Mid-month, youre raring to go professionally, and perfectly willing to make a complete overhaul if it means greater success down the road.
Taurus
If youve been considering taking a trip or brushing up your knowledge with a course, this is a favorable month in which to solidify your plans. Your flavor for adventure runs high, but career matters capture most of your attention. Romantic feelings on the job are possible, but be aware that you are prone to idealizing others, especially business associates, around the 18th. Excellent days for just about anything–interviews, applying for loans, launching new projects–occur on the 10-12th. Use caution on the 22nd, when opposition to your plans comes from all angles.
Gemini
New Years resolutions to kick a bad habit make a lot of sense this month, when your mind is focused on self-improvement and self-mastery skills. A financial revelation comes up around the 3rd, and a strengthening of your financial position is likely on the 7th. Dont pass up an opportunity to increase your income around the 20th. Partnership matters continue to figure prominently. Around the 22nd, an unexpected partnership opportunity could arise, but avoid jumping to impulsive conclusions about any dealing with a partner now, business or personal.
Cancer
Relationships take center stage this month. There is apt to be a whole lot of negotiating, discussing, and compromising going on with a special person in your life. Full Moons are often emotional for you, but the Full Moon on the 3rd is especially so because it occurs in your sign. You may behave in ways that surprise others and even yourself! A project dear to your heart could bear fruit now. Youre ready to do a complete makeover on the job, and this is an excellent month for honing your productivity.
Leo
This is a strong month for creating balance in your work and home environments, as well as in your interactions with loved ones. Negotiating is especially favored from mid-month, when you are most open to considering others points of view. As well, you have added energy at your disposal to start or jumpstart a health and fitness program. Around the 18th, watch for over-idealizing a partner or potential partner–things are not as they seem. The last few days of the month are influential for earning respect, mending fences, and signing contracts.
Virgo
January is one of the strongest periods of the year for your powers of attraction. This is a time when showing the rest of the world that you know how to have fun increases your influence. In the last two weeks of the month, a real estate or property opportunity could arise. You could also become embroiled in a conflict between domestic demands and those of a close partnership. Watch for the 18th, when you are not seeing a job matter or co-worker clearly. The 20-22 is a fabulous period for personal influence and work matters.
Libra
Lucky circumstances surrounding communications are in store for you this month. An application or interview could come through, or good news arrives at exactly the right moment. Around the time of the Full Moon on the 3rd, a career project may be completed or bear fruit. The 10-12 is a period when opportunities abound. A close partnership intensifies around the 13th, when an important conversation ensues. A romantic opportunity could arise around the 18th, but do be careful that you are seeing things clearly. From the 19th, strengthening domestic ties comes into focus.
Scorpio
Errands, paperwork, and short trips are bound to keep you on your toes this month. A close partnership stabilizes–you can count on your special someone to keep life easygoing and secure. Finances are especially strong, particularly around the 12th and 22nd, when opportunities to increase your cash flow could arise, seemingly from out of the blue. A burst of energy and confidence is with you around the 13th. Apply it to a constructive pursuit and focus on one important endeavor rather than scattering your energy. Sometimes less is more!
Sagittarius
The luckiest planet, Jupiter, is your ruler and just happens to be in your sign for most of 2007. Capricorn
January is a month in which you can be especially influential in a quiet way. Watch for your world to speed up in the last two weeks of the month, when you are ready to go solo with an important project. Listen to what a partner has to say around the 3rd. Although it may seem overly emotional or even irrational to you, it’s better not to jump to conclusions nor sweep anything under the rug. The 18th could bring a financial opportunity, but make sure you read all the fine print.
Aquarius
The year begins charmingly for you. An easygoing energy is with you this month–a pleasing balance of activity and rest, self-assertion and compromise, work and pleasure. Any matter that requires people skills, charm, and verbal prowess is favored from mid-month, when you are especially convincing. A project or investment that you may have given up on could surprise you with some movement and possible returns. Life moves along quite flowingly for you right now, and it’s best to appreciate the smooth energy than to take it for granted.
Pisces

This is an excellent month for presenting your ideas, making appointments, networking, going on interviews, and establishing membership in a group of like-minded individuals. A romantic opportunity occurs around the 18th, and it likely involves a person you already know. A career opportunity that seems to come out of the blue could arise in the last two weeks of the month. Before jumping into it blind, do your best to consider all of your options.
