Astrology & Money: What’s Your Wealth Quotient?
Author: Beverly Flynn
Astrology Level: 2/3
Our Rating: B+
Part One of Astrology & Money: What’s Your Wealth Quotient? is devoted to indicators of wealth in astrology, and Part Two offers readers a “new look at money”a metaphysical approach to money.
In Part One, indicators of wealth in the natal chart are explored. The author explains indicators of wealth potential in terms of planets, signs, houses, and aspects. Traditional significators of money are offered, as well as some newer insights. The Vertex, for example, is presented as an important consideration for wealth potential. Some attention is also given to the timing of money and wealth.
A Wealth Quotient test is offered in Part One. Readers can take the test and compare their score with famous wealthy people. The test sounds a little gimmicky, but it is actually quite fun and can be viewed as a summary of the author’s take on which positions are most lucrative, in list format. The entire book, in fact, is very positive.
Next up is the question of “when?”. A chapter is devoted to transits, progressions, eclipses, the Saturn Return, the Chiron Return, the Nodes of the Moon, and the Vertex and what role each plays in the timing of money opportunities. Another chapter discusses options for those whose “wealth quotient” is on the low side.
Part Two discusses money in history, and what money represents. The idea behind this exploration is to find ways to improve your attitude towards money by exploring what exactly money means to you. The basic suggestion is to “chase the goal instead of the money”, and suggestions on visualization techniques are offered.
All in all, this book offers both practical pointers and food for thought.
