Thursday, OCTOBER 15

The Sun forms a sextile with Jupiter this morning and continues to inspire us and offer us a sense of progress and opportunity. We recognize our talents and want to use them well. It’s a favorable influence for marketing, publishing, and advertising, as well as self-promotion. We may be especially sociable, tolerant, and generous under this influence. We’re looking to grow, discover, and improve.

Enthusiasm runs high, and cooperation comes easily. It’s easier than usual to rise above petty problems and differences.

Today’s Sagittarius Moon hooks into this energy as it harmonizes with both the Sun and Jupiter. We’re more idealistic than usual, perhaps expecting a lot from our lives. We’re especially interested in what’s true, just, and fair today.

Also today, Pluto turns direct after retrograde motion since May 6th. There can be inner rumblings as we sense something is coming. This happens after over five months of retrograde motion, and its station adds intensity to all we do and feel today and this week.

Over the coming weeks, our power to make profound changes in our lives is more externalized, insistent, and direct. We are less likely to brood over changes that feel thrust upon us and more likely to take matters into our own hands and make the necessary changes. For now, we might sit on the fence.

The Moon is void from 5:56 PM EDT, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (a sextile to the Sun), until the Moon enters Capricorn tomorrow, Friday, October 16th, at 8:57 AM EDT.
