Our Review:
I haven’t been a big fan of generalized predictions nor of sun sign Astrology in my lifetime, but I received this review copy, The Year Ahead 2004, and was pleased with its warm, expressive style as well as its constructive advice. I find the book a refreshing read–and very useful for planning the “year ahead”.
Susan Miller offers her look at the upcoming year, and the future looks bright (in a general way)! After a broad look at the outer planets’ positions and interrelationships in 2004, Miller dedicates a chapter to each sign of the zodiac. The good news is that readers have two chapters to read about themselves, unless they were born around dawn and share a common sun sign and ascendant. The book is useful for a general overview of the year ahead for the sign of both one’s ascendant and sun sign. Readers are encouraged to blend the readings for these two important signs.
With The Year Ahead, readers are treated to interpretations of how the eclipses of 2004 will affect them, specific dates and periods of time when favorable (and not-so-favorable) conditions might exist for career, love, health, and other key areas of life, luckiest days of the year, and more. Each sign’s interpretations include “The Big Picture” and a summary. The author also dedicates a full chapter to the eclipses (full and new moon) of the year.
This book is easy to read for newcomers to Astrology, but it is also worth a look for those who have studied the subject more deeply. Susan Miller is also the creator of AstrologyZone.com.
