True North Node enters Aquarius

The True North Node of the Moon enters the sign of Aquarius

The True North Node is in Aquarius from July 26, 2026, to March 26, 2028.

While the North Node of the Moon transits the sign of Aquarius, it’s a time to embrace our humanitarian, community-oriented, and forward-looking sides.

If we’ve found ourselves too attached to the drama of romance and personal relationships or perhaps willful and overly focused on getting what we want, this is a powerful cycle for correcting the imbalance. In fact, benefits come to us as we do so.

It’s a time to address and work on fears in relationships by offering freedom to our partners instead of expecting them to act as we want them to act, to accept that we are all equal and that we can still be special if we belong to a community. We’re now working toward greater impartiality. It’s a powerful time to cultivate sensitivity to the needs of others.

Our personal relationships and romances will suffer when we take things too personally or expect others to follow a certain script that we have unconsciously written for them. Learning to let go of an excessive need for drama and attention as we move towards a more objective approach to our lives can help us achieve a greater sense of balance. Cultivating true friendships is in the focus now.

Our path is learning to be more impartial and less possessive in relationships and with creative projects if this is needed. As we learn to let go of the need for a passionate chase, satisfaction will come. This is a time during which we should solve problems that require thinking “outside of the box” and looking to the future with a brand new, positive, and hopeful vision.

Activities that benefit us during this period include brainstorming, extending a friendly hand, graciously receiving support, and expressing platonic love for those around us. We might learn to sometimes give our emotions and passions a “break” as we develop more objectivity and some detachment from past haunts. We might take the chance to revitalize ourselves through experiences that are new or simply different. It’s a time to recognize that some level of detachment and distancing ourselves from our habits and attachment to the past will help us break away from destructive behaviors that are holding us back.

It’s a powerful cycle for contributing to our community and working towards the common good.
