The Moon spends virtually the whole day in Capricorn, only entering Aquarius at 11:58 PM EDT. The Capricorn Moon is responsible, astute, and security-oriented. We are cautious and draw upon common sense when making decisions with this practical Moon position that encourages us to pay attention to structures, rules, and goals.
