Until March 10th:
The Sun continues to shine its light on your solar twelfth house. This is the time to listen to your intuition, to take a break from the hectic pace of your life, and to reflect on what you have learned in the past year. You might naturally retreat a little and take more private time for yourself now.
Your physical energy levels may not be up to par for the time being, and this is your body signaling you to take a break. This is not an ideal time for pushing forward with new personal projects and plans. It is better to finish up projects and tie up loose ends now.
From March 10th forward:
The Sun illuminates your first house now, bringing issues surrounding your personal identity, appearance, outward behavior, and self-expression to the forefront. This marks the peak of your physical solar cycle, and you are in the position to make an impression on others, and to assert your personal influence. Spontaneity of expression is what this transit is about. You are ready to put your past behind you and to start a new personal cycle. You have presence and you project confidence. Increased energy and a renewed feeling of confidence is with you now, so take advantage.
It's a great month to do something entirely new and pioneering—to go solo in some area of your life. This particular season of the year smiles on your personal endeavors. This is a time when you more easily get in touch with a true sense of your identity and purpose. The most enterprising side of your nature surfaces, and it's time to seize opportunities. Existing problems in your life may be overcome now by bravery and a straightforward approach to your life.
There's nothing wrong with a bit of self-centeredness during this cycle, but avoid taking it too far. It's not the best time for teamwork and other cooperative endeavors. The spotlight is on you and your ability to lead, so make it a good one! Take steps to improve how you come across to others. It's time to carve your own path in life.

A Lunar Eclipse occurs on March 14th:
A general rule of thumb regarding eclipses is to avoid major decision-making in the week before and after an eclipse. This is because new information that could change our perspective often is revealed in the week after the eclipse. There is absolutely no need to suspend projects already in progress. Essentially, it's better to take in right now--to observe and get in touch with feelings.
This Lunar Eclipse stimulates your solar seventh house. Surprises surrounding partnerships and relationships may be in store. Something that has been "in hiding" or brewing under the surface of things comes to light, or there is a significant fruition or culmination. This could manifest as, for example, a surprising revelation from a partner, a circumstance that calls for you to support a significant other, a flurry of activity prompted by a partner's needs or demands for your services from the general public, and other such possibilities. You now have a natural flair for sensing the needs and desires of the general public. You are likely to draw highly emotional and sensitive individuals into your social circle. Partnership "tests" are possible now, but so is a chance to truly connect to a special someone in your life.
A Solar Eclipse occurs on March 29th:
Because new information that could change our perspective can reveal itself after an eclipse, it's better to avoid major decision-making the week before and after this event. It's a time to observe and wait and see.
The Solar Eclipse marks a new beginning for you. Letting go of the past is necessary in order to move forward. This eclipse occurs in your solar first house, suggesting a new approach to your personal life, the manner in which you come across to others, and the way you assert yourself. A focus on ways to improve or enhance your presentation, appearance, or mannerisms may be part of the picture in the coming months, as well as a sense of renewal and reinvigoration regarding how you assert your needs and express yourself to others.
You have an increased awareness of your own needs during this phase. It's a very powerful time for you--a time to reinvent yourself in some personal way, such as with a new look or manner of expressing and presenting yourself.
This is a personally busy time of year when you feel energetic and enthusiastic. Think about how you present yourself to others, focus on changing personal habits in such a way as to improve your confidence in yourself, and concentrate on putting your best foot forward, as this is a time when you will get noticed and make a stronger impression on others.
However, factor in the importance of authenticity in your presentation. You do not have to, of course, reveal all of yourself to others, but it's vital to act on your impulses and believe in yourself. This is a time when you can be brave and enjoy new experiences.
Venus this Month: Love, Romance, Social Life, Comfort, Pleasure
Venus is retrograde from March 1st forward (until April 12th):
This Venus Retrograde cycle, for the most part, occurs in your first house, affecting your personal appearance and mannerisms. This cycle will strongly influence the personal image you project to others. Others may misunderstand what you do and say, and misread your body language. Others may not be seeing you in the most favorable of light, and events may be such that you feel the need to rethink the way you present yourself.
You may be coming across in a harsher, even militant manner without even realizing it. Try to keep things status quo with regards to your love life. Don't worry if a lover isn't quite "getting" you for the time being. Things will change once Venus turns direct. Also, take this time to review your instinctual responses to new things and the first impression your make on others in terms of how these things help or hinder you.
This retrograde cycle also affects the Venus-ruled sectors of your solar chart, which are your communications and intimacy sectors. You may be feeling unsupported emotionally and financially, and you may feel a little withdrawn when it comes to daily communications and light chit-chat.
Mercury this Month: Communications, Learning, Connections, Transportation
Mercury is retrograde from March 15th forward (until April 7th):
All Mercury retrograde cycles particularly affect you in terms of communications with a partner or about partnerships, as well as communications with or about family and home, because Mercury rules these areas of your life. It will be important to avoid signing any contracts or making important partnership or family/home decisions during this cycle.
Occurring in your solar first house this time, extra care should be exercised when it comes to your body language. Others may misinterpret your body language, and you should be aware of a tendency to give off mixed signals. People in your life may complain that you seem emotionally distant. You may appear uncommunicative and hard to reach, or what you say comes out wrong. This is a time to review the manner in which you come across to others--not so much whether it truly reflects your nature, but more in terms of whether it is working for or against you. Don't worry too much if others aren't quite "getting" you for the time being. Things will change once Mercury turns direct, so you might decide to try to keep status quo for the time being. You might spend more time than usual when it comes to making decisions now, and this is natural. Rushed decisions may be regretted when you change your mind later on.
Mars this Month: Energy, Drive, Courage
Until the 20th:
Mars continues to activate your solar fourth house. More energy and enthusiasm is brought to your home life, but there can also be a tendency to stir up trouble if you are not careful to channel any excess energy into constructive and productive pursuits around the home. You desire to take the lead, but you should do so in a respectful way so as not to get anyone's goat.
From the 20th forward:
Mars animates and energizes your solar fifth house. This is a very self-expressive time when you have lots of energy, but not necessarily self-discipline to match. You have more energy at your disposal to express yourself creatively, through activities with children, romantic activities, hobbies, or sports. Your love life may step up a notch, and this could be an especially passionate time. You tend to put more energy into play and pleasure! Be careful not to burn the candle at both ends. Also, watch out for a tendency to want to gamble. You are more playful than usual, and especially magnetic. You have a likeably competitive, more energetic, and pleasingly assertive temperament during this transit. However, in some cases, you may be coming on too strong or aggressively, or meeting with aggressiveness in romantic relationships.

