This is an excellent period for starting new regimens to better your health and well-being, such as regular exercise, more structured and productive use of your time, and so forth. By the time this transit ends (in 2014) you will be considerably more productive, healthy, and focused.

Uranus continues to affect your friendships and to enliven your social circle. Over recent years, changes in your social circle have been occurring, and you are meeting new and unusual people. You may join a group that is devoted to metaphysics or some non-mainstream topic, if you haven’t already. You are drawn to people who are free-spirited at this point in your life. Friendships that are stodgy or limiting may very well be left behind. You have a strong ability to see each person for who they are as unique individuals, and this helps endear you to others. However, friendships may come and go during this cycle.

The influence of Neptune is similar to last year. Neptune continues to transit your solar tenth house, as it has been doing for a number of years, putting a cloud over your goals and mystery surrounding your reputation. Your worldly goals may be watered down during this cycle, as you focus more on personal affairs. Others may not be seeing you for who you are, but rather what they’d like you to be. Try not to encourage this behavior, as tempting as it might be to do so. Some of you might be leaning towards a more spiritual, creative, or artistic career.

Eclipses in 2011 fall in your solar second and eighth houses and your solar first and seventh houses. You are learning about the comfort levels of important others in your life. Essentially, you are learning to share and to surrender yourself (in a balanced manner!) to intimacy. Personal finances come into strong focus. How well have you taken care of your finances? More importantly, have you taken charge of your personal sense of security? Take charge of your life by taking the necessary steps to make yourself feel comfortable and secure. You are called upon to make a stand and to tend to your comfort levels. If you do so, the positive effects will ricochet back into your intimate life. It’s possible that some drama occurs with regards to a spouse’s income, or your taxes and investments. It may be time to settle some of your debts, financial or otherwise. What makes you feel comfortable and secure needs to be balanced with attention to other people’s needs and comfort levels. Additionally, issues of personal courage, confidence, and independence come to the fore this year as well. You may, for example, receive a cosmic push towards expressing yourself more creatively and experience an increased drive to take charge of your life. Issues surrounding personal appearance, the body, and your image become especially important and, in some cases, critical. Basically, you will be learning to stand on your own two feet! Partnerships may be tested, but there is nothing to fear if the relationship is strong. The seventh house represents an important one-to-one relationship–a marriage partner, significant other, business partner, or an adversary. It’s time to strike a balance between your own needs and those of another. It’s time to compromise and negotiate.

A positive connection between your twelfth and eighth houses this year suggests that you are likely to discover resources that you never knew you had. Help seems to be magically there when you need it, and your own awesome strength and faith is always there to draw upon. Imaginative undertakings could boost your income this year. You could be working on a project in solitude or behind the scenes, and when you do come out with it, it could be quite profitable. Jupiter trines Pluto in July and then again in October. This transit generally favors business, the law, and commerce. We might enjoy increased influence, faith, and insight now. The desire for more personal significance can lead us to give of ourselves or motivate us to more ambitiously pursue personal or professional goals. The ability to sway or persuade can be enhanced now. One of the most positive uses of this transit involves taking steps to better ourselves. We might solve a problem that has been in existence for some time, or capitalize upon a resource that was previously hidden or unacknowledged. Jupiter also forms favorable aspects to Neptune and Chiron from June forward. For you, fortunate connections to others can be made. Close partnerships might expand or grow, or you might have opportunities to form a new partnership. You might also take better charge of your finances, particularly those shared with others or income derived from other sources than your own personal income. Emotional and financial support may be more forthcoming. Increased intimacy in a partnership can also figure strongly in the latter half of 2011.
