ErosScopes: July 2010 Love Horoscopes for Libra to Pisces

Horoscopes for the month ahead, with a focus on love, sex, romance, and style. Eros was the god of erotic love. The position of the asteroid Eros in our charts points to our passion and erotic turn-ons. Mars shows us the style in which we go after what we want, including the ways in which we express our sexuality. The horoscopes presented here are necessarily general, as we are focusing on only the Sun sign or Ascendant, and how these sexual cosmic bodies are currently affecting the natal chart. Please note: These horoscopes are more accurate for the Ascendant sign, so if you know it, read them for the sign of your Ascendant first, and the sign of your Sun second. Also, sometimes I have more to say for some signs, simply because more astrological activity is taking place that is related to relationships for that sign this month (or because I am digressing!). This does not mean I am biased towards any particular sign.

July 2010 ErosScopes – Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, and Pisces

Libra

Until the 10th, your social life tends to be busy and active, dear Libra. From the 10th forward, more introspection and perhaps reticence is with you on love matters. You’re taking the time to sort through your feelings. A partner is likely in a similar state of mind until after the 29th, when his/her intentions are much clearer. A serious quality to your outlook returns this month with Saturn re-entering your sign on the 21st. It might seem that everything or everyone is changing around you and the tendency is to want to keep things status quo. Working on yourself is necessary now as you examine your responsibilities, especially those that you may have let slide in recent years. Changes brought about by a partner may feel irresponsible or simply worrisome to you later this month. Insecurities are brought up that need to be dealt with. Perhaps a relationship that seemed very hopeful now looks slightly less so, but taming your expectations will in fact get you to a better, more realistic place. The 25-26th may bring exciting revelations in a romance. On the 29th, fiery Mars enters your sign and will stay in it until September 14th, endowing you with more confidence and clarity, and also bringing a partner into your corner. A better day for love in July is likely to be on the 5th. Minor annoyances or snags in your love life are more likely on the 7th, 20th, and 31st.

Scorpio

Love is mostly friendly for you this month, dear Scorpio. Friendship and equality in your partnership is most important to you now. You are ready to try new and different things–anything that seems a little unconventional is appealing. A lover who allows you the freedom to be yourself wins the most points for the time being. You benefit from a little detachment on an emotional level this month. July is an excellent month for looking at the world around you and your own life from a totally new perspective. Looking at the big picture brings you to a more tolerant and friendly place, and certainly reduces stress. Again this month, romance is not making big headlines. You have  much to learn from the contacts you make now, especially those with people outside of your usual circle. The 8-10 can bring some minor let-downs, although if you think about it, you probably saw it coming. The 12-13 is an excellent period for your powers of attraction and a feeling of starting fresh. Better days for love and romance for you in July are likely to be the 12-13. More challenging days for love are more likely to be July 8-10, 26th, and 29th.

Sagittarius

Your attitude towards love and romance has been in a state of flux. Jupiter and Uranus moved into your romance sector last month and bring a preview of themes to come next year. For now, while you’ve been feeling very optimistic, some reality checks are likely this month, perhaps involving challenging decisions to be made in your social life. Love is practical this month. Some of  you could be meeting love interests through business contacts or your career. The 11-12 brings an awakening of sorts that has you examining your deepest feelings towards sharing with a partner. For some of you, this new energy for change takes place on a financial level. For others, your intimate life is bringing a sense of a new beginning. It’s an excellent time for quitting bad habits and getting rid of negative dependencies. Saturn moves out of a square to your sign on the 21st. Saturn has been square your sign on and off since 2007, and this transit has not always been an easy one. You have been learning a lot about your capabilities, responsibilities, and the people in your life. Now is the time to move forward with a more mature and realistic outlook. Aquarius

These days, the focus is on what works rather than what doesn’t work in  your close relationships, dear Aquarius. The chance to improve partnerships comes again this month with at least one of the cosmic bodies Venus, Mercury, and the Sun in your partnership sector at any point this month. July is an excellent period for opening up communications with a special someone and working with each other instead of against one another. Enhancing intimacy comes naturally after the 10th, when deeper expressions of love and intimacy, non-superficial expressions of love (although these do not have to be spoken), and expressing psychological understanding can bring your relationship to new levels. For singles, it’s a good period for your powers of attraction, although love interests may be more inclined to simply find you intriguing than they are to approach you directly. The 11-12 can bring new energy into a committed partnership. The last week of the month brings strong emotions. Pay attention to what emerges from within you now and make the necessary changes. Better days for love this month are likely to be July 5th, 9th, and 23rd, and small challenges are more likely on the 10th, 18th, and 28th.

Pisces

Romance is full-on this month, dear Pisces. Problems that haven’t been faced in close partnerships continue to surface, but the good news is that there’s little patience for keeping them going–you’re ready to clear the air. This is due to fiery Mars’ presence in your partnership sector (until the 29th). Loving Venus enters the same sector on the 10th, helping to smooth over differences. Love is stimulating, exciting, and rewarding, even if it’s a bit of a roller coaster ride. The days leading up to the Solar Eclipse that occurs on July 11th can be a little confusing but important ones. Pay attention to your intuition. Something has to end, and this can simply be an attitude that has been holding you back from expressing yourself creatively. After the 11th, you’re ready to push any creative or romantic plans forward. Some of you will begin an exciting new romance, and others will find their romantic bonds strengthened.