March is a promising month for personal plans and enjoyment, dear Pisces. You’re likely to feel particularly motivated and have the room to fit in some special pursuits quite comfortably. You benefit from the Sun in your sign and Mars, having ended its retrograde recently (in February), in a supportive position to you all month.
While Mars was sluggish for several months, it’s picking up speed now–so can your projects and confidence! You feel braver as life tends to speed up, and you worry less about your next move. You may have more faith in a love relationship, a pet project, or your affections. Independence and spontaneity are more important to you.
Still, March is complicated by two eclipses and both Venus and Mercury turning retrograde. It's a time for reassessing your finances, dependencies, or emotional needs in a relationship. It’s not an ideal period for significant purchases or new commitments with Venus retrograde from the 1st onward. If you do make a big outlay, you could regret it next month. It’s better to hold on to your money now if you can. This retrograde cycle begins in your finances sector then will move back into your sign on the 27th. It will last until April 12th. As such, you could reconsider recent ventures or play a waiting game with money (and perhaps also love or intimacy).
Money and possessions are tricky areas this month, and so are matters of ownership and dependency. You may feel a little too dependent on others now, particularly if you’re waiting on a big payment or if you’re experiencing a slowdown in business, which can stir the pot. Avoid an abrupt, impatient, or defensive manner for best results. These are things that most commonly trip people up during retrograde Venus cycles. Problems with purchases made–or changes of mind regarding spending–are very likely. You might think twice about making significant investments or purchases, particularly of comfort or luxury items.
While Venus is looking back, Mars is picking up speed and in harmony with your sign, energizing your creative endeavors, hobbies, or romance. This transit helps keep things moving fairly well, especially considering the retrograde of Venus from the 1st and Mercury from the 15th. This can be an optimistic period--you’re ardent in pursuing what you want.
Your responsibilities to a special someone are hard to ignore around the Lunar Eclipse on the 14th. Personal epiphanies and revelations about relationships are likely. This is an important year for exploring matters related to independence and partnering, and events or feelings experienced now play an important role in this process.
Mercury’s retrograde from the 15th forward suggests the need to take things a step at a time. While Mercury is retrograding in your sign from the 29th forward, even more patience is necessary! Take care of unfinished business for the best results. Some personal plans may stall, and decisions may not be easy, but you’ll do well if you give yourself the room and space to reach conclusions.
March is a time for reassessing your finances, dependencies, or independence needs. It’s not an ideal period for new commitments. If you do make a significant outlay, you might later regret it or return it. However, you see money matters from a new and helpful perspective and motivation to turn over a new leaf regarding finances and relationship expectations can be strong after the Solar Eclipse on the 29th. However, it's not yet time for hard and fast decisions.
You may be hesitant to dig down too deeply or open up about personal matters with others this month. People can’t seem to touch deeper matters with you. New information about an old problem can emerge, or you may talk or think yourself to the point of a whole new perspective on business, money matters, or relationships. You might get a second chance or look at a project, purchase, or relationship. Some might find a lost item of value around the 22nd to the 24th. The insight gained now helps you begin anew and clears the slate for newly defined goals. You might find it easier than usual to let go of personal possessions or other attachments that are cluttering your life, both literally and figuratively speaking.
The Sun leaves your sign and enters your resources sector on the 20th, turning your focus more squarely on your practical affairs, money matters, and building or developing your projects and resources. A slow and steady approach is appropriate.
While the Solar Eclipse on the 29th is the final one in a set occurring in your sharing axis, it's also a new beginning. You're getting a final nudge toward reorganizing your relationship with money and things to your benefit.
On the 30th, your modern planetary ruler, Neptune, moves out of your sign and into your resources sector. While this is a huge shift, Neptune's not yet truly finished in your sign (the permanent moving-on phase will happen in 2026). For now, you benefit from more clarity regarding your personal identity.

Because these energies or transits do not unfold neatly into any given calendar month (many transits carry forward from one month to the next), you will find some of the energies continue from a previous month. For example, the Sun might transit the second house of your solar chart from June 21 to July 22, so that you will find a similar interpretation for this transit in both June and July’s horoscope. This is normal and expected. While new months can hold new energy, transits don’t abruptly change because the calendar month changes.
These monthly horoscopes also include an overview paragraph, as well as other energies specific to the month, such as retrogrades, eclipses, or major outer planet transits.
The Highlights section reveal lunar cycle dates. Lunar cycles repeat themselves approximately every 28 days, so it is normal to see the same lunar peaks, such as “Your Personal New Moon” and “Monthly career peak” repeat themselves from month to month, but with different dates. They serve as a helpful guide to cycle peaks in different areas of life, such as financial, career, romance, and partnership.
