Spirit Success
Astrology Chart Interpretation for Jennifer Aniston
Introduction
This Spirit Success Report interprets the places of the planets at the time of your birth, describing your personal houses, sign placements, and planetary aspects.
These astrological delineations depict your potential and how to make the most of it, or the challenges you will continue to face and how to confront and benefit from them. Though you may change through experience, your inherent characteristics will still motivate how you act and react to circumstances. How you handle yourself is really a clue to your success, and it is up to you to make the “right” choices.
Here are the parts which make up your chart:
HOUSES: Govern sections of your life, e.g., your money, your health, your partners, etc. They are also meaningful as to where your early interests lie and if they are worth pursuing.
SIGNS: Contribute feelings or vibrations to “color” planets, e.g., MERCURY rules GEMINI and VIRGO and emphasizes their qualities of thought, travel, health, and work. JUPITER rules SAGITTARIUS and higher education, spiritual growth, and law.
ASPECTS: Are angles combining the planets in the SIGNS/HOUSES that trigger the manner in which you will be influenced or can handle your qualities to advantage, e.g., MERCURY (thought) TRINE (in good aspect to) JUPITER (education and law) may indicate that you can succeed as a counselor in legal matters.
A “Strength” number precedes each ASPECT interpretation towards the end of the reading. This number synthesizes how exact is the aspect, whether the aspect is major or minor, and whether an aspecting planet is close to one of the four chart angles. The higher the Strength, the more you are likely to feel the aspect and to live it out in your life.
You are most likely to feel and act out the Spirit Success Report’s sign and house placement interpretations when the planets involved are strong in your chart. This is true especially of the outer planets, Jupiter through Pluto.
Planets in Signs and Houses
Libra Ascendant
(The Gracious)
If your mouth is not a Cupid’s bow and your teeth need capping, never mind! Your smile can put sunshine into a cloudy day, anyway. You are cordial and courteous under the most trying circumstances and seldom lose your poise. You’re a good listener; also a scintillating and intelligent conversationalist. Your weakness is your indecisiveness, but your first choice is usually right, if only you could decide to accept it. Oh well! Nobody’s perfect!
Sun in Aquarius
(Keynote: I KNOW)
You are optimistic, innovative, philosophical and humane, but are capable of being eccentric, indifferent, rebellious and temperamental. You are motivated by inherent feelings that amount to enlightenment. Your interest in humanity puts you in contact with a variety of people to whom you can relate with equality. Your dispassionate nature confuses those who would form attachments. Like an astronaut, you expect your partners to respect the independence you treasure and permit the freedom your creativity demands. Ideally, you will one day contribute your special gifts to the evolution of man.
Sun in the Fourth House
(The Favorite)
You will probably think of your childhood as a happy time and relate well to your parents. Part of your attitude is because you take responsibility for your siblings, who look to you for counseling, as well as creating the fun and games of which all children are fond. Because of your closeness, you may rely too much upon one another and have few outside contacts, but you’ll regard close friends as family and entertain in your home. If you need psychological counseling at some time, you’ll easily recall early experiences to which a therapist can relate and discover the root of your problems.
Abundant Air
You seem to live for mental exploration. Discovering and communicating the connections between ideas, people, and places is your function in life. Your active mind is good at identifying new frontiers whose basics you quickly master, so that you end up knowing something about almost everything. You have a dispassionate nature that coolly considers the pros and cons of a situation, able to place logic above personal emotion. From your mental viewpoint, emotions look irrational. You make a good negotiator, sales person, communicator, arbitrator, analyst, and information processor. Ideas flow quickly for you. While impersonal and dispassionate, you nonetheless thrive on communication and social interaction. At your best, you strive to understand and accept people, not to change them. Courageously, you adhere to principles. You appreciate culture, structure, and systems.
Your greatest strength is also your weakness, namely too much coolness from placing head above heart. Leaders must be able to follow their hearts without being indecisive or equivocating. And you ignore your real connection to others if you use your mental gifts to coldly manipulate them. Try to avoid isolation by functioning as part of a team in which your logic, analysis, and communication skills are put to good use. Work with others who may be more practical, sensitive, or passionate than are you. Don’t keep your good ideas inside, but write them down and communicate them to others.
Abundant Fire
You are an active, future-oriented person who is not weighed down by past commitments. You take advantage of new opportunities better than most. Life for you can be a vibrant affair in which you passionately pursue causes, lovers, and experiences. You have the self-confidence to be a leader. Competitive and flamboyant, you have little patience for slow people or unexciting work. When an activity interests you, you can be very generous with your time, energy, and money. Find outlets for your gifts of creativity and intuition.
