The Moon spends the day in Cancer, and we’re connecting with our need for nurture. The Sun is biquintile to Neptune, and Mercury is sesquiquadrate to Neptune this morning, however, and we’re seeking inspiration. It can feel especially good to put our faith in someone or something, and we tend to see the spiritual dimensions or imaginative elements of our pursuits.

However, we tend to avoid confrontation, trying to sidestep issues or take an indirect approach. It’s not an ideal time for clear thinking and handling details.

A Jupiter-Saturn transit today is the first of three aspects in a set that runs until September 2027. With this influence, when we think big or feel an urge to expand, we confront obstacles or need to face reality. Re-structuring of our lives and business goals may now be in order.

There is no “easy fix” right now–we need to keep working hard and can make good progress, even if it’s a bit stop-and-start. It may be better to breathe new life into old plans rather than strike out with a new one altogether.

We should watch for overextension, which can lead to frustration.
