Free Reports Section – Technical Issues
In the past 1-2 days, some people have been experiencing glitches in the Free Reports section of the site after a software update wherein charts are no longer saving, making it difficult to access all of the features of the free reports area. I hope to get this resolved soon and apologize for the inconvenience. Switching browsers helps in many cases, so in the meantime, you might want to try, for example, moving from Chrome to Firefox or vice versa as a temporary solution. This may only work if you are returning to a device or browser you used to access the Free Reports section in the past.