Watch out for a tendency to exaggerate or to be insensitive to others’ feelings. More cautious types may envy and resent your free spirit and competitive nature. You get bored easily and may depend on others to finish the projects that you start. When your warmth is guided by love, wisdom, and positive goals you have the ability to heal and inspire others, but when you focus on your self or lack direction, your short-lived passions can affect others in destructive ways.
Lack of Earth
You may be so focused on the “bigger picture” that you have difficulty managing the many details of life. Balancing your checkbook or leaving your bedroom clean may seem beyond your abilities. Other tasks may be important, but you find it hard to concentrate long enough to complete them. Knowing your own lack of concentration and self-discipline, you may cling to established routines because you know that you are able to do important things through force of habit. If you do not flit from job to job, you could hold onto a job or a relationship for too long because you do not trust that you will be secure without it.
Your lack of real world perspective may make it hard for you to distinguish that which really matters from that which is unimportant, so that you sometimes focus on small things while leaving the really big things undone. You may say that you care about money, but unless you have abundant planets in the houses of Substance, you will not execute a detailed plan to get it. If you can avoid driving them up the wall, enlist the help of those more grounded than yourself in order to turn your inspirations into reality.
A lack of planets in Earth signs can be offset by an Earth sign ascendant or by abundant planets in the houses of Substance.
Lack of Water
For you the world of feelings may be terra incognita. Close interpersonal relations, which require the expression of feelings, and empathy for others’ feelings, do not come naturally or easily for you. You have difficulty putting yourself in someone else’s shoes in order to feel what they feel. You will learn how to deal with life in a tough, mental sort of way. People looking for someone to empathize with them should not come to you. Those people who are comfortable with you are not looking for emotional closeness. It’s not that you don’t have emotions and feelings, but they do not come out easily in your relationships. If you are an artist, they may come out in your art. You probably take refuge from the difficulty of forming emotional connections by concentrating on intellectual, practical, or inspired activity. Your best companions would be those who are able to inhabit these realms with you, but who are also in touch with their feelings. They can help you to contact your own feelings and teach you to respect and honor other people’s feelings.
A lack of planets in Water signs can be offset by a Water sign ascendant or by abundant planets in the houses of Endings.
Moon in Sagittarius
(The Prophet)
You have a gift of farsightedness, which lets you see an entire picture instead of fragments available to others. You amaze yourself at what your mind can conceive and often achieve with little effort, as though you were born to succeed. You are open and frank, and for the most part, kind, but your thoughtless remarks can leave a wrong impression or create enemies. A need for physical activity should not be ignored. Otherwise, you can suffer “burn out” from too many mental gyrations, which will throw your balance and make you less efficient in your rush to attain your ambitions.
Moon in the Second House
(The Collector)
You may take some time to settle into a job. Bank a portion of your paycheck — even ask someone to manage your money for you. Otherwise you may become a compulsive spender, gathering possessions which may substitute for emotional needs. Going it alone, you may identify too closely with your possessions. In choosing a partner, it should be a person who is appreciative of your spiritual, as well as material growth and is willing to contribute and grow with you.
Mercury in Aquarius
(The Capricious)
You may have the inventive qualities of an Edison or an Einstein, but instead of being an “egghead” may end with “egg on your face.” You look towards tomorrow, but seldom at yesterday, where you might profit from experience. You are often seen as “unfeeling” because you neglect loved ones in taking the freedom to be a friend to others. Include those closest to you in your aspirations. They admire your unusual gifts and offer the support you need for success.
Mercury in the Fourth House
(The Librarian)
You are most comfortable in familiar surroundings. Parental attachments may delay your “leaving the nest” to be on your own. Your home may be your office, or you see your office as a “second home.” Though an avid reader, you seldom share the wealth of your fine mind. In games of strategy you have no peer. You have much to offer. Expand your horizons. Let others begin to know you. You can maintain privacy, but invite the world to beat a path to your door.
Venus in Aries
(The Wire-walker)
You are an extremist who is sweetly disposed or aggressively angry in unpredictable turns. If you decide to be a pianist, you will devote hours and months to study and practice; then trade it in on a clarinet. Look for a balance that will keep you from impulsively falling in love, marrying, divorcing, and marrying again. You are a handful of dynamite in an appealing package. Only in moderation can you find the stability you need for the happiness you deserve.
Venus in the Sixth House
(The Potter)
Money may be fairly easy for you to earn, but you will have to suppress a desire to spend it as quickly as you receive your paycheck. You’ll be popular with co-workers and your employers and have a talent of making the best out of even-undesirable work environs. Your attitude is that of a potter, intent, not on the wet clay on his hands, but on the beautiful object he will produce through patience, effort and understanding of the shape he is molding.
