Mercury forms a square to Pluto this morning, and we can experience mental tension or tense communications. We can become obsessed with getting our message across and determined that others agree with our ideas. This aspect may play to our insecurities and fears that we’re not getting all the information we need. Mental anxiety or troubles could manifest now.

As such, we should avoid attempts to force our opinions on others and strive to maintain an open mind. Compulsive thinking is possible, but with self-awareness and mindfulness, we might engage in in-depth, penetrating communication or think more deeply about a matter.

The Sun moves into the sign of Libra today, where it will transit until October 23rd. In the month ahead, we focus on balancing our personal environments and relationships. It’s a time for considering alternatives and others’ needs, agendas, and desires. Meeting people halfway, compromising, and negotiating come under the rule of Libra.

Decision-making can be more challenging while the Sun is in Libra. We weigh both sides of any situation, and sometimes this process goes on too long!
