Tuesday, FEBRUARY 9
Saturn forms a sextile to Chiron this morning, and it’s the first of three–it will recur in June and then November. This transit follows roughly along the same timeline as the Saturn-Uranus square, helping to soften some of that aspect’s rough edges. It’s a time for feeling competent, effective, and secure. This transit encourages us to express our unique qualities or go our own way without stirring up controversy by acting professionally and respectfully. There’s no need for show-boating with this aspect. It helps to humble us, and with increased realism, we can pursue our goals with better chances of success.
This afternoon’s Sun-Chiron semi-square can nevertheless leave us doubting ourselves. The Moon continues its transit of Capricorn until 8:21 PM EST, after which it spends two-plus days in Aquarius. While the Aquarius Moon helps us detach a little, we’re heading toward a Mercury-Mars square, which can aggravate frustrations. Bickering is possible.
The void Moon occurs from 12:22 PM EST, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (a trine to Mercury), until the Moon enters Aquarius at 8:21 PM EST.