Mars in Scorpio
(The Excessive)
Many are attracted to your powerful magnetism, but may be frightened by the intensity with which you approach life in general and your desires in particular. You are in touch with your emotions, and may be governed by them so need discipline to succeed. You live on a grandiose scale. Everything is magnified by ten-plus and receives the full force of your energy until you are satisfied with your achievements. You are an unrelenting foe and the most magnanimous of friends.
Mars in the Second House
(The Moneymaker)
Money, possessions and things you personally value will always be important to you. The danger is that egoistic Mars can be obsessive and the acquisition of money may represent your only achievement. While money is power, your life-values are a different kind of wealth. At some time, you will need a partner to manage your assets. It is only by sharing what you have earned OR learned that you receive full benefit of what you have achieved.
Jupiter in Libra
(The Goddess)
Use your fairy gifts of beauty, charm, and grace wisely. Your artistic talents may bring you a prominent place in the public eye. Partners are all-important. You extend yourself to assure that you are worthy of them. You may fulfill your dearest wish that the world will be a happier place and its citizens find contentment because you have walked among them.
Jupiter in the Twelfth House
(The Good Samaritan)
You enjoy doing good works anonymously and receive pleasure from knowledge that you benefit others. You may choose programs of institutional reform or a career in medicine to indulge your charitable work. Through acts of mercy, you feed your soul and will find numerous ways to swell your spirit.
Saturn in Aries
(The Repressed)
You may fight against restrictions imposed upon you, but if you insist on doing things “your” way, you will find stumbling blocks in your path and doors that should open will close. Patience and forbearance will enforce the discipline to climb to the heights you struggle to gain. In later years, you will receive the rewards you desire now. Your solid foundations will last long after you have passed the frustration it took to achieve your purpose.
Saturn in the Sixth House
(The Wage-slave)
You will work very hard, are responsible, and follow orders to the letter. You try to finish what you start. However, you don’t always get along with your co-workers, who see you as a threat to their proficiency and refuse to share your tasks. You may feel isolated and assume extra duties until your job becomes drudgery. For you, the reward of work is in the work itself. If that isn’t enough, find ways to share your pride in achievement with others.
Uranus in Libra
(The Bohemian)
You have artistic talent and appreciate modern, as well as traditional forms. You are intelligent, ambitious and determined, but may change your goals too often. Your creative imagination and intuitive gifts blend well. Relationships are trying, as you choose unlikely companions. You make enemies because of unusual ideas, independence and your caustic wit. Once your efforts are channeled, you may attract opportunities that will lead to the success you have dreamed of.
Uranus in the Twelfth House
(The Subversive)
You may work a lifetime to escape the harassment of those who don’t understand you. You tend to be reclusive under pressure, but this is not the answer to your problems. The secrets of your subconscious mind are waiting to be discovered. Your dreams may hold clues as to why negative ideas surface unbidden during your waking moments. Fortunately, you will attract the proper teachers to help you understand yourself when their advice is most needed.
Neptune in Scorpio
(The Initiator)
You take great delight in other people’s secrets and may use them to advantage. If you have information that needs disclosure for the benefit of others, you may expose it in a subtle, but effective way. You may also use your knowledge to promote a principle or public figures while working behind the scenes. A leaning towards self-indulgence needs careful monitoring so that your strength is not used in abusive ways, but as a benefactor who prefers to remain anonymous.
Neptune in the Second House
(The Squanderer)
You are indeed the grasshopper of Aesop’s Fables, tending to spend more than you earn without a thought for what tomorrow may bring. It is hard to define your values. Though you lean toward the spiritual, you find it irresistible to accumulate beautiful, but useless objects. Try to establish a habit of thrift in your early years. Distinguish between “wanting” and “needing” before you open your generous purse once too often and find yourself in the Poor House!
Pluto in the Eleventh House
(The Searcher)
You may want something with all your heart, but when you get it, decide it’s not what you want at all. This is also true of people traveling in a sort of perpetual motion through your life. Examine your relationships closely to determine whether their influence is positive or negative. In time, meaningless friendships will end and when you sort out your values and are sure of your goals, you’ll take your rightful place in the universe and find it fits like a glove.
Cancer Midheaven
You will be attracted to a career which allows you to maintain strong family ties. A career which allows you to be nurturing or productive will give you emotional and creative satisfaction. You are good at sensing and supplying the needs of the public. Security is important to you. It can cause you to value money for its own sake rather than for what it will buy. Recognize that security also comes from loyalty and honesty in your business relationships. You are capable of making personal sacrifices in order to nurture the growth of those with whom you work.
