The Moon spends the day in the sign of Aries. With this morning’s Moon-Jupiter trine, we can be feeling optimistic about our prospects, and the Aries Moon is ready to tackle any challenge it may face. The Moon’s squares to Saturn and Pluto, and early tomorrow, to Mars, suggests our responsibilities and ambitions can be loud distractions or concerns now.

Mercury enters Leo today, where it will transit until July 17th. From July 7-31, Mercury will retrograde, and on July  17th, will retreat into Cancer. This means we’ll experience another Mercury in Leo transit soon enough (in August). With Mercury in Leo, our thinking is confident and grand, and clear goals motivate us. We are more expressive, convincing, and persuasive. This is a decisive cycle.

As the day advances, a Venus-Pluto quincunx comes into play, and we may be grappling with issues of power and control or jealousy in our close relationships.
