Wednesday, JUNE 23
The Moon spends the day in forward-looking Sagittarius. This morning, the Sun forms a trine to Sagittarian ruler, Jupiter, stimulating hope, optimism, and a desire to improve, impress, and do good. We seek to grow and expand a venture, a relationship, our knowledge, personal philosophy, or a self-improvement program. We might make grand gestures now, and we tend to rise above petty problems and differences. Optimism and confidence are core elements in the energy of this transit.
Later today, with a Venus-Pluto opposition, we’re confronting areas of our lives where we might be holding onto something too tightly for fear of losing it. There can be confrontations or events that bring complicated feelings and fears to a head. It’s possible we make uncomfortable discoveries, and while some of these can be ultimately helpful, we may be pushing too far for answers right now. We should watch for manipulative behavior that can arise from insecurities or fear of betrayal.
The void Moon occurs from 10:09 PM EDT, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (a square to Neptune), until the Moon enters Capricorn the next day, Thursday, June 24th, at 9:05 AM EDT.