Although you are good at switching careers because of your good sense of timing, avoid an indiscriminate, profligate lifestyle which would leave you with no permanent home base or relationship bonds. You need to have a home of your own and a settled existence. If you were the proprietor of a little shop, this could be a second home for you.
Occupations consistent with your nurturing style of work include home- or family-oriented businesses, restaurant owner or manager, real-estate broker, jobs connected with fluids or the public, politician, teacher, counselor, manufacturer, musician, entertainer, dancer, art dealer, advertiser, marketer, nurse or doctor. For the most personal career guide, also consider the nature of any planets which fall in the 10th house or conjoin the Midheaven, the sign and house placements of the moon, ruler of the Midheaven, and any aspects which other planets make to the Midheaven.
North Node in Aries
(The Uncertain)
You project confidence, but are plagued with doubt that you can produce all that you promise. You dislike calling others for assistance because it means exposing your soft underbelly. When you learn you have many supporters waiting to follow your lead, you may discover that “your own person” is the “you” you wanted to be all along.
North Node in the Sixth House
(The Healer)
You must overcome your fear of the unknown before your restorative powers become evident. At times, your own physical ailments and surprising recoveries will call attention to your gifts until you are confident to explore and refine them. Acknowledgment of your own self-worth is repayment for the years granted to serve your fellow man.
Planets in Aspect
Sun square Mars (Strength: 6.55)
(The Outraged)
It is difficult for you to see a need for concession. You have no patience with another’s input when you are confident you are right. You may work harder than others and your ego demands you receive full credit. If denied or opposed, your fiery reactions may eclipse the rewards you have earned. By learning that compromise is the blending of positive energies, you employ the wisdom of a respected master instead of the mandates of a tyrant welcomed by none.
Moon trine Saturn (Strength: 5.91)
(The Grounded)
You have a mature outlook and a knack of balancing needs and desires. You permit yourself latitude to plan ahead and prepare yourself for success. An image of what is worthwhile in relationships causes you to seriously examine potentials before involving yourself in commitment. Your excellent discipline may appear as deprivation to others, but the durable results you achieve prove any personal sacrifice rewarding and suit your pragmatic lifestyle to a “T.”
Moon square Pluto (Strength: 5.71)
(The Durable)
Constant challenges for change control your deepest feelings because your emotional turbulence can be destructive. Power struggles with others indicate power struggles within yourself which must be brought to light for resolution. Sometimes you will be attracted to that which is absolutely wrong for you but will pursue it anyway to your detriment. Recognize your difficulties as opportunities for evolvement. You have more than adequate fortitude to survive and benefit.
Sun sextile Moon (Strength: 4.90)
(The Serene)
You are easy-going and easy to get along with. You don’t look for trouble, so don’t usually find it. You dislike “taking sides” with friends because it disrupts the harmony you enjoy. If there are difficulties, you will try to resolve them in the simplest way. You confront your own problems without emotional turbulence and make short work of any negative attitudes that crop up as self-deprecation or depressions that might destroy your pleasant outlook.
Jupiter conjunct Uranus (Strength: 4.21)
(The Unexpected)
You may be caught off-balance, but have sufficient confidence to regain your footing and make the most of what lies ahead. You are optimistic and feel that “everything is for the best” so are undaunted by a few bumps and jolts along the way to unusual opportunities that dot your path. If your landscape were smooth and without hills to climb, you would think it dull and long for the excitement you seem to invite or create as a part of your adventurous lifestyle.
Mercury trine Uranus (Strength: 3.81)
(The Ingenious)
You enjoy all forms of mental challenge and activity, particularly if it means interaction with others you find exciting or who can contribute new and different ideas. You may show a gift for languages which will prove useful in visiting foreign lands, since you are an inveterate and intrepid traveler with a large curiosity bump to satisfy. You find unusual ways to extricate yourself from obstacles or, better still, turn them into stepping stones.
Sun sextile Saturn (Strength: 3.60)
(The Laborer)
Once others learn of your dependability, you will be in demand as a serious worker. It may take you longer to gather the knowledge you need or to complete a job, but you seldom make mistakes and are meticulous in completing your tasks, no matter how tedious the assignment. The same is true of your personal development, but narrowness is a flaw in your otherwise commendable qualities. Develop tolerance for those who may not have your patience to persevere.
