March 2014 Horoscope for Libra
It’s time to pick up your sleeves and get down to work this month, dear Libra. You’ll have the most success if you bring more creativity to your daily routine or work. Work matters increasingly come into focus, and you could be feeling especially competent and effective in your professional life.
Even so, overall, you are likely feeling more introspective. It’s not that you lack confidence, but you tend to need to look within for answers. Questioning your plans is likely, and in fact quite necessary.
The temptation to push ahead with personal plans is strong, but circumstances could have you feeling stuck. Watch for temper tantrums – they are unlikely to go over well. You’ll be at your strongest if you tame impatience and work on projects that need fine-tuning or completion rather than adding more to your plate.
Correct misunderstandings swiftly, and don’t dwell on matters you can’t control, although the latter can be especially difficult with Mars in your sign and retrograde. The tendency to let things get to you and to stew is strong now. A close partner may be distant or hard to read this month as well. Some disconnects can happen now. These will clear up from mid-May. For now, try not to push matters (or others). Give them space, and give yourself space as well.
Fortunately, from the 5th forward, Venus is enhancing your overall charm. There can be invitations and more opportunities to enjoy yourself.
March 2014 Astrological Events for All Signs:
A New Moon occurs in the sign of the Pisces on the first day of the month, and sets the tone for most of March. Release comes through humbling ourselves to the idea that things will work out. We do not need to be “on” all the time. It’s time to give ourselves a break from daily pressures, and surrender ourselves to the idea that “what will be, will be”, at least for the time being. We awaken to the need for a spiritual vision. It’s time to revitalize ourselves through experiences that require imagination, compassion, or that simply represent a “break” from the routine.
Mars turns retrograde on March 1st, and will remain retrograde until May 19th. We are forced to re-assess our current projects, our approach to getting what we want, and our desire nature. Mars energy is essentially turned inward–it’s internalized, intensified, personalized, and perhaps pressurized. There can be pronounced passive-aggressive behavior during this cycle. We can instigate problems or arguments in our search to find a balance.
Saturn turns retrograde on the 2nd, and we tend to review or question our responsibilities and commitments as opposed to accepting them for what they are.
Jupiter turns direct on the 6th, and our confidence in ourselves and the universe builds. Especially with Saturn retrograde, we are more lighthearted now.
The 16th brings a Full Moon in the sign of Virgo, and sudden awareness to our lives, particularly of areas that require more order.
The New Moon on the 30th is in the first sign of the zodiac, Aries, and it challenges us to show a pure part of ourselves to the world. By acting upon our own inner impulses (constructive ones!) without fear, and by abandoning the need to refine these impulses based on what others might want us to do or what others think we “should” do, we learn more about ourselves. If we learn to depend on ourselves, we exude an all-new aura of strength that comes from personal integrity and confidence, and a pure and innocent charm.
