The Astrology of Today – All Signs
Horoscope for All on Thursday, March 12, 2026
The Moon leaves Sagittarius and enters Capricorn shortly into the day, at 12:08 AM EDT.- The Moon in Capricorn is earthy, practical, and wise.
- We become more aware of our responsibilities today.
- This morning, we can encounter some resistance to wholeheartedly embracing them, but once we do, the day is strong for recognizing our need for order and self-discipline.
- However, with Venus semi-sextile Mars, we might struggle to decide whether to take a direct or an indirect approach to getting what we want.
- We may be better off recognizing that it doesn't have to be one way or the other–a combination would be ideal, or else the see-sawing can be confusing to all.
- The Moon continues its void period until it enters Capricorn today at 12:08 AM EDT.

Horoscope for All on Friday, March 13, 2026
The Moon spends the day in industrious, wise Capricorn.- Its opposition with Jupiter this morning can stir restlessness and discontent, however.
- We can experience tension created by skewed expectations, as we swing between rigidity and impracticality.
- However, as the day advances, we're no longer conflicted, making it easier to fully connect with our responsibilities.
- The Moon's sextile to the Sun this evening can help us find satisfying and beneficial channels for self-expression and release of emotions.
- Mars aligning with the True North Node of the Moon today can move us to pursue our goals, encouraging a dynamic sense of motivation and inspiration.
- Our passions and interests may connect us with others.

Horoscope for All on Saturday, March 14, 2026
In this final week of Mercury's retrograde, Mercury forms a semi-sextile with Venus today, and our words may not reflect what’s in our hearts.- As we strive to get the words just right, we risk falling short in terms of sensitivity.
- This transit subtly contrasts a logical and playful approach.
- While we may not be especially focused, we’re adaptable and making an effort to understand one another.
- Retrograde Mercury is also approaching an alignment with Mars, which perfects tomorrow morning and can signal some building mental agitation but also enthusiasm.
- With today's Mars-Chiron semi-square, standing up for what we believe in may not be comfortable for now.
- There can be difficulties expressing our anger or desires directly, which can lead to challenges but also possibly some interesting detours.
- The Moon continues its transit of Capricorn until 11:13 AM EDT, when it enters Aquarius.
- The Aquarius Moon aligns with Pluto and harmonizes with Neptune and Saturn, and we're connecting with our inventive, innovative sides.
- We can feel a deeper kinship with others through commitment to a cause.
- The Moon is void from 7:33 AM EDT, with the Moon's last aspect before changing signs (a trine to Uranus), until the Moon enters Aquarius at 11:13 AM EDT.
The interpretations above summarize the highlights of the day’s astrology, and can include:
- Moon signs and/or aspects,
- Planetary ingresses (when planets or luminaries change signs),
- Planetary stations (whether the planet turns retrograde or direct after a period of retrograde), and
- Planetary aspects (star transits of the day–for example, if Venus is square Mars).
These daily summaries are for all signs. For example, if Mercury is retrograde, Mercury is retrograde for everyone. The summaries reveal the general tones and themes of a given day, depending on what’s going on in the sky.
However, these astrological events can affect people differently, depending on their birth positions or birth charts. Read your daily horoscopes to see how these influences might affect your Sun sign or Ascendant sign.

While the summaries on this page summarize the major influences and highlight changes or ingresses, this feature provides more details.
What are planetary ingresses?
Planets and luminaries travel through the zodiac signs, and ingresses are essentially when a planet enters a new sign (which also means it exits the previous sign). For example, the date and time when Mars leaves Aries and enters Taurus is the Mars ingress into Taurus.
What are planetary aspects?
Planets and luminaries connect by aspect, which is defined by the number of degrees in distance between two bodies. This happens in the birth chart, to the birth chart, and in the sky.
For example, a trine aspect occurs between Mercury and Mars when these two planets are 120 degrees apart. We consider a trine to be a harmonious connection, and, in this example, Mercury and Mars energies are combining in pleasant, supportive ways. If this transit occurs today, its interpretation will appear in the daily summary.
