The Moon spends the day in the sign of in-the-moment Aries, and we can be itching for something new.

However, with today’s Mars-Neptune minor square, we may believe the route to our desires is a roundabout one. There can be some disorganization or an urge to act upon an unrealistic fantasy or unusual impulse. It’s hard to know what we want and where we’re headed under this influence, and passive-aggressive behavior is possible, as we may not feel effective enough to take direct action or assert ourselves directly. It may be best to wait things out to see if a sudden feeling passes.

Seeing holes or losing some confidence in our plans, desires, and pursuits can be more of a symptom of the need for a bit of inspiration or a well-deserved break than it is a sign that the plans are lacking.

Of course, if there are flaws, adjustments may be necessary. Otherwise, we may need to rest or recuperate before pressing forward.

On the other hand, Mercury forms a sextile to the North Node, and we might connect with information or people who encourage us to grow, improve, or move forward.

The Moon aligns with Venus and harmonizes with Mars later today, easing our path, especially with the murkiness of Mars-Neptune in the rear view mirror. We want to start fresh and move on, and we have no interest in dwelling on the past. We can be excited about our personal plans. It’s a time to tune into our initiative and independence.
