Leo
2009 is expected to be a very strong year for relationships for most Leos. Many Leos will be deriving much joy from their partnerships this year. In previous years, many of you have experienced quite a bit of confusion surrounding your relationships or relationship status, due to Neptune’s presence in your solar seventh house of partnerships. Well, Neptune is still influencing your partnerships, but Jupiter in the same sector in 2009 helps to bring more joy and understanding to this area of your life.
Although we generally consider Jupiter to be a largely happy influence, sometimes endings occur under its influence, but generally they are for the better good all around, if they do happen. New partners met now are likely to feel much like a breath of fresh air. Challenging relationships or challenges in relationships tend to be left behind for the most part during this trend. 2009 is a commitment-friendly year for you.
Uranus continues to shake up your intimate life with the urge to experiment and detach yourself a little in order to do so. With the ruler of your romance sector in your partnership sector this year, romantic partners or casual love affairs move away from casual and become more like close partnerships. Some of you will be taking a casual affair to a whole new level.
Saturn enters your solar third house at the end of October, and a new trend of learning, working, and studying hard begins. Until then, you continue to buckle down with money. For those born early in the sign of Leo (July 23-27), some restructuring on the job and with your health routines is in order.
There is a set of eclipses in January-February and a lunar eclipse in early August that impact your partnerships. Towards the end of January and into the first weeks of February, a new beginning in a partnership is in order. You are also wearing your own heart on your sleeve during this period. Pay attention to what comes bubbling up from within, because whatever the emotions you experience quite suddenly now have actually been brewing under the surface for some time. Key Periods in 2009:
Mercury retrograde in your partnership sector, from January 11-21, can be sticky for partnerships. A partner may be distant or hard to understand.
The days surrounding April 21 are potent for intimacy. Some Leos could meet a rather exotic sexual partner now, or could meet someone through travel.
From July 22-August 22, your ruler, the Sun, is journeying through your romance sector, and you are especially open to romantic adventure.
Venus is in your sign from August 26-September 20. This is a time when the world seems to be speaking, or at least appreciating, your “love language”. It’s a period ripe with opportunity for attracting others, for turning on the charm, and for receiving positive feedback from partners or love interests. Love seems to come to you without the need for your pursuing it. Still, while Mercury is retrograde from September 7, watch for misunderstandings or changes of heart.
Mars is in your sign from October 16 and into the New Year 2010-a period in which you should be going after what (or who) you want with confidence. You possess more energy and verve now.
