The Astrology of Today – All Signs
Horoscope for All on Friday, April 24, 2026
Venus enters Gemini early today and will transit the sign until May 18th.- During this cycle, curiosity guides us, motivating us on romantic and social levels.
- We’re drawn to variety and become remarkably more sociable, engaged, interested, and communicative.
- Our interactions are lighter, but we may also maintain some emotional distance.
- Attractions often begin with words in the weeks ahead, as we bond more readily on a mental level.
- However, we should be mindful of our fickleness with affections and pleasures, a trait more likely to surface during this time.
- The Moon spends the day in outgoing Leo.
- Mercury is parallel Mars today, lending spontaneous, forthright, and energetic elements to our communications.
- Lively thoughts and interactions are a theme.
- Mercury's semi-square with Uranus can introduce some minor erratic elements to the day, however, most notably in our communications, thought processes, and outlook.
- We're mentally excited but distractible.
- We may rush to complete something, share an idea, or communicate, but things could end up half-done if we're impatient.
- We are bored with routine, which can signal a need for mental refreshment.
- The Moon is void today from 6:22 PM EDT, with the Moon's last aspect before changing signs (a trine to Mercury), until the Moon enters Virgo the next day, Saturday, April 25th, at 9:05 PM EDT.

The Astrology of Tomorrow – All Signs
Horoscope for All on Saturday, April 25, 2026
The Sun forms a square with Pluto today, and putting our trust in others (or in life/the process) can be difficult.- This aspect, possibly through discord, helps us identify areas of over-attachment.
- We might clash with those in authority, or we're frustrated as our sense of responsibility or fear of loss in our social lives conflicts with our personal plans or sense of security.
- We may act compulsively and find it difficult to let go and unwind.
- Positively, circumstances can push us to discover our own power — power that comes from a strong sense of self rather than superficial energy derived from manipulating people into doing what we want them to do.
- It's best to aim for self-control now. It's also important to avoid forcing matters that should naturally unfold over time.
- We should watch for a bit of paranoia or suspicion that works against us.
- This aspect can bring fears and buried matters to the surface.
- Uranus enters Gemini today after many years in the sign of Taurus.
- This transit shakes up our ideas, learning, and communication.
- It revolutionizes our transportation and communication systems, as well as our sense of connectedness.
- There can be significant progress and unpredictability during this transit, which lasts approximately 7-8 years, in the following steps: from July 7th to November 7th, 2025 (we had a sneak peek of this energy for four months last year); from today, April 25th, 2026, to August 3rd, 2032; and then from December 12th, 2032, to May 22nd, 2033.
- As such, Uranus is now in Gemini for the long haul.
- The cycle ahead of us demands adaptability and open-mindedness.
- Information bites rather than chunks can be prevalent, and our communication styles, especially the ways we extend gestures and pleasantries, can change dramatically.
- Ideas can spread rapidly and create significant and even dramatic change during this period.
- There can be more movement, migration, and general busyness.
- Sudden changes in alliances can occur, along with disruptions in friend groups.
- Revolutions regarding air quality can be a much-needed revelation.
- Changes or advances in our experiences of short journeys can be remarkable.
- Labor-saving devices and the revolutionizing of what and how we read, exchange, and disseminate information; trade; transit; transport goods; surveil; track; and learn can continue to develop, surprise, disrupt, and advance.
- Uranus brings strong themes of curiosity and interest during its transit of Gemini in the years ahead.
- Staying open to change, being "young at heart," and being flexible can be in vogue.
- It's a period of significant changes in social discourse and the seeking of freedom in and through communications and education.
- We're breaking down inhibitions and taboos around sharing ideas, education, and communication.
- Using words to shock or rebel comes naturally during this transit.
- It can be a time of liberation as well as disruption.
- Indeed, we may lack follow-through, focus, and concentration.
- Nervous energy can also be extreme at times.
- The Moon is void until it enters Virgo today at 9:05 PM EDT.
Prepare for the day after tomorrow:
The Astrology of the Day After Tomorrow – All Signs
Horoscope for All on Sunday, April 26, 2026
Today's astrology is busy. Mercury squares Jupiter and semi-squares Venus today, while Venus also semi-squares Jupiter (Venus is at the midpoint of the Mercury-Jupiter square).- Venus harmonizes with Neptune, and the Sun forms a quintile with Jupiter.
- Today's Virgo Moon brings busy, helpful energy.
- We're mentally stimulated and enthusiastic, and we're inclined to want to convince others of our ideas, make a point, and impact others with what we say.
- Intimate, notable discussions are possible now, even with some potential to overstate.
- However, we can also be frustrated with communications or how they're delivered.
- We need room to explore and create, visualize new solutions to problems, and express ourselves freely.
- Still, we are inclined to exaggerate or miss the bigger point in spots today.
- We should be mindful of a strong tendency to overstate or overestimate in our pursuit of meaning.
- Mental anxiety could manifest as we can swing from blind faith to doubt, making it difficult to make good, practical choices.
- We might also watch for scattering our energies or taking on too many activities at once–we could be looking so far ahead that we forget the important details or disclaimers.
- We might waste our time on inconsequential matters.
- Minor misunderstandings, miscalculations, or indecision can be themes.
- It's not easy to concentrate or connect with our hearts.
- There can be minor but irritating disconnects as we either rationalize our feelings or emotionalize our observations.
- But while the Mercury-Venus semi-square is socially awkward, today's Venus-Neptune sextile is forgiving, softening our interactions.
- With this influence, we want to see the best in people and situations.
- We tend to approach one another more gently and sensitively.
- We see the spiritual dimensions of our relationships and aim to treat others with increased compassion.
- This influence encourages us to open up and embrace loving feelings.
- It also detaches us just enough from our feelings that we’re less possessive.
The interpretations above summarize the highlights of the day’s astrology, and can include:
- Moon signs and/or aspects,
- Planetary ingresses (when planets or luminaries change signs),
- Planetary stations (whether the planet turns retrograde or direct after a period of retrograde), and
- Planetary aspects (star transits of the day–for example, if Venus is square Mars).
These daily summaries are for all signs. For example, if Mercury is retrograde, Mercury is retrograde for everyone. The summaries reveal the general tones and themes of a given day, depending on what’s going on in the sky.
However, these astrological events can affect people differently, depending on their birth positions or birth charts. Read your daily horoscopes to see how these influences might affect your Sun sign or Ascendant sign.
The Daily Trends Calendar presents daily astrological summaries and events in a calendar format. See also This Week in Astrology and This Month in Astrology.
You may also enjoy our feature, The Astrology of Now, which reveals the current chart and a list of the all the planetary signs and aspects along with their interpretations. While the summaries on this page summarize the major influences and highlight changes or ingresses, this feature provides more details.
What are planetary ingresses?
Planets and luminaries travel through the zodiac signs, and ingresses are essentially when a planet enters a new sign (which also means it exits the previous sign). For example, the date and time when Mars leaves Aries and enters Taurus is the Mars ingress into Taurus.
What are planetary aspects?
Planets and luminaries connect by aspect, which is defined by the number of degrees in distance between two bodies. This happens in the birth chart, to the birth chart, and in the sky.
For example, a trine aspect occurs between Mercury and Mars when these two planets are 120 degrees apart. We consider a trine to be a harmonious connection, and, in this example, Mercury and Mars energies are combining in pleasant, supportive ways. If this transit occurs today, its interpretation will appear in the daily summary.
