Sun in Virgo, Moon in Pisces

The "SUN SIGN" is the one part of the Astrological Chart that most people know. It is the inner core that drives and motivates us. It is our own true light. When we read and discuss our Sun signs we can easily recognize bits that fit, and maybe, question bits that do not seem to apply. The contrast noted is often related to the power of the other luminary - the Moon.
The Moon is our instinctive response. It reflects our earliest conditioning. The Moon governs our emotional responses, - our likes and dislikes - our innate sensitivities. Often the Moon sign is related to the maternal influence, or perhaps, the general home environment. Remember that this powerful response is inherent. Most of us try to improve on our own nurturing even when we feel that our childhood was wonderful. We want to adapt to the world we are living in now and want our kids to get the best out of "their world". But, even so, we instinctively revert to our own experiences without knowing why. That is how powerful the Moon influence is. We, in turn, treat our kids emotionally in the much the same way as we were treated when tiny. Much more is revealed by the aspects to the Sun. Positive aspects (trines, conjunctions or sextiles) are good indicators of self-reliance, confidence and the ability to stand on one's own two feet. Trine: A distance of 120-degrees between any planet forms a "Trine". These planets will be in the same Element so they will blend well and flow. The Trine brings comfort, ease, and benefit with little effort.

Sextile: The distance between any planets involved in a "Sextile" is 60 degrees. This aspect brings the opportunity to be productive or creative. Relationships may be difficult, especially early in life. These kids do seem to be quite self-seeking with little regard for their friends or peers. Adults may resent the haughty nature. While Annie is young, clashes with authority figures will be quite common, but eventually this will abate. This smart kid will learn the benefit of using sugar as opposed to vinegar. Again, the projected image can deceive.

Conflict with the Father or authoritative figure can have a strong bearing on the nature. There could be some rather strong competition going on here, but again, this is just another learning curve. And no matter how delicate or fraught this relationship may be, this figure is an extremely powerful role model who will influence Annie a great deal.

In their own way, these children prefer their fantasy friends anyway. The real world can be too dreary and nasty. These children don't really want to change anything, they simply want to be in their own tranquil world. This often sets them up for disappointment. So, as time goes on, these children can often withdraw from relationships to avoid running the risk of being challenged or faced with failure.

But this child will often see only what they want to see. It is common for this aspect to show a degree of dishonesty or deception associated with marital affairs in adulthood. Neptune can be very deceptive. Annie can also become a self-imposed martyr in the area of love unless taught to accept the real world. Accept reality and simply use the incredible fantasy world and imagination as a wonderful source of creativity. There can be more than one "strongest planet" in which case the person will have a natural ability to dance to many tunes - they will be adaptable and versatile. But if one planet or luminary comes through as the absolute leader, then the person will be very specifically made up of the flavor of that celestial body.


Moon Dominant (Strength: 54.34)

The Moon is actually a satellite of planet Earth, so this makes it a very powerful connection. The Moon waxes, wanes, and goes through many phases each month; the true Moon person expresses these phases as moods. The Moon has no light of its own. It absorbs the Sun's rays and bounces a shadowy beam. The true Moon person absorbs and reflects.

In a very real sense, earthy persons are the "salt of the earth". They are dependable, reliable, and quite solid.

Annie will also develop good taste and will not be afraid to pay plenty for expensive assets when older. There is an eye for quality and an eye for what would be a good investment. Learning to have some fun during childhood will allow pleasure to be taken from all this good taste and good management.


Lack of Air

This quality of mutability is not a weakness, because although these kids do bend like a reed in the wind, they do manage to survive and persist. Annie will believe in flowing with the energies of the surrounding environment. These kids can adapt to the characteristics of the current company. Nevertheless, these children have a core of inner truth that enables them to make quite a subtle impact on those around them. By appearing to give way, these kids can sometimes be quite manipulative.
