such as compulsive behaviors, addictions, or substantial debts. We might work on intimacy, not only with others but also with ourselves.
Circumstances may be such that we are nudged or encouraged to see others’ values and to consider them rather than expect that they share the same perspective as us. Or, we now must take steps towards managing and handling our shared resources, our debts, or taxes more effectively. An intimate partnership may be left behind, or a source of money might end, and either of these situations pushes us to learn to depend on ourselves and to recognize that we don’t necessarily need these things to survive. On the other hand, if we’ve been keeping things to ourselves, now is the time to reach out and get the support we need. Ultimately, we are now in a position to understand that changes or endings are necessary for our own growth, and that we can handle these things.
This is a good time for focusing on some of the constructive traits of the sign of the Scorpion–passionate, resourceful, focused, probing, deep, and perceptive–and consider how to positively incorporate these qualities into our lives. Scorpio New Moons are generally good for working on our self-mastery skills. We may want to pinpoint the things in our lives that make us feel out of control, such as addictions and debts, and work on freeing ourselves of these emotional burdens. We can explore what is missing in our lives that leads us to engage in self-destructive behaviors.
With this eclipse, we might experience a strong urge to act on impulse. However, it will be important to avoid jumping to conclusions and asserting ourselves without considering others’ feelings and reactions. There is a big difference between asserting ourselves from a place of healthy confidence, and asserting ourselves brashly and blindly, which can give us a false sense of confidence or bravery.
With this potent Scorpio energy, we have the chance to make important changes in our lives that will benefit us well beyond this Moon cycle. For some of us, circumstances are such that we need to pay more attention to these matters.
Flaws in an important system in our lives reveal themselves around the time of the eclipse, prompting us to redo or to start fresh. Something ends in order for something else to start anew. We may be called to give up something in order to move forward into a new chapter in our lives. Although the “new” may be unrecognizable, it is important to allow the necessary surrender to the unknown.
An eclipse occurs close to the nodal axis, and this eclipse is closer to the South Node of the Moon. We should watch for clinging to things that act as crutches in our lives.
Major developments in the personal areas ruled by Scorpio in our charts are likely to occur over the course of the next 3-6 months. This is one of several eclipses in a series falling along the Taurus-Scorpio axis.
Solar eclipses occurred at approximately the same degree as this October 2014 eclipse on October 25, 2014, and October 24, 1995. It might help to think back to these periods and consider the themes in our lives then in order to get a better understanding of what the current eclipse series might mean for us. The last times we had sets of Taurus-Scorpio eclipses were 2012-2014 and 2002-2003.
The above chart is excellent for seeing the fundamental influences and chart pattern of this New Moon. The chart below adds more details with additional points. Click to enlarge:

The Moon is Full in Taurus on November 8, 2022, at 6:02 AM EST. This is a Total Lunar Eclipse.
A Full Moon occurs when the Sun in Scorpio forms an opposition to the Moon in Taurus. The Full Moon is a time of culmination and the promise of fulfillment of that which was started at the New Moon. It is an emotional time – a time of romance, fertilization, and relationships.
This phase of the Moon occurs at 16 degrees and 1 minute of Taurus, opposite the Sun at 16 degrees and 1 minute of Scorpio. It’s a busy eclipse with Mercury, Venus, Uranus, the Moon’s Nodes, and Saturn closely involved. There can be inflated feelings, and we can wrestle with strong urges and blocks, so it’s wise to sit with our revelations for a bit before taking action.
Note that this is one of several eclipses of a set occurring along the Taurus-Scorpio axis. There was a November 2021 Lunar Eclipse in Taurus, a Solar Eclipse in Taurus in April 2022, a Lunar Eclipse in Scorpio (Taurus’ opposite sign) in May 2022, a Solar Eclipse in Scorpio in October 2022, now a Lunar Eclipse in Taurus (November 2022). To come: a Lunar Eclipse in Scorpio in May 2023, and finally, a Lunar Eclipse in Taurus in October 2023.
This eclipse serves as another prompt, nudge, or push to make improvements in Taurus- and Scorpio-ruled areas of life in our charts, and feelings of discontent can magnify.
This eclipse affects people with personal planets and points at 12 to 20 degrees of the Fixed signs (Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, and Aquarius) most significantly.

The Moon is New in Sagittarius on November 23, 2022, at 5:57 PM EST.
The New Moon in Sagittarius marks the beginning of a new cycle. Last year’s New Moon in Sagittarius was a Solar Eclipse, and this year’s more “standard,” but ideally, we’ve learned a lot about our needs with the recent eclipse set in the Sagittarius areas of our charts.
Representing a new beginnings, the New Moon occurs with the Sun and Moon’s alignment in the mutable fire sign of Sagittarius. It’s a time when we can focus on some of the constructive traits of the sign of the Archer – optimistic, enthusiastic, adventurous, honest, outspoken, independent – and consider how to positively incorporate these qualities into our lives.
As we advance, we can focus on goals that will increase our understanding and awareness, give us the courage to expand our horizons, and gain confidence and optimism from a broader perspective. All too easily, we can get lost in the details of mundane existence. With this potent Sagittarius energy, however, we can find ways to transcend these details of day-to-day life and nurture our faith, hope, and vision.
Because Sagittarius thinks in big terms, we may have a tendency to overdo our expectations – something to watch for. We are setting the stage for reaping the rewards from our braveries, as little or big as they may be, in approximately two weeks’ time after the Full Moon occurs.
This phase of the Moon occurs at 1 degree and 38 minutes of Sagittarius, affecting people born with personal planets and points at approximately 0 to 6 degrees of the Mutable signs (Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, and Pisces) and 28 to 30 degrees of the Fixed signs (Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, and Aquarius) most significantly.
The chart above is excellent for visualizing the major influences in the New Moon chart along with the chart patterns. Below, the chart wheel is of the same event but with a few more points, such as the major asteroids and Chiron.