Mars sextile Pluto (Strength: 3.26)
(The Resolved)
Your determination to succeed can take you to the top of the heap. You tackle challenges, assured of necessary strength in surmounting obstacles. Avoid a messianic complex that you are “the” person to bring about the salvation of others, regardless of their opinions or feelings. You have the ability to dissect your own problems and settle them with practical solutions. In the process, you may discover the transforming power of regeneration within you.
Mercury sextile Neptune (Strength: 3.10)
(The Insightful)
Inner perception works to your advantage when negotiating with those who are usually difficult to fathom. You “feel” more than “comprehend,” so can often satisfy the needs of others that are overlooked by those who deal strictly with reality. If you successfully balance your understanding of spiritual and material values, you can share your knowledge with others and encourage them to develop their potential on a higher level than many would consider practical.
Sun inconjunct Pluto (Strength: 2.81)
(The Over-zealous)
Your determination to have things your way can work against you, especially if you refuse to adapt to change. You may find yourself in power plays because of an attitude that “Yours is the only way!” Unrelenting pressures may be self-imposed, but if you are a bully, you will attract those who enjoy fighting. Instead of hurling yourself at the top, learn patience. Seek, Find and GROW. You can leave this life stronger, wiser, and more successful than when you entered it.
Venus opposite Jupiter (Strength: 2.03)
(The Indulgent)
No one really wants to disturb your “head in the sand” attitude of dealing with reality because you are so likable and easygoing. Your worst habits of overspending, overeating or imbibing in things that are generally not good for you will eventually take their toll. That you encourage others to follow suit is inevitable. Exercise enough self-criticism and discipline to assure that you and they are not self-decimating or found wanting when the rent is due.
Sun square Neptune (Strength: 1.73)
(The Disoriented)
You may feel “lost.” Misdirection in your life can result in repeated defeats and feelings of inadequacy. Energy drops may be frequent so that you “never really feel good.” You are at the center of your problems, so you, alone, hold the solutions. It is not easy to reprogram for success, but begin by building resources in both body and mind. Your idealism will encourage you to continue to believe that “life is what you make it” and can be beautiful, indeed.
Mercury trine Jupiter (Strength: 1.53)
(The Assertive)
You have big plans which you like to discuss with others. You exchange ideas and receive the support of your friends. Once clear in your goals, you’ll have no trouble convincing others that you know what you’re talking about and should be given a chance to prove yourself. You are an excellent salesperson or counselor. In either case, you have the attention of others who respect your opinion and enjoy from you a positive output which contributes to your success.
Mars conjunct Neptune (Strength: 1.18)
(The Converse)
You are dealing with energies diametrically opposed, but can achieve balance if you notice or anticipate sudden bursts of or drops in endurance. By using your intuition, you may be aware of those who try to involve you in nefarious activities or take advantage by appealing to your ego. Gather your resources when you are discouraged or lack the drive to launch your dreams. Objectivity instead of subjectivity may furnish answers otherwise unacceptable to your sensitive nature.
Mars inconjunct Saturn (Strength: 0.48)
(The Controlled)
You may feel the world is against you because of restrictions you may have earned! An illusion that you must become an adult overnight may mean that you are in a hurry to grow up. If you turn frustrations inward, you may invite fevers or other physical drains. If you do not receive recognition for your hard work, you might adapt the philosopher’s view that “The highest reward for honest toil is not what you get for it, but what you become by it!”
Venus opposite Uranus (Strength: 0.24)
(The Disparate)
You must beware of “get rich quick” schemes and cautious in your selection of partners. Only time will distinguish between a harmonious relationship and a passing fancy. Curb your impulsiveness if you are attracted to those too different in background and values. Question whether you can adjust to inherent challenges. If you cannot settle for a conventional union, you may avoid commitment by indulging in improper mergers or with those unavailable as permanent companions.
Mercury trine Pluto (Strength: 0.14)
(The Novice)
You view yourself as a perpetual student of life, an apprentice who has much to learn, so will attract those who can increase your knowledge. Your interest may include studies of self-enlightenment, such as psychology, psychotherapy or metaphysical sciences. You will concentrate on that to which you feel drawn or “called,” and at which you prove most adept. Eventually, you may share your knowledge, but only when you feel worthy of the universal degree of “Master.”
Balance of Elements and Modalities
Abundant Substance

The rules of the world come easily to you. Others admire and depend on your hard work and practical nature. If you get depressed, make time for recreation and family.
Abundant Endings
With abundant planets in the houses of endings, you are probably sensitive, moody, and introspective. You are not afraid to show your feelings and make an empathetic listener to the problems and feelings of others. You have been around the track enough yourself to sense what others are going through and to show that you care. You are not the most intellectual or practical person. You can be easily swayed by an appeal to your emotions.
Balanced Sign Modalities
