The Moon continues its transit of Leo until it heads into Virgo at 10:37 AM EDT. The Leo Moon continues to encourage our need to play, express ourselves, and create. This Moon encourages our theatrical, playful, and competitive side.

The Leo Moon harmonizes with Chiron just before the Moon enters Virgo, promoting healing and reconciliation. Because we’re not inclined to worry over details or rely too heavily on rationale, it’s easier to see the bigger picture.

In fact, Chiron moves into Taurus today after spending many years in the sign of Aries, though Chiron’s not quite finished with Aries! This is because Chiron will begin its retrograde at a very early point in its transit of Taurus and will head back into Aries in September. It won’t be until April 2027 when Chiron resumes its transit of Taurus consistently.

Starting today, however, we get a sneak peek of this energy. While Chiron is in Taurus, we’ll be rebuilding our sense of self-worth. Sensitive points include our feelings about comfort, indulgence, money, personal belongings, and our values. We’ll learn to focus on our needs in healthy doses without feeling guilty.
