The Moon spends the day in Sagittarius, and this afternoon, the First Quarter Moon occurs as the Sagittarius Moon forms a square to the Virgo Sun. Our initiative is strong, although it tends to come as a result of conflict or tension. It can be a time of stress, clashing, and discord, but also of great energy, motivation, and growth. We may be feeling especially ambitious and competitive.

However, we may not know where to go with these feelings. We’re heading toward a Mars-Uranus sesquiquadrate, exact early tomorrow, and we can be itching for a change, but not entirely sure where to start. Of course, this can get us into a bit of trouble if we’re not mindful.

As well, a Sun-Neptune opposition will occur tomorrow morning, and we can feel some of its discontent today. We’ve been paying more attention to service to others and our physical health, and we may need to take a step back for spiritual refreshment.
